Yes, yes I have. and I understand the mechanic. Did you read the questions in OP? There has to be some element of realism and I feel personally that the game is getting more and more far fetched and in the realms of fantacy. I actually don't want this to happen to the game hence why I asked your opinions. Damage saturation imo is a joke because you get away with what should have been a fair kill from the enemy, or you don't get one yourself even though both sides deserve that kill as it was thought out and executed correctly. your reward is "nice try but better luck next time" even though you have just landed enough explosive to level a small village the bloody thing still floats or can sail around and do further damage when it should be on the ocean floor. The Idonapolis was sunk by a single torp, The titanic was sunk by a freaking ice burg but 6 torp stikes on a broadside BB regardless of TORPEDO BELT PROTECTION .... COME ON? -

Agreed but to be honest the enemy dd played that well, waited to ambush and got rewarded with a big FU because of ...damage saturation. then got killed himself by someone who should be dead. -

This sound update in a nut shell.. Amongst other things The Edinburgh's guns sound awful. They actually pop. Its comical. Please change them back. -
Errm No I don't think it is... Just a thought but id like to see radar at a uniform distance, say 10klm max...(There are too many atm to assign to memory as that list shows) but keep the active/cool down as is depending on nation. Ru radar is a bit op@ 12klm regardless of time active IMO.

Its not great. what I meant by my previous comment is that it teaches people poor gameplay( bad habits) because of its very nature and that effects the game for the rest of us as has been demonstrated by countless threads complaining about poor awareness and general below average gameplay. Co op teaches bad habits because its unrealistic to the rest of the modes we play. That's the point I was trying to make. (And I very rarely play co op.) My last post was a bit ranty...was obviously in a bad mood or something and started off on the wrong foot. Doesn't need to Go just be Improved....its still ok for points mentioned below. Agreed, however whilst obtaining your event directives and training your captain that's when you pick up those bad habits and carry them over to random, ranked etc.

Bingo! well said. I firmly believe that CO OP needs to go or be utilised into something better. Co op teaches you so many bad habits, its not a team experience its all about the Individual doing what he she wants to complete whatever he she wants to get. It teaches you nothing of the skills you need for Radom's ranked or any of the game modes. Ie playing as a team, what role you should be fulfilling because of what type of ship you have chosen and how best to do that but no, just rush and kill and come away thinking they've done the right thing because they have a victory. Yay And yet we are all surprised when people like OP exist (1418 coop games) and come here with 22 Tier10's and poor stats...(that's wg fault not his imo..) Wg has a perfect platform there to train people to enhance game experience and discover and practice the skills they need to be successful in the game but instead its used as a alternative money spinner for those who want as little input and responsibility in learning the game as possible...and yet the game still rewards them for it. The Irony is its called co-op. does it teach you to co operate with your team mates? Hell No.... IMO CO-OP MODE IS A GAME KILLER AND NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.

Remove Radar? People might actually be forced to Learn or use skill and knowledge of detection ranges rather than pressing a button. Seriously make radar a uniform range across all lines. say 9-10 k max. None of the 12klm BS for certain countries lines. That's just BS. -
corrected that for you...To be honest I find Us easier in some respects, not sure what you mean by complicated? That's weird because When I see INJ cruiser I think Citedel because they are easy to pen. last 3/4 of an INJ cruiser is citadel heaven ad least for me. I don't own a Zao but I have killed plenty in Baffalo/Mino. But its great when you find the ship you love the most and that for you is the Zao so happy days mate.

This in a nutshell..Apart from the dpm she feels/plays completely different to the 2 ships either side in the tree imo and she's the one I like playing least from the line. Almost sluggish for her tier. I agree citadel needs to be lowered or ad least that "step up" in it needs to go. its also one of the biggest citadels in relative size to the ship. In that respect its a floating pinyata. High damage, high risk, High skill Boat.

Most people know here that I am not a fan of Radar. If it was removed then we would have a far more balanced playing field and people would actually have to learn to play rather than having a button to press that reveals all, but as we are now radar has no counter except islands wich if you think about it logically only promotes static gameplay....more ships with radar more people will camp to avoid it DD gameplay becomes harder etc etc. A hole Naval line that relies on smoke becomes a waste of time....unless your behind an island which it can still see you anyway giving away your location and ruining a nice surprise you've just spent the last 5 mins setting up....And don't even get me started on Russian radar ....12k range says it all IMO. Best feature? Probably for me the graphics. love it when the sky is full of planes being shot down splashing into the ocean against a sun set or northern lights in the sky (ahem) vast choice of ships and lines all with great detail etc. I understand where you are coming from on the WOT pov because I play that to from time to time so no arguments there, however this game is subject to some power creep as well which is inevitable when you start nefring and buffing ships as others then need adjusting and then some just get left behind.....

The ultimate wepon is Radar. ultimate defence ...behind an island. And the best thing about the game is not the balance Imo ...

You've played 14 Games in her. This is not enough to form a solid opinion because with all due respect you are still all things considered still fairly new to this ship, still haven't unlocked all modules and probably have low captain skills to boot. Give your self and the ship a chance. Yes she is painfully slow and IMO your correct about unlocking the range in some respects as she is VERY effective at around 10-15k., and we don't need more long range snipers in the game Seriously as a cruiser main I have learned to Fear this ship because if I make the slightest mistake and she's on the money and the player knows what he/she is doing, Im going back to port.... Sounds like you need to angle more and when was the sigma Nerfed for this ship? She's solid once you get to know her because those guns ....... -

Massive AA fire sounds wrong IMO, something a teenager would say to overemphasise something that isn't....Like "He's a Massive Wan*£!" AA barrage is much better and sounds technically accurate to the game we are playing in regards to Naval warfare.... -
