High tier repair costs too high?

Our Russian friends seem to agree, I put a poll up there... http://forum.worldofwarships.ru/index.php?/topic/33857-%D1%80%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%85%D0%BE%D0%B4%D1%8B-%D0%BF%D0%BE-%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BD%D1%82%D1%83-%D1%83%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BD%D1%8F-8910-%D1%81%D0%BB%D0%B8%D1%88%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BC-%D0%B2%D1%8B%D1%81%D0%BE%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B9/

High tier repair costs too high?

Ectar, First up thank you very much for taking the time to respond to this. My poll on the NA server is well over 300 voters now, a majority in favor of lowering repair costs. Missions wont solve the issue, basically when people are in a hard grind, they lose money and they lose it fast, thus why it was suggested to cut the repair cost by 25%. We need to get people into the games. The numbers will only go up with a drastic visible change people can see without having to work it out. Again thanks for the reply, I'm STILL going to keep polling...let your staff see this thread and the NA one.

High tier repair costs too high?

Missions wouldn't solve the issue at all to be honest, you get them once a day...and if you grind for a tier 9 you lose that 500K profit rapidly. Sure people will get to the higher tiers, but when they do they face the same issues...the older guys will be gone because they get fed up with being robbed, it's a vicious cycle. Its the repair costs, it prohibits people from playing the high tiers, they play too defensively, the matches are never full...or borked with a MM unable to handle divisions, and it really just drives the player base away. Whilst I enjoy the low tiers...I'd like to actually play/enjoy the high tier ships I earned through hard work.

Whilst that is a valid point, it's not doing anything good for the population of the high tiers.

High tier repair costs too high?

In all honesty our low tier population is doing very well. It's our high tier population that is struggling. 8's see 10's almost every game, tier 10 balancing is a joke...MM cannot cope with the low numbers so it stacks all the 10's on one side. Don't get me started on divisions. Tier 10 matches aren't full...Midway will always face a carrier two tiers below it. It's a total mess....and we think it's due to the repair bill Players sampled say mostly the same thing, they don't play their big toys because they get robbed every time the take it out.

High tier repair costs too high?

Hey folks, I came over from the North American server to ask a question that is pretty hot on our server...and I'm curious if it's like that here to. I find the grind from 8/9/10 to be unrewarding and out right silly...the repair costs prohibit you from really advancing in a timely manner and it's causing our games to end up with BB's sitting in a corner lobbing shells at anything at their max range. Anyway we proposed war gaming slash the repair costs on the 8/9/10 by 25% and so far are "awesome" community manager couldn't be bothered to acknowledge the thread...let alone look at it...so I ask the question here (and soon the RU server.) Taken from my post on the NA, it was after multiple straight losses in my Hipper, with little to no XP awarded for good effort, and robbed 100K each time on a premium. I'm curious on your thought's here guys...we hate the way it's done over there...lack of communication from staff (all they care about are new streamers and overpriced halloween camo) and our high tier matches are pretty weak...badly populated. http://forum.worldofwarships.com/index.php?/topic/55368-we-want-lower-repair-costs/
