Dear Wargaming,
As excited as i was about this new year event as disapointed iam now as well...
Due to private matters i could not start soon enough to get the whole directive done. This week i could finally start on it.
The first directive took me almost the whole week, so i decided to atleast try get the 3th directive done so i could continue the 4 Combat missions for Gorizia you've set up for us... It litterally took me this whole weekend and monday to grind my way to the end of the 3th directive to find myselve locked out at 6am in the morning with just a few more exp to go and no way to contine or get my free Gorizia and have the Combat missions for Gorizia unlocked...
Why the lock out ?
There is no other directive active yet i could have been done with it all now...
I litterally came out what i hope was gonna be my last needed battle few min over 6am apparently the closing time of the event and iam really disapointed thinking i did it all for nothing...
I really looked forward in doing those extra bonus missions, and using the Gorizia.
The only way now for me is to buy the ship after all the time and effort i put in, and i refuse to do that at this point.

Support directed me to this forum so altough i rather not publicly post these things i think it might actually help stuff in the long run...
Ofcourse iam still sour over not making it to the last bit of the event, but i can also see a solution for future events and others getting into the same problem.
1. Why not make the directive active untill the next one starts why is there a 2 day lock out time anyways ?
2. Put a timer on the directive windown counting down to the end time so everyone sees and knows the time they have to complete there set goals and there wont be any confusion...
(The extra missions are still active why not the directive itselve ??)
Gives late commers like me the option to get a few more targets done waiting for the new event...
