Yes, but should you be a part of the passive, lazy players that do not bother glancing a few seconds on the news, I watch news every day, if there is something, watching the forums if there is codes etc. Lots of small free stuff you miss. You must decide if you want to pay the prize to miss this or be part of the active group. WG has decided that activity should be rewarded. I will not flame you or anything, just make up your mind which group of players you will belong to in the future as WG will hardly change their stance. I have certainly missed things in the past, especially the first year of play GNB f.e. I noticed after 2 weeks to my horror and paid my lesson then.

I see also a problem with steel available for everyone (by paying, at least unlimited numbers) but also that some posts in various threads has pointed out that getting things locked to only super unicum players has also its problems. Limiteds amounts is OK especially as there can be small amounts remaining. First elite players should have incentives, but on the other hand this is entertainment, when I buy a lot of premiums I so to speak subsidize the ships (models and hourly work to get them in game). You have a conflict between elite players which are a small group of the player base and those normal players, but also a third group collectors , naval buffs that are interested in warships. If several designs are out of reach this is a problem. Therefor if the unicum/elite players get a increasing number of steel ships , a supply by other means is reasonable, far less steel but still to make at least some ships obtainable. Therefor to have steel in various events is not entirely unreasonable. I can see dangers also in competetive if it is a severe disadvantage to play with non-steel ships, recruiting to clans based on access to certain ships etc. It may also be a problem in randoms, but to a lesser degree. I think WG must find a balance here. Also it naturally brings more incentives to play ranked/CB, Personally I am in a clan that I probably must leave as the owner does not seem active and therefor all oil lies unused. Do not know if a clan can shift ownership especially if the owner does not respond. We tried to play a few matches in the first season but then never got a squad. Now, ranked sprint is a good idea, that have competetive in lower leaugue, it would be nice that these sprints returned with a steel for 1 st prize in the region of 1000-1500 or so. To match similar amount if you play down to 8-10 in the normal. I think it is important also to know how much steel taht can be earned in at least the nearest time frame, will more ranked come, will more ranked sprint with a small steel amount for R1 be the case? I saw a discussion on the NA forum which I also l find interesting, it was all about WGs all currencies, FreeXP, Coal, Steel and large numbers of ships. I think it is very unfriendly to customers to not give a reasonable planning schedual - as you as a customer wants to plan which currency you want to use for which ship. If I want a new car ,you do know that you pay with money regardless of brand. Not that next Volvo can only be bought by bitcoins, that you have collected last half year. If you have money you can just have the Mazda. If you as a player with several ships coming that looks interesting but not announced you have a huge risk burning the wrong currency on wrong ship. I have all freexP ships and I buy Jean Bart w Coal probably when the coupon arrives, but think of players that guesses wrong and would have been able to buy two ships instead of one just by choosing the right/wrong currency. At least made them changable in some form like other conversion even if it is inferior rates. Why irritate customers unnecessary - I am a naval buff and collector, likes the game but to spend lots of time guessing which currencies to hunt is not fun or entertaining.

Have decided to not use those devices as it makes me feel positively/or negatively without purpose, trying to concentrate on my own performance and how the line up is.

Yesterday I played my Dreadnought for the first time, my cat put out the internetcable, when I returned I was down to 500 hp but an enemy Kaiser with 40000 hp or so had the excellent idea to ram me , which sank me and left him at 1000 or so and sank later, made me nr 3 in the list. Ended with 65000 dmg made, and we won! So cats can be good players!!

Probably some random chance then, both coupons for me was 30%. My post was more that I have missed the pop up thing in game so it was that I after some players have stated that I have got one more I checked in the shop and there it was. If it is only hard buyers that get it I do not know - I am a hard core player and customer - that may effect the number of coupons.

Nothing to add really If the events at least was possible to catch up, like the RN ones - they can undo the hall of fame for those ofc - just that you have to complete each 4xstage in order as of now would have been nice. I must said that I already bought the Dreadnought/vanguard package as I was fortunate enough to get a 30% coupon. I will probably get all 40 missions but I am not certain, now I know that I do not need to, same with Aigle, Duke of York bought them despite being a addicted player. OR I got for free though. Indy I had before. I also feel somewhat wornout - but I am to much interested in ships - hence the game does not compete with other games - more with watching series or exercising etc. That it is lots of events is fun, far better than none but the requirements are too hard if they are always like this (i.e. playing every day for hours). I have made to the top 5 % some weeks in Hall of fame, that has more or less included to play so you are ready with the Hall of fame on saturday, and then farm as much as possible on late saturday and sunday only leaving a few hours /day for other activities, monday, tuesday a few hours day after work. I see people in the top having 3-4 times more points - must play constantly from morning - evening all days at high tiers.

