    Simple solution is, ban all pink ships from playing any random, ranked,and scenarios, while they are pink, they can only play co op. Maybe add in a 24hr cool off ban period and redirected to a training video.

    @MacFergus Do you or have you owned a Kiev?, I took a look at your stats (As I do with all players that give advice) to see the results you have with the Kiev, but couldn't find any, but @NoirLotus has, and not bad stats for the ship.
