actually not that nonsensical. It really reminds of Graf Spee, but carries Japanese 14cm-secondaries instead of 15cm. Dunno where the 30cm guns are from... But in the end: a Japanese premium which can be sold for money and has pitiful AA - that´s clearly a deal for WG.

I think that the new Soviet cruisers look strong enough to work fine without radar at all. The fine-tuning of concealment and radar-range.. i leave it to others and trust they will get it right.

A resolute NO. An increase to TTK would dumb down the gameplay. As if we needed more of that. (also see the reviews about the same TTK-change in some EA-game recently; no-one likes it, apart from some casuals which want to blow up stuff). Today i re-installed the game completely and realized that meanwhile WG added tutorial-videos to the loading screen, so you can educate yourself on wows while waiting for download. If someone doesn´t bother to learn basic mechanics he should get blapped. Don´t reward people for being ignorant. And what exactly would you like to nerf rgr flooding? It is a non-factor already.

I use Black Sea. Always daylight. I loved Taranto port best but since the "weather effects" were implemented it´s always dark. No day/night change, just dark. Ugh.

How did so much wrong info slip past so many people at WG in the first place? It looks like one historian (which doesn´t play wows) decided "XY would be a good value" and published it without the balancing-team having a brief look at it. Did no one of you raise a hand and suggest to only show pictures and hold the stats back till clarified whether these absurd numbers are right? I am just a player but felt at first glance that there is something very wrong. And ofc the community is not always rightfully overreacting about WiP-stuff but this time you really gave us a reason to.

your comment just reminded me of the upcoming IFHE-rework; how will the change affect them - will it affect them at all? Since they have different calibers (18cm/22cm) with different thresholds so they might be only ones to pen same-tier cruisers without IFHE.

The flag is not the problem. These ships are broken and will remove the last remaining DD-players. (1km/s shells, 12km radar, fast turrets)
