I've seen almost all the replays more than once. As many mentioned the issue with this ship is the dispersion. These 283mm guns should have outstanding accuracy, especially with the 20sec reload. The penetration is not great, cruiser is angled, shells bounce, carefully watched replays and I saw Omahas bounce shells from the Scharnhorst, or penetrations with 700 damage. HE performance is not great and this is fine because the trend of German tree is the superior AP. However, I believe that all German BBs, in tiers that have lower caliber guns should have better accuracy, scalling depending on the difference. Indeed the results of these replays present that it is a good ship, but consider the following: 1. Players skills in the videos are above average. 2. Opponents do not know how to deal with the Scharnhorst. Personally I want to buy it. It is a beautiful ship. The factor that makes me think it over and over again in the accuracy. I do not want it to be another Tirpitz(I love and hate that ship.)

I do not believe that they T7/T8 need a heal. However, they have to prepare you for the T10 ship. Lets have a look at T7 and then T8 (I will exclude RN CAs because I have not played the T7 nor the T8 yet). T7 Myoko: Reload and turret traverse is any issue in this ship. For me the most balanced ship in T7. Pensacola: Concealment is the achilles heal. A good buff to this area and the ship has a mean to avoid citadels in the beginning of the game. I had fun in this ship and the steering is amazing. You can glide and avoid salvo after salvo. If you do not make constant rudder changes, yeap you are dead. Yorck: Buff the AP velocity. This ship is not a German cruiser. Line is knows for the AP damage. T8 Mogami: I have not played the Mogami after the nerf. Granted this ship was broken. 17km range with 15 shells with excellent velocity, yeap it was the king of T8. It will better if WG gave a buff to 203mm guns and generous buff to turret traverse of 155mm guns. New Orleans: (Just started playing it) Excellent concealment. Radar and Hydro makes you easily a dd nightmare. Descent reload and turret traverse. Rudder time is again excellent. Admiral Hipper: Well the armor is not so great. Good AP though and range. This ship felt weird. For T8 except for the Mogami that needs a buff, well the others are good T8. As for the T7, I believe that certain changes have to done to the ships. I expected better ships in T7 after T6 and in some strange way T6 ships feel better.

In my opinion shimas will be also countered by the Gearings and Kabas returning to the game due to the buff in the turret health. In the current state an experienced shima player does not fear any USN or RN dd because 1 volley result for the USN/RN dd is -1 turret. Furthermore, I believe this change will decrease the shima population. Granted shimas will be more deadly, but players that have the skill to close so much the distance to torp, well they have to be good and they already are using this tactic.
