After watching the Video quite a few times, I think you are correct, the first set of torps dropped at 0:08 seconds in the video gave the impression they did not damage you, actually and maybe due to a bug were the torps that killed you in some sort of weird delayed action. my apologies.

The kill indicator was wrong too (must be a bug) the Midways secondary shells hit your back then front turrets, slow the video down and watch again.

Quite the opposite, A player that you say sprinted through to T10 will not have the skill and efficiency as a player that had to grind for months to get his T10 ship, and I am sure he wouldn't stop playing because of the sprinter players, he would be more eager to farm the lesser skilled Sprinters. -

RU cruisers are well balanced in the game, Budyonny, Shchors and the amazing Chapayev are great cruisers if played sensibly, the torps on these ships are also powerful if used at the right time and place and in most cases a last resort. If you are a player that prefers to just torp ships from a distance, the IJN DD's would be your best ships to research, but alas, I dare say your next topic will be the lack of speed and guns on those ships. Good Luck.

A question from me, a lesser skilled CV player:- If your plane did a circle before its drop when you tried to cross drop, doesn't that mean you changed the drop point just before the plane made final approach?

It usually takes about 24hrs to get a reply, it all depends on how you worded your support ticket, if you gave them all the details they needed to check your claim, invoice from email or PayPal, Date etc etc, you should hear from them soon.
