They never considered that below-average players with stock T6 ships will be playing operations... The "operation should be challenging and not a walk in the park" is also very BS. I wonder what would be the verdict after 50 played AEGIS games with random team. -
Ever since we got random operations there is a increased amount of griefers. This are people, who are not happy with a random operation they got into. Either they troll the team: Or they just suicide: I would like to know what is WG's solution to this problem, since this people are almost in every OPERATION game. I have asked politely many of them why they do this and the answers were: 1. I was not happy with the operation I got. 2. I am bored. 3. It is funny to troll people. I know this people are present in all game modes ... but in operations they feel they can do it without any punishment since its PVE. I would like to point out, that I am loosing a lot of economic bonuses because of this players, since in operations they are always on your team :)

Thats because this operation was never tested by WG. Anyone just playing a few games would have seen that its not ok for RANDOM ops. -

That's not a new tactics, I used to AP whole second wave and escort in Anshan. And then torp the two bbs and open a champagne while sailing with full hp to the sunset. What bothers me is the changed faster pace, where the majority of pleb base can't adapt to, so they are constantly dragging me down. I think WG should address this issues and implement CODE on every bot spawn sequence in all operation. The code would check the situation and adjust the bot spawn dynamically. Ops should not frustrate players with this hard fails.. rather than failing, the ops should reduce rewards if simplified... -

This is a good example how the operation is broken. Sure my team died in a minute, but me and my div mate WORKED OUR BEHINDS OFF, to get it complete. But the Amagi just walked down south and ONE SHOT the last transport just seconds before it entered the circle. @Seraphice I (we) are telling you (WG) once more. This operation is NOT OK. -

I'm sure WG will totally consider your proposition. They always do. I am strongly opposing this: Surveillance Radar appears from level 8 We are at a point, where so many ships have radar, that WG should just consider adding it as a standard consumable (such as repair party). -

You are right about Narai. If players do not divide task and push the harbor together the game has great chance of failure. But the pace is out of place, pressured. Bots are higher tier. They move faster. Meaning the spawn paces are pumped up in the mentioned ops. Also HP is greater, aa is better, they have radars, secs has better range, etc. Yes player tier 8 ships do compensate, but still the pace is dramatically increased. In Aegis second wave is a minute sooner as before. And then third wave same. It creates a bot rushes that are like this. Having an OP that grantees high failure is frustrating for players. A smarter bot spawn system would provide a challenge for the remaining team and still allowed them to win for lesser rewards. Every ops only need minor changes (beside smarter spawn groups): 1. Ultimate frontier: Remove game failure if enemy remains in route of the AI transport planes. Make it a secondary task and fail it properly. 2. Raptor. Make AI map pings of spawn points like in Newport Defense. 3. Hermes: Remove the last DD wave and replace it with a BB. 4. Narai: Ping the map for transports and CV saying: PING CV and transports on map for team and SAY BATTLESHIPS STAY MID. 5. KW/Cherry: Ping exit on map. Add additional msg to the players on 5 mins and 3 mins TO GO TO EXIT or to shoot the airfields. If new players are now playing the ops so unexperienced, game should consider it and make it easier for them ay? -

I know about players. I understand this. I just want to point out that AEGIS and NARAI have a high % of loss in random operations. I played ops exclusively since the "rework" and want to tell you that AEGIS and NARAI are too hard as they are for random teams compared to other operations. Bot waves that consider tiers would be a solution, but also the better solution would be to have a little peace of code before each wave spawns (on any operation). It should "check" current situation of the team and spawn bot waves accordingly. -

Like this one? Or when people let Alsace take all the torps in the last minute of the game? Or when the team ignores Atlanta in the north in Ultimate Frontier? Or when people do not shoot the airfields in Cherry Blossom? I wish WG would design the ops so that they are spawning bots dependent of the situation ... why not allow players to COMPLETE THE OPERATION SUCCESFULLY and just give them lower rewards. It would reduce frustration and also my chat bans :) -

NARAI ... once the most popular operation of the week has turned out into this: Every other game in NARAI ends like this. I remain parked behind this island, because I can't even approach the enemy AA gangbang. It is sad. -

Hello, I have had this bug several times in the past. Today it wanted to kill me again. Here is the replay (last couple of minutes, just before the DD appears I was HOLDING A, yet the ship was turning right. Rudder was not jammed). EDIT - I don't use Q or E ever - I don't have Collision avoidance system activated - I don't use any cheap keyboard that has problems when multiple buttons are pressed (I am using Razer Ornata). HOW I FIXED IT IN-GAME Once I released A and pressed it again (and held it), the rudder started reacting ! WG its time you fix the "guns wont fire" bug

This is a bug old as the game itself. But lately its worse and worse. Just today I had 3 games where guns and torps would not fire for at least 5-10 seconds. No lag issues, ping normal, no shuttering or lag spikes ... so I don't know what is happening. @MrConway since you are the only one still partly active WG staff member on the forum - I am pinging you, so that maybe, just maybe you can use some internal channel to ping the developers to look into the problem. EDIT: I have highlighted the question on today's stream. I got an answer that the bug is difficult to locate / identify / fix and was asked to submit a ticket with attached replay. I did (ticket id: 129105368). Hopefully developers identify the problem and fix it, because of all the bugs this one is purely game-breaking. Thank you. no9.- 47 replies
