Ok you don't know your just speculating...and if there was plenty then I feel there would be a lot more WTF complaints on this forum of t8 against t6, there is a HUGE difference in calibre on guns and general mechanics, radar being one of them no? (Tell you what we can go 1 on 1 in a game if you like, you go in a Leander, ill go in a Baltimore....cool? What exactly are you fixing? tier 5 going up against radar at tier 7 ? Yes screwing/nerfing premiums after you have bought them is definitely the wrong thing to do, but why do we pay for premium ships if there the same as the silver line? just silly, they are premium because they are different and should be better than there silver cousins. If you don't like the fact that they are better....buy one. Problem solved. You cant just give an entire tier Radar because a couple of premiums have it. The ripple effect would destroy balance at 2 tiers below because we have a +2/-2 MM system...yet you talk about restoring balance?! -
Its so similar its spooky.... Have also submitted 2nd ticket with screen shots and check report, this was after integrity check and updates run finding all up to date already and no errors found...

I can confirm that the recent patch wich claims to have fixe's for the fps issue has not worked for me. Still dropping to 20 fps with sound distortion when there is high activity. Anyone else had any luck with the patch?

What your requesring here would probably make the game worse. The 3 tier 7 ships you refer to with radar is a classic case of power creep IMO. We already have a huge influx of radar from tier 8 and up (wich is where it should stay..for consistency reasons) giving radar to another tier @7 would make tier 6 a nightmare. Every time you play at 6 and your +1 you would get radar...if your +2 more radar etc etc. Radar is a high tier consumable and that's where it should stay. + MM probably would go into meltdown as balacing ships against radar @ tier 6 ? -

Dont take this the wrong way mate and im happy for you....but what are you doing here if everything is OK. ? Boasting about your new pc specs etc? Please don't give WG an excuse to say oh look at this guy everything's ok...because it's not and I'm pissed off at the response that I got from WG in regards to the ticket I sent...total brush off wich I will post later...

Ok so what you say here makes perfect sense.....What you and others have mentioned points to these changes giving a worse performance than it was originally. so why is she so much better to play and suddenly more effective? Is she just better against particular targets that have a thicker enough beam for those changes to be more effective.? Ive always been very frustrated by this ship and could never understand why its guns were not very effective....These days Im Really trying to understand the mechanics in this game from different perspectives but it seems I constantly bark up the wrong tree...nothing in this game makes sense sometimes.

Jut had a couple of games, Also...smoke rendering seems to have a large impact on fps....just like before.... No point in playing till fixed...im out for now. Another quality patch.

So please explain why its Damage is MORE consistent overall now Than its ever been and its now able to citadel rather effectively due to its fuse change? Same tier cruisers tend to over pen more yes....but if the rounds drop through the deck then its a different story..... The change from 0.15 to 0.33 fuse time makes all the difference as the shells have a chance to detonate DEEPER inside the ship, rather than just detonating after impact causing just light damage.

Mate got to disagree on this one......Small change in Sigma-combined with the fuse time change = massive difference... its Citadel heaven. Its Death incarnate for cruisers stupid enough to sail broadside, much more capable in fighting BB's now... overall a great improvement. About time...this thing was languishing in my port ...rusting and Flaccid....

The funny thing is They tested it with smoke and RP and then released it without smoke. Did they ever test it Without smoke instead of just releasing it untested...... It would be OP with smoke and RP IMO at its current tier. And that for me is the Issue...its not a tier 5 ship.....It should be at tier 6 WITH smoke like all its RN line...but its 203mm make it special.... The RN Line is unique because the smoke counters its VERY light armour, even Wg informed us when the line was released its attributes and build were around their smoke....now we have just another cruiser IMO and some how its a premium....Why do we buy/want/grind Premiums? because they should be unique and stand out from the crowd, else what are you paying/wanting this for? Dunno TBH im kinda disappointed as had high hopes.... another premium fail? -
Same problem. Only since the last patch.... Starts off @ 55-60 fps and by the end of the battle its 15-20 with distorted sound when there is a lot going on. unplayable at that point and usually when it matters so super frustrating. Very similar to the Memory leak we had some time ago when it took some time for the Devs to isolate the problem. @MrConway Could you perhaps inform the Devs/Relevant department that this is occurring again and needs prioritising/investigating asap? Many thanks.

As she is, she is more than capable at tier 5, 6. Struggles a bit at tier 7 with the slow reload. IMO she should have been a tier 6 Ship with smoke (where she would prob be op) and to make her capable @ tiers 7+ 8 would prob need to tweak that re load time....so she feels a bit confused as to where she should be tbh... First RN CL premium (apart from Belfast) and she goes tier 5? That's WG logic for you...

Hi mate and welcome to the forum, You will learn over time that WG does not see historical accuracy as a priority in this game and as much of a shame as that is, its sometimes necessary to forgo the Historical accuracy for balance in most cases. However Wg concept of balance atm is, shall we say...WIP? -

OK fair point .... I said smoke but your correct in that would be absurd at tier 5....the problem is it just shouldn't be at tier 5. It needs to be at tier 6 with its smoke....there it would be more ideal suited to deal with its 6,7 and posibly tier 8 oponants ...with a tweak on the absurd reload time perhaps.... -

THIS... This ship has been butchered for tier 5 period...rn cruisers survivability depend on the smoke they were given to counter there paper thin armour....and WG remove it? This proves that WG know nothing about balance.... ME ME ME....It's not the guns that are the problem hence why no one has awnsered your question...To answer your question no because I'm scoring multiple citadels on everything Inc BB,'s belive it or not....I'm just not surviving long enough in the game to do any major contribution because I have a ridicoulous reload time and no smoke....this doesn't feel like an RN cruiser to me at all.... -

I think you mistook my post for a moan or something and missed the point I was trying to make...I'm not complaining...I shot down 45 planes protected everyone on the left flank from anilation with full aa build and actually had a good game why wpuld I complain ? The point you missed is in regards to the regeneration.....after everyone is dead and the large nunber of planes seen deleted. ..there are still 4 cv battling it out for the next 5 mins or so...WITH WHAT EXACTLY? And yeah its a 2 cv game wich also shouldn't be happening.... No true. ..no arguments there mate just think constant regeneration is daft...especially in a 2 cv game...above is a good example of what happens when both come together... -
