And did any of those US cruisers become a premium ship? Or they just moved around between tiers and branches? Reason why WG did that is because by moving ship down, its perma camo is also moving down and it actually loosing on value. If you remember the first split ever happened was IJN DD split where all ships were actually downtiered. And if someone for example had all perma camos he would loose 5k doubloons during the process and WG decided to compensate this by giving camos for new ships. And WG continue with practice in subsequent splits. But this time ship is staying at T10, its camo is not loosing value. Thing is, you can try to use that example as it fit what you want to happen. On the other hand, as this is a specific case and also first of its kind, WG could do whatever they think that it is best for them. So as much as WG current approach does seems unfair it doesn't make that your reasoning that this should follow previous splits correct, at least technically or in WG eyes. I am not saying that WG should not compensate you but IMO you are continue to stick with argument that could but also as easily could not be applied in this case.

It is not. Currently Ognevoi and Udaloi both have Speed Boost on the same key, like a majority of other DDs, where Grozovoi has DFAA. So actually current slot of Speed Boost on Grozovoi is odd.

"You can get your LU by just playing T10 ship you got or you can research five lines to get access to RB, then you need to regrind one or two more lines to get enough points to get LU. But in that response he never said that they will make alternative way to get LUs only that they are "looking into ways how to address" issue. Even if they do find alternative way, which I wouldn't expect anytime soon , I doubt that they will put it into Premium Store as that would negate complete point of RB.

Mogami kind of profited from all those IFHE and Upgrades changes. With IFHE its 155mm guns can pen 38mm of armour, but also, unlike all other T8 CLs, I'm talking about 155mm version, it has CA armour which means 27mm upper belt and central deck. Removing reload penalty from MBM2 it makes it straight upgrade to 155mm Mogami. Still definitely not easy ships to play but I would not consider it a bad ship. Just require more skill and awareness.

I know that WG said that they will try to find other ways for players to earn Research Points, not LUs, and seems like those with RB unlocked will be able to get RPs from daily missions from 0.9.5. But as far as I know they never mentioned that there would be alternative way to get LUs.

They didin't took anything from you. All LUs you had already researched you still have, those you have missions for you can finish till 31.12. Only those for which you didn't even get mission now you can get from RB, if you have access for. But if you didn't have those mission than WG could not "took away from you" as you didn't even have it in the first place. I think that WG could reduce requirement for RB to three lines instead of five, but whole concept of RB is intended for long term players and as long as those LUs are sidegrades and not straight upgrade they are not necessary for you to play the game.

Can understand that containers with 300 are rare but don't understand what is a point having containers with 10, 15 and 25 tokens when even their drop rate is so low. This whole event seems designed that, if you want to get anything above Mikoyan, you need to spend money. If you miss just couple of containers even getting Mikoyan is questionable.

DoY aft turret angles are horrible. Sure, let's blame Soviet BBs for everything. From the moment RN BBs are released there were complains about their quite invulnerable citadel. But when WG finally did something about about it now some are complain that WG did that because of Soviet BBs? Sigh There is no chance that WG will ever move DoY to T8. She will stay on T7 and all changes to the ship will happen there. I agree that rising the citadel was huge nerf for a ship and that now she is quite mediocre, not that she was anything special before. But there are still three other ships of KGV class and WG could do better job with HMS Anson for example as T8 BB. But doing all that job for DoY would probably not be to preofitable for them as lot of players already got her for free and even more players already have them. So why waste money on ship they probably consider fine when they can get more money from one of her sisters instead.

There is a German T10 premium carrier, Werner Voss which could be seen using mod that is showing all ships in the game. From Flamu stream It could be some test for different plane loadout for MvR or maybe some future German T10 premium CV?

It will be released in 0.9.6 so in two patches not in the next one. But of course this is not a reason why would anybody spend money on early access.

WG didn't confirm that Agir would be for Coal as far as I know. Black, Neustra and Flint will arrive in approximately 5 months form now, LD would probably take even longer. If you have Moskva, or you can research it before 0.9.5 you will get it for free.

Looks spicy but DDs are quite let down and not worth glorious SU lineup. WG it is time to give us a Soviet premium DD that will replace Somers, Halland, Daring and Kleber in competitive gameplay and make them obsolete ll at once.

On the other hand, neither Moskva or SG could stealth radar so far a DD, new Soviet cruisers are much worse even with short duration radar. There is no counterplay as the moment DD spot, for example, Petro it is already in his radar range so all it need to do to see who is spotting him is to press a button. Sure for 15sec he could hardly kill DD but he can still deal considerable damage to it. So IMO, Soviet CAs radar is much worse then Moskva or SG radar.
