A smart player like you should be able to point out the cash refund. If you could porvide the link, that would be nice. If you are refer to refund in doubloons, I don't want that. Doubloons don't have much value these days. Almost all the new premium or other new staff are only available in the cash shop. Then why would I want doubloons? So I could get some old staff I never wanted? Or to get new something may or maynot available in doubloons? This is like you go to store to buy A, they take your money, and they tell you, we don't offer A anymore, but have we have B which is nothing like A, if you don't want that, they will refund you some store credits which you can only use to buy some old staff in the store, what kind of nonsense is that?

I think whether Giulio Cesare will fit t6 or not is not the point. If the ter of the premium ship can be changed, so could anything else. I'm sure there will be a way to fit Giulio Cesare into ter 6. But that is not the problem. The real problem is, people spending their money to buy a ship, or a license if you will, to play a op T5 BB, not a T6 BB may or may not be good and people don't know yet. A t6 bb probably will not match this which they put in the description somewhere in the Premium Shop. And it is not like the WG is only going to do this once and it will never happen again. It is more like this is just a begining. And this is not the first time they do this, they just did this to Saipan and Kaga, everything expect the name has been changed(same for Enterprise and Graf expect the ter, but I don't have them, so I won't talk about as I don't know much about them). They are moved to T8, I hasn't play them much eversince the rework, because I don't want never want a ter 8 cv to begin with. And they are still in my hangar just because I can't refund them. As everyone are focusing on T10 and not much people interested in T8, so it seems WG has get a way with it. I guess this is where they got the idea of the Giulio Cesare retier. For me, the bottom line is, if WG think Giulio Cesare or whatever other premiums they think are not balanced, they remove it first and refund the real money(or at least have that option ), then they can rework the ship and release as a new ship, that is fair. Or I will take it as WG coud do whatever they want with the premium, it is your players's fault for thinking spend any real money in this game actually mean anything to WG.

I use thought the same way on the Republique and Groser Kurfurst upgrade, but after I tried the one for Republique today, I change my mind. It is rather crap, the trade is you trade 6km range for 6%(18% faster reload with Unique vs 12% with standard one ) faster reload, 19.7 km range at T10 is just not enough, not without spotting plane. Same goes for Groser Kurfurst one, trade 8% range for 3%(15% faster reload on both main and secondary with Unique) faster reload is not a good trade when your base range is on 20km. Might be somewhat useful if you go for the secondary build, but the secondary build is not really that good at T10.

I really like Atlanta and I really want to love it in this game. But I can't. This ship in fact don't have any advantage compared with other T6 or higher ship. I was considerring delete this Premium ship from my list and I told my friend not to buy this one. Here is sth I feel like it is wrong with this ship. The frist is the why T7? Cleveland is T6 and Atlanta is T7? Since the Cleveland is T6, Atlanta should be T5 or 6. It could be a powerful ship at T5 but may still below average at T6. The second thing is about the mian gun. The shell speed is too slow. Atlanta is not able to support its DD when its DD engage enemy DDs at more than 10Km. It is not only about the range, it is also about the shells need long time to get there and the DDs could easily change its heading and speed. So it is not good ship for huntting DDs. And it will be detected by enemy DDs by the same time so it need to keep moving and changing its heading. The damage on DDs are really good but it is not easy to catch one if he didn't make mistake. The chance of cause fires should be increase 2% or more to increase the damage on the BBs. The last thing is the survivability. Or reduce the detected distance might be better.
