If 666 is the mark of the Devil, what about this in my König - no spectacular game but I liked the score..... -
297 K Coal so instabuy, will probably use the new coupon as I will not have enough steel in half a year anyway.

[Discussion] How/if there should be lower income.
Gnirf replied to Sir_Grzegorz's topic in General Discussion
To say that economy is easy if you save a lot of your ships and grind several lines is false. yes if you can play hours on end on premium you collect but i remember f.e. april -august 2017 when I reached the top tiers in several lines at the same time that was outlay of 20 new ships and 402 587 500 credits , that takes time to save. Once passed that the economy has been easy naturally. To save money for the higher tiers you need time or money, probably the silver offers are more popular than we think as ithey would not be at T10 otherwise. If you make the economy harsh players will stop playing and leave the game as they can not see any easy enough way to reach and hifgher tiers. So No to harsher economy if you are F2P the higher tiers are hard to get. -
I will congratulate everyone that reched R1 regardless of how many games , it is skill and/or determination. Personally I managed to play 7 games with 5 wins and 2 defeats (I top loser) so I reached R11 - that is at least rewards vs effort exactly what I want. Do not have the perserverance to Rank out. Maybe I will someday. Am happy anyway - I played Grozovoi . Wanted a ship that could function both in CV and non CV games, even though I am not good in it.

Kamikaze? If it hit your ship "Ramming a plane"
-
Healthpool 700. speed 3 kts.
-
Yes and in Stalingrad with 4 DDs and a CV. So many games you start with hitting radar, speed cons, hydro def AA depending on ship in Coop, in random I play as usual but use Def AA ofc directly

Don't forget that "Enlist inside and win Premium Ships – Battle of the Philippine Sea" starts on Friday!

Well considering there is 3 Prizes the best botprograms will win. I just go for 2 containers. -
Wait for that postapocalypse thing then, you may get more there if PTS are to be believed

You are all correct. I do as you @BrusilovX I play with my Montana/NC captains which are similar in setup, works OK. However one thing is to take a captain on a low/mid tier ship and use that. Then you can use that silver ship captain optimized for Massachusetts/Georgia and if you then wants to play f.e. Wyoming or New York it is not that important on that ship that your captain is not so 100%, Most skills will fit alright at least. Might take my own Wyoming captain which have 14 p and given opportunity (cheap reset of skills) make him Massa/Georgia captain skillwise. Many thinks that one must find and optimize a high tier ship captain but one can use a low/mid tier that you like to play in from time to time also. I have a 19 p silver RU DD captain optimized for Gremy and Leningrad, almost never use him on his original ship.

Can we have 4/5 secs to esc from a Battle queue?
Gnirf replied to RedOnly's topic in General Discussion
Yes the abuse will happen -
iF you do not get an inflow of players that slowly gets up the ranks you will find yourself without opponents as equally good players will cancel out each other. And will have to play far more to get out. And without an influx of opponents this will lead to long waiting between matches. I can not see why you have so difficult in understanding that. It seems to me that you have missed also one further argument - this game is there for entertainment - why are you so negative in letting people progress its fcking pixels! That we use to unwind from work. And I will point out that I am not a 43 % player , I am slightly above average. But have no wish to play for extreme amount of games so I am not even in that category - i am talkning about statistics, progression and that ypu must have players to field teams on every step if players will have the will to participate. We need players imn Wows, I want to play this game for many years to come - I do not think your attitude is healthy for maintaining numbers of players. It is bad/mediocre players that made up the fields needed for the good players to advance combined with influx of stars. There must be a natural progression even if its small.
-
No thats not an answer to the question, how do you ensure the progression!
-
You have several split possibilities in the major navies easy RN battleships , battlecruisers, German Battlecruisers, US Battleships, IJN alt battleships yes there are some paper there but if you can do the Russian battleships, same for cruisers and DDs. If there exist several ships of same type you just make them different with consumables etc to get different experience. An add to this several smaller nation .lines like Pan-European which can be seperate countries /groups at least in DDs
-
Problems will come that if you do not have a starsaving system. You must as thiextar above says have influx of stars, it is necessary to move the players up the ranks to ensure battles and players to be pitched at that are of different skill Yes in order to advance you need to be better than the opponents but you also need opponents. It is difficult to solve without influx of stars. And remember those players that perservere with 47% to rank 1 are a benefit to you as it is bigger chance that those "plebs in your eyes" are in enemy team out of pure statistics. It would actually be a benefit if there were a few more irrevocable stars. I think it is sad the elitistic attitude many shows without really thinking of the downsides, ranked need players, numbers of them and if there are not incentives to play even for those players that do not match up to many of this forum needs too few players will play rank - long cue hours difficult even for good players to rank out. So while it can be frustrating I think that many here does not comprehend the full picture - we need players - we need incentives even for the worse players to make up the fields and we do need progression via influx of stars. Explain how you would solve that.

Decent König game gave me new Dmgrecord 160971 for me on that ship with roughly 1500 more than previous best , but I could not better the XP it was not more than 1800 XP whereas my 159 K were 2690XP so more big ships now damage wise. König is despite the accuracy nerf some time ago one of my favourite ships to play. Used König with good results in Ranked Sprint Tier 5. -
As the game matures I guess WG thinks that locking out content that have limited lifespan is bad for business and getting new players in. They think that restricting new players from ships is probably bad for attracting new players and if some older players thinks that is bad WG can live with it.
-
Well been there from 3 weeks or so after normal release. Yes Paperfleet or not, well if we are considering one thing that seldom is mentioned of all these Russian/Soviet ships is that WGs working staff probalby at least have very fun designing their own ships so to speak. I am just waiting for the WW1 Torpedo battleship . I guess there is slightly larger hope of that than a IJN Operation/Scenario playing with 4 Mikasas against the glorius Russian botfleet at Tsushima
-
At least spotting damage do tick on screen during battle
-
I guess we can always have for example the Super-Yamato only obtainable for those with over 25.000 battles so that no inappropriate figures can get her. This game has a lot of naval fans among its players so it is unwise to restrict ships in the long run, first obtainable perhaps or as prizes but not exclusivity. And it should be alternative ways to get same ship.
-
Not quite, if they have a snowflake event again every premium (given similar rules) has a value incl. ARP ships. I know its farfetched but it can not be totally ignored. Bought it anyway, have still 264 K Coal.
-
I am totally against a voting system: Think of it: When you have endured a usual loss with the in your eyes the Noobiest team of Noobs you have ever seen and there are in your team you also should rely on that they understand your famous contribution to the good play in the catastrophe. You want to rely on they being able to judge play? I am in favor for cold hard data logic that at least makes us vent the frustration to that impartial computer/serverprogram rather than people, that may vote for a absolute crap player..

If your money does not burn in your pocket previous years in July have had some good discounts on midtier premiums 30% on T7-8 and 50% on T6 ships. important that it has been 1 ship per day during 10 days or so sadly no advance planning of what ships or when it may/or will take place. There is no guarantee ofc if there would be a summersale or in what form this year. Mostly it has been elderly ships