In the beginning I have the F2P thing aand therefor started a new one also incompence of course. Later I have accumulated eliteXP and increased points to 10 and/or trained captains in advance to have 10p sometimes 14p (Ships w IFHE) to start with on the higher tiers if I can. I seldom move, but a few times that has happened as some lower tier ships have been very good to play (D-T f.e.) with lower end captains, and when you get mission captains w perks that takes over a ship, thus freeing an old. I have not played optimal in cases very useless in captain optimization as a huge numbers of games is in both lower tier ships and spread out also as I like variety, playing for 1st win etc in the ships. Now I have changed strategy somewhat by trying to concentrate on 2-3 ships (apart from grinding lines) at a time that I try to move up to 19 pts. I recently reached my 10th 19 p on König and given my game number it is bad. But I have 10 p now on every silver ship , thought there may come new ships where I grind captains in advance or may not have in stock with the right country. I had that as a goal so many ships have therefor 10. But I naturally also have a huge number now between 14 and 18 so I guess there come a time when the 19p captains just explodes very fast. But the last 2-3 points are expensive.

I think however while it is easy to farm with more flags etc. there is a slight flaw in this reasoning: Many of the flags that inflates the FreeXP income are by no means free so when People uses them to freeXP techtrees , buying ships etc. So in WGs income the FreeXP conversion through doubloons have been compensated through mission/premium containers. Most of the latest containers have included premium flags, I have bought a lot of them and my FreeXP is therefor much inflated through the use of money. If then WG uses the inflated currency to say move up the prize of Alaska to 1 000 000 from 750 000 it devalues the premium containers - the Ouroborus flag with 777% and also the Papa Papa flag is natuirally less wortth if you incresing the prize on the products (ships) even if the techtree conversion values naturally stays the same. But for me the main usage of FreeXP and the drive to buy the containers (currently on 1 Million +) is for ships, the modules I would probably cover with the normal FreeXP income. So easy - yes but I will not call them Free as is no payment involved - there are indirectly a large proportion that is paid for.

Absolutely not, ranked is a solo achievement and should remain so. I did not like it at all in ranked sprint, played solo both seasons. It is the idea behind ranked that it is you that should reach R1 or whatever your goal is. It does not matter if is mirrored in the other team.

Yes, again in a short time. These RN missions have make me seen so many Forumites in coop. Perhaps the fewer Forumites/real players in Coop vs random makes you notice it more. But nice seeing you again.

But what do I play, it varies, some favourites in lower tiers I have left especially at T4 which was earlier allowed in missions, now its T5. Low tier favourites atm (disregarding premiums): T3 Bogatyr T4 D-T, Svetlana, Wyo, Izyaslav, Isokaze T5 König Mid tier T6 Budjonny NM T7 KGV Looking forward to IJN cruiser and DD buffs.

Well I downvoted your argument, not because I do not respect your opinion, but that I do not agree with it. The captain grind is part of the progression just like B-hull and so on is on the ships, if you invest time and effort in a ship that should be a advantage, even if it is with "must go to" skills, the point system and skils may need reform but that captain skill tree must be made a difference. Yes it punishes new players, but a 10p is not much of an effort around 180 K compared with 19 1700 K so it is not that much after a while. I would have liked the emoj to be a questionmark rather than downvote but that figure does not exists.

Sure it is a grind, but on average a player that reaches R1 in the normal seasons are better than a player that does not. On average that is, before you say that player x does not even play. It is a statistic that along other has its worth. Players that have these vast number of games for R1 exists but they are a miniority. Just as a player at T10 is probably better than at T3, especially when that player descends. And I do wonder if these threads are more psycho-therapy it starts several each week with the same arguments. Nothing new. Weekends..Skillbased MM etc. If you play random you get a WR that you deserve and is at least somewhat meaningful to analyze among all other stats. But I concentrate on individual ships. I also play only solo, if I become better it should be seen at the different ships, overall my WR has been pretty constant as I have moved up the tiers where it is more difficult to maintain WR.

