Errrm..what would you rather have... a Fire on your ship or minotaur unleashing hell for the same duration? Because you can heal fire damage on most BB's (right?) so I know what I would rather have.

Visually this is now doing my head in so thought I should share..... So this is the current visual spectacle of the capital of England as it looks now.... Aaaaaand this is what we have in wows: I would really like to see this Port updated as IMPO its easily the most bland , boring and totally inaccurate one of the lot....and yes that is a helter scelter slide from Bognor Regis just below the tower of London.... Seriously it conveys NOTHING of the atmosphere of London or the river Thames, I was born there and its a bit of an insult actually. I know WG have been busy creating underwater monstrosity's to send us all mad but please could someone take some time and actually design something that's visually spectacular? WG colour palate seems to consist of GREY, BLUE and GreyBlue and nothing else. Zipangu is grey dull and boring and used to be colourful and bright with floating pettles in the wind etc.... Nearly all the maps we play are colourless these days as well...... GET SOME COLUR IN THE GAME PLEASE. Would you rather keep historical accuracy on these ports or have some updated ports which represent modern day accuracy? Over to you.....

I used to think like this...... Now I think like this..........and my stats concur with this too... And I think the AA has improved to be honest which is proven in the DD does better now department...those that were weakest are now stronger. Those that were already strong there is little change IMO.

Totally agree. Wg Epitome of Balance...What do they expect people to use against cv 's?......Harsh language? Oh please....ffs Pete. Having no air defence whatsoever against CV's is never going to be just fine...What are you smoking?.

Plymouth would be a great option and has good Naval history. Just don't like the colour scheme of the London port. Perhaps a mix of London but with the Dunkirk war time atmosphere and effects.... I actually realy like what @Episparh posted.....but just in colour.... London bridge could open and close , ships moving through etc...guns and explosions rumble in the distance, the smoke rising.... I just feel what we have could be so much more.... If not modern and bright then ad least atmospheric and interesting....

Ok I have emended original post as I can see there are quite a few of you out there who like the historical feel of some of the ports (its about the only historical accuracy left I suppose in the game these days come to think of it) so I guess my question is ....do you want historical ports or modern vibrant colourful ones? Regardless I think they need updating IMO.

OK guys I see your point and that some of you would prefer historical accuracy, wich is totally fair enough actually. but, Oh look ...colour...and did st Peters burg look like this in ww2? My point is that it is VERY bland and im tired of the dull palate that WG have reverted to in this game.... Would you guys rather not a bit more colour or ad least relative action? Like the Dunkirk map, bombs and explosions etc just give it life and colour....this is So boring ....no?

Another event wich is com0pletely unachievable for all but the most dedicated player with little to no commitments in life other than this game. WTF WG? This^^ Very True...And I thought the idea of a business model is to include as many customers as possible , not to exclude 75%of player base who take one look at this and go No thanks because of the time required to achieve it? I mean what 's the point. The More people achieve it, the more people are happy to stay and play with that new captain/achievement and give a positive feedback with in turn attract more players to the mission/game etc plus more people are inclined to do it again BECAUSE its achievable. Instead yet again we get something designed to get more negativity than positivity in its design because its designed to be less achievable than achievable.....And my time does NOT solely exist to boost Wg business model.. Oh and yes ...I feel excluded.

I have always liked this game..But reading this earlier made me realise the problem I have with this game atm....For me it has become incredibly chaotic. The constant nerfs and buffs, (especilay the cv re launch) always mean that it effects something else to have to unlearn and re learn, numbers assigned to memory now useless....The upcoming IFE changes will effect things yet again, and I honestly feel exhausted just trying to think of all the changes we have had since those days and don't get me wrong, growth of the game is good but at the rate its coming at...its just to frequent. Almost feels like I've been pushed a little to burn out..

Sorry to hear that mate that's just ridiculous imo..... myself I got a mission drop for the Jag and completed it fairly easily...she seems a decent destroyer for her tier but im not a DD main so....

See, this is where I can see this being of most use. Say you need to go to co op or training or even possibly scenario's to a certain degree....one click and its done, you can start a fresh or go in naked. There should have been an option to remove all signals yonks ago.

Not a lover or hater of Epi but I would like to see it with perhaps on one map only, one that's more suited to that mode.
