The game has become so unrealistic now, we might as well call it Game of Spam One Cruiser (lvl 10 Colbert) can now kill 3-4 Battleships in one game easily without moving just sit there and spam them, they cant even hit the cruiser, as she disappears. so there is nothing to aim at. So you just have a stream of HE fire that does not stop from a point on the map that you see no ship at. I watched this point of the map move around and kill 3 Battleships in less than 1 min, two of them ran for cover, and hid for a while behind an island but lost 3/4 of their HP due to burning out, she then just came around the corner and started the spam again, and poof all done 3 x lvl 8 & 9 Battleships dead with one cruiser. Why even allow such a ship to be against lvl 8 & 9 ships. Ah well, this has made the game both frustrating, and rather a waste of time. Will be looking for another game soon. Thanks for ruing the game for us.

Am I the only one that thinks that gameplay has become screwed by burning. In a Battleship now you are afraid to approach a destroyer, who can burn you out. He can sit in a smoke screen and fire HE at you all day, you will just burn out and can do nothing about it. I have even seen that heavy battleships are now swapping to HE more and more. Heck I am doing to too, as you get a better result vs heavy battleships. All to often your AP shells just bounce and so we are all firing HE at each other. Hopping for a burn out. Thus my viewpoint that the game is being ruined by the burning of battleships.

Why has my Public Test Client updated to 0.6.3 and there is no information on start dates on the forum? When will it start? When will it end? What are we testing? What focus does the development team require? etc. etc.

I depends on the graphics card you have and the drive you store the game on. Graphics Card Some of the high end cards will keep crashing if the WOWS developers keep trying to access the higher level mods on the cards. For instance I have a Nvidia GTX 460 and the game runs perfectly. I installed a new Nvidia GTX 570 almost double the power of the 460 and all hell broke out in the game. By the way it was the same driver for both as they are from Nvidia Swapped the card back and the GTX 460 is fine again and the game plays perfectly. The GTX 570 is now in a box in the cupboard, after hours of research i found out that the GTX 570 is only stable on an OC motherboard... Opps wrong buy So you have to have the right graphics card for your motherboard or you will have endless problems. Game Drive One other bit of advice is to store the game on an SSD, never on a HDD and get a Sata-3 SSD so that is runs at 6Gb/s This will help with the loading times - I use Sandisk Extreme Pro SSD, nice for the game and the OS. Get a 120Gb SSD not very pricey and just keep it for the games you play.

wow the two RN ships Emerald and Danae made from paper, 1 shot and they evaporate in to thin air, come on I even had a Destroyer go toe to toe and he I lost the fight the supid ships are so useless and by the way the Emerald has 18k research on the tree and 21,5k on the actual research, you owe us some points on this score,

Is there a section on the forum that details the graphic cards used and the recommendations. Issues such as SLI and crossfire, dual monitors etc. Thanks for a great game.
