Not all the turrets are the same caliber, and only three 2x4.7inch are counted as a main guns. Not a single ship in the game has main guns of different calibers. If you want Tribal with 4 gun turrets play Cossack instead.

I wouldn't mind calling it HMS Tally-Ho which also had quite distinguished career, sinking Kuma and Italian sub manned by Germans, among number of other ships. As I like British subs look, it is nice to see their models, but I hate that they are added to the game considering current state of subs. If WG gave some permanent game mode just for subs, like the announced "Wolfpack" I might even tried those RN subs, without it I will keep distance from subs.

Nope, Black was removed as it was to cheap for steel ship, especially as it was a really good ship. 14k, or 10.5k with coupon was way too low, compared with other steel ships. Even Neusta was more expensive. It is US cruiser.

I would probably go for Bazan even tho it really does not look promising. But I already have over 1 million of coal so keeping it for something else does not make much sense. looking at its current state I wouldn't hope too much. Probably not with two more high tier ships for coal announced yesterday. My guess would be either RB or doubloons. If Sevastopol doesn't show up soon, maybe Velos will replace it.

Well when Kiev was added, there was no war. And adding a Soviet ship named Sevastopol at current point would probably not be the smartest thing to do. Why bring more negative PR if it could be avoided. I really wonder why WG just don't change name to something less sensitive.

Stock Z-23 only has four guns. Once you research B hull, it gets it fifth gun by front mount becoming twin.

Some low tiers in South European or Balkans branch for sure. Kocatepe and Zafer are based on Italian DDs but still somewhat different than their Italian counterparts. For mif and high tiers it is more like "copy paste" and do same small changes. Demirhisar is basically an I class with less torps. Alp Arslan is basically an Orkan with some small changes, Gaziantep is Bristol class. Still some of those could be used to fill gaps or make line, more "diverse" (seems like very popular word these day) or consistent. For example you could go T7 Gaziantep (4 x 5inch, 1x 5 torps) T8 Velos (4 x 5inch, 1x 5 torps) T9 Split (4 x 5inch, 1x 5 torps) T10 ? Slap some gimmick and it could work. Issue is that lot of those ships previously operated by USN and RN were modernized before given to European navies, like all those Geraing and Allen M Summner class destroyers. Both were given after going through FRES modernization. By the time Greece got their Gleave class destroyers they were without torps, only guns. So having some option to fill a gap could come handy.