Hve you cleaned your computer and reinstalled windows etc again? If you just update all the time the PC will become unplayable after some years. But you do fulfil the requierements?

Fun Jutland game, with a turn around despite easy win in the end, it looked bad the first minutes but then it just was great. Why do I show this when I have had better damage before? Because I played well as a DD, which sadly not always happen (get sunk too easy) but this time.. And the Base XP when you have luxury camo (Asian Lantern 400X% XP and some premium flags, I think that is the best XP result with all bonuses I have had, sometimes it feels like when you do stack up it goes bad.. but not this time. I seldom stack them, but I thought to use all FreeXP-flags the best way etc and when more all less all T10 have the Permacamo T9 Grind is the place for these luxury camo/flags.

25 games (68% WR) this season. Played average only. Used König again (23 games) but changed to Gremy when I reached 2nd ranks final stage again. 2 games with Gremy. 8 vs 8 suited König less good as there were more DDs and it was difficult to be top loser if you tried to play for a win, I think I only had 2 best losers, often on place 2 or 3. I prefer 6 vs 6 as your impact is greater then, but I would rather have the standard 7 vs 7 no divisions. On the whole I did not suffer too much from divisions, but I deliberately waited for the final push from R6-1 today, counted on that many good players would play in div at the start last weekend.

Well I have sort of left that ship now to others, Yes I played insane numbers Of Chikuma , and when she was My first EliteXP captaion ship it was natural, but now she has been replaced by Bogatyr. I have also made a determined effort to get more 19 p captains for a while so I have other more suitable ships to farm eliteXp in. But it is a sad nerf, she was the best T2 cruiser by far. Now among the low tiers I guess D-T, and Kuma and to a lesser degree Svetlana will have to fil that role, but to get a 19 on them will take a long time though not as long as on Chikuma, if I should want to. But T5 and up is the 19p territory, soon I have on König and not very long on Udaloi (Gremy). One reason was in the begining I was a F2P player with only temporary work now and then so I did not spend anything and I wanted to sink US ships in IJN ships, that was reasonably easy in Chikuma and also farm achievements for use in higher tier ships (ESCL/ZH). Had only 8-10 ships for say 1500 games. I think I after 1500 games had like 1000-1100 in Chikuma. Now I have 260 ships or so. I have to live with it, but Chikuma has overperformed a long time vs the others.

Have nearly everything so for me the discount coupon like many others will go the drain probably, it is a luxury problem I know, but if more products would be included I would use them, I could always buy zulu Hotel flags but with 5% discount it is as they deliberately sets a prize 5 % higher and then discounts it to exclude the use of coupons. Premium time if that would have expired soon I would have bought but with roughly a year left not now. And there is Black Friday and Christmas sales in various forms that will be more tempting. Sure Massachusetts exists but the SEK has dropped in value about 10% in the prizes (or if they adjusted regardless of currency I do not know) a while ago, and I have Alabama, Missouri and ofc all silvers so no need, and not accurate guns on a BB I hate, if i want to brawl I play Bismarck in Coop nowadays to just push stupidly forward, without the need of taking care of the team in randoms. I will look tomorrow to make sure that it is not something to buy. If they would make the coupons like 30 % on non-discounted items and say 15 % on packages/everything else you at least be far more tempted. When you get coupons from all the internetshops you use, they are usually not as limited as WOWs coupons , but may be ofc requiring a certain level of purchase. But the shop does not even have a cart system. Let us say that I would have been able to buy 1000 Zulu Hotel flags 10x100 at 30% discount I would probably do it as I value Captain XP and I would have mounted it more then.

Got all these also, but I must ask you to remember if you registration day with WOWS is around now, roughly a week after my celebration day (registration 3 years) I recieved a 20% unlimited coupon. I guess these gifts are different so to speak , as they seem so general and the coupon is the usual limited one that with different variations 10/20/30 % off is handed out now and then. I am not sure if there is anything for me to buy given I have almost anything that is not rebated, and around a year more in premium time.
