Mid Tier to T8, economy is fine and can be very rewarding if you work hard, and you know the maps are designed more to suit all types of ships, T8/10 the maps are awful for cruisers and DD's. and you have more fun T4-T7.

I gave up on high tiers after 6.3 update. Happy just to play T4-T8 now, the fun is in those Tiers.

I never said I paid for it bro, but I would if I had to. In a lot of T4/5/6 games you will get 1 and sometimes 2 CV's a game, will this bother a Texas player? No, will your team CV players use the Texas to drag their planes back to if they are chased by enemy fighters? Yes. If you are grinding for the US ships, then I would recommend buying the Texas once you are competent at T4/5, without doubt, she can earn you lots of XP and credits on your journey.

Downed 26 planes in this game Thursday. Nothing wrong with the Texas , I play Texas, NY, Mexico, all great ships. NY has better range than Texas, but AA not so Good.

The Roma would be a ship I would be interested in too, what Tier do you think it would be?

Just found this on The Daily Bounce. HMS Hood, upcoming Tier VII British Premium Battleship got a few stats changed. I already have this ship to test, but it’s one of these “I’m not really sure how to work it out…” ships, and other Community Contributors have been saying the same. Main Changes Main Battery Firing Range changed from 17,57km to 18,57km; Rudder shift time changed from 20.62 to 17.5; 381mm AP ricochet angle changed to 60º/67.5º; Other Changes Hood can heal 60% of penetration damage except citadel hits. However, it does not increase the total amount of HP healed (14%) per consumable. Hood’s Dual-purpose guns and medium-caliber AA guns no longer benefit from Defensive AA Fire consumable. Hood 178mm rocket launcher only have 1.5 km firing range, but you can enjoy the buff from on large-caliber anti-aircraft guns and air defense skills. Hood’s damage control, which is a general Battleship’s damage control for 15 seconds, is different from Warspite’s damage control; her Repair party consumable is also a general one, which means it couldn’t act like a Warspite’s repair party that can recover extra HP. RN BB's, but I have a feeling WG could make them inferior to equivalent Tier BB's, lets hope not.

Only play about 1 or 2 games a day now (no premium account anymore), lost interest since 6.3 update after nerfing my Prems and T4 T5 CV's, but my 1 game today so far, a Kraken is nice, brought a to my face.

Totally agree, great AP, the Emile Bertin is now a ship I will play often, kinda reminds me of the Budyonny
