Remember the dragon flags Birthday event as posted on WOWS June last year?, where you were given the folowing for T10 ships. another reason never to sell your T10's, and the fact they can earn big credits and XP, free XP, and Elite captains XP. I ended up with over 900 Dragon Flags.

Besides the first to arrive and last to leave story, I have visions on the evacuated soldiers on the Medway Queen (300+ each trip) shooting with their rifles at enemy aircraft is an amazing story, and managing to bring a plane down. 300 rifles -> i would gladly have that AA on my Kawachi lol.

All you had to do was buy a ship you already own, in your case, The Belfast at 50%, you would have been given doubloons, buy another 1500 doubloons if you did not have any before, then buy the Scharnhorst in game, the Scharnhorst would have cost you £18.45 or 20.45 Euro. around 45% discount.

You have nothing to prove to anybody, just keep enjoying the game, stats are there to see for yourself how you improve, not to compare yourself to another player.

I already answered the question, read my post again :p What I spend it on is irrelevant, I bought 5 ships, some new, some duplicates, would I spend again? Hell Yeh!!

There will come a day that you will have so many credits you wont know what to do with them, many players now have stacks of 100's of millions, but a perm T10 camo is always a good idea.

I voted: No i didn't hold off, but if these ships come back, i would spend even more money Reason being, I bought duplicates, so I could use the 50% discount doubloons to buy any in-game sale ship I need, hence I still get 50% discount ships even after the "SummerSale" ends, and given the chance I would buy more duplicates for the doubloons awarded.

I have to admit, I too was duped into believing there would be a "Bundle of Ships Sale" for the last 2 days, and I sympathise for those that held back from buying hoping that the main ship they desired would be the next day. I did buy 5 ships. 3 new and 2 duplicates, reason for the duplicates was knowing that with the 50% discount doubloons from the duplicates, I could still buy that desired ship in-game at 50% of it's normal cost. I am not sure which ship to buy yet, but it will more than likely be the Alabama (12.200 doubloons my cost £19.57) because of my love for US BB's.

That's fine. but it was obvious from the start that the ships were not available for in-game purchase with doubloons.

After buying 2 duplicate ships at 50% discount, giving me 13.400 doubloons, I think I will probably buy the Alabama in-game with those doubloons, which means I am getting the ship for £19.87 50% discount. Waiting to see what the bundle consists of first.

Today has basically just started, It states the 16th but not a time so at least wait until tonight before you criticise.

But it can be in-game for doubloons if you use your Brains. Lets pretend you own the Tirpitz (Not known because your stats are private/hidden)buy it again for £27.58, because you already own it, you will get 12.500 doubloons worth £38.54 with those doubloons buy the ship you want in-game about 30% cheaper then you would have paid, and with the Tirpitz you bought again you have all the extras added to your existing Tirpitz. Common Sense. I bought the Belfast twice, now I have 8.200 doubloons to buy any in-game ship with my 50% discount doubloons, Oh!! and I got all those free extras added to my account too worth another £10.

If the bundle content is these 9 ships, I think you will be looking at about minimum 160-200 euros, they will chuck in some extras like silver, doubloons. signals too. I bought 5 of these ships

What was the Base XP, about 1600-1800?
