Why are you comparing it to T10 ships? Why not compare it to T9 ships instead as those are Siegfried direct opponents So its pen is only comparable to Krony's one, better than Alaska or Riga. Keep in mind that I'm only comparing the AP shell pens not the whole stats so I'm not saying that due pen Siegried is good or anything like it.

Technically, 1945 refit of the Nelson could be put at T8. After that refit Nelson AA was significantly improved by adding 4x4 40mm Bofors and number of 20mm guns was increased to 65, as addition to previously installed 6x8 40mm pom poms and 6x1 4inch guns. Still for the game this wouldn't mean much especially when you compare it with NC for example, but still better then current T7 Nelson. Due refit Nelson displacement also increased somewhat from 41k full displacement to 44k which could result in increasing total HP over 60k. But still it would be very slow and, probably, with 32mm armour everywhere it would be quite vulnerable. Unfortunately Rodney never received similar improvements in AA, with exceptions of significant increase of 20mm guns, so at T8 it would basically be a food for CVs.

Don’t believe rumours unless it is confirmed by WG. They never suggested Vampire currency in any way. This is just thinking of some players that, as they removed Smaland which was for FXP, the Vampire will be sold for FXP as it is a T10 DD. But again WG never even suggested something like this so unless it is official announced all those “rumours” are just guessing and wishful thinking without any base.

Reason why Jingles had left CC program back then were completely different from those why Flamu was considering to leave it or why he is kicked from the program in the end. Jingles threatened to leave CC program because WG is threatening SirFoch with copyright strike of his YT channel. First WG EU calmed down the issue by apologizing and assuring everyone that this won't happen only to be completely sabotaged by WG NA which just added oil on the fire. And that is when Jingles left CC program. Flamu, as far as I know, was never threatened by WG with copyright strike. So as far as I know, WG assurance about this still holds.

He did left CC program then but after everything calmed down and he got assurances by WG he rejoined CC program.

Seriously, what is with this obsession of comparing cars to premium ships? Or comparing a real life with the game? Also in your references it is quite opposite. It would be similar if someone says that you can't drive that Mazda in some specific competitive race, and even then only for some period, like in winter, but you can drive it anywhere else.

So you would buy a car only for highway? Why you would do that? What if you need to get out of the highway? Also are you suggesting that there are no changes in the city plans? They are the same as when they are founded? There is no chance that some new city area will be declared restricted for the cars for some reasons or at least for some kind of cars? What if you have a truck? Can you drive it everywhere in the town? You can't compare cars with the games, well not even with the game but the game assets. Tell me if you want to buy car, do they give you some older version and tell you that you need to grind the better one. Do you pay the same amount of the money for a new car as for a new premium ship? How much is costing you to keep a car in the working condition and how much you spend for a same thing for a premium ship? How many cars do you have? More then you have ships in the game? How often do you change your car? More often then playing some new ship? Comparation of the game with the real life is plain stupid. Unless game is about simulation of the real life. But even then it's stupid.

So you have bought your premium ship specifically for this CBs and you are not playing them anywhere outside that mode? Are you comparing a game with a car? What is obsession with people comparing games and gaming industry with cars and cars industry. BTW there are parts of the cities where you can't use you cars or have restricted access, you know like parks or pedestrians areas, public squares and many others places. Did you sell your car because of that or ask car company or city for refunds?

What issue? This is a common practice in almost all community based competitions. It was even a common practice for NA KotS so far. If ship is banned for everyone then I don't see what is a problem. It is banned in one temporary mode, and it is not banned for all the time but a fraction of it. I mean it is sad that WG is doing this but I can understand why they are doing this. Have you read threads about previous this was quite common request by playerbase. This was even announced log before this CBs even started. So if they ignore playerbase then everyone jumps on them - if they don't ignore playerbase then everyone jumps of them. Dude are you seriously complaining that you need to play a game WHILE PLAYING THE GAME? Why are you playing if you don't want to play? And yes, those ships are free as you can get using a currency which you can earn by playing the game. If you don't want to play a game that is your problem. Well this is not a football so .... And you are getting something in return as WG didn't take your ships aways. You can still play them .... just for very limited time you can't play it in one of the game mods.

Only part of the Brindisi upper belt is 30mm. Drake has 30mm deck, Riga has 35mm upper belt and deck and of course Ibuki has 30mm casemate armour. But all the rest is just 27mm max. With exceptions of CCs of course. But yes, I agree that banning a Georgia will probably not bring more cruisers outside, but it could make cruisers life somewhat easier as Georgia is one of the most accurate BBs at T9. But than again I guess now we will see more Izumos/Baijes instead. It is BBs that could profit by banning Musashi.

Why are you playing this game if you don't want to invest your time? So you don't want to waste your time on grinding? I guess you want to skip that by buying premium ships, which means you are giving money to WG? But you don't want to give WG any money. But you also don't want to grind either as that require time which is equal money? And why do anything if it doesn't earn you money? If for you time is money, then don't play anything but just work.

Why would you need to spend a money on them? Ships like Izumo, Kita, Riga, Udaloy or Donskoy are all free. You can get Neustra with Coal. They are all quite viable ships for this season. Also ships like Mogador or Alaska are not banned but just limited. As I said, probably lot depends how WG will rate this season. If they are satisfied then I'm pretty sure that this will become a regular thing for future season, or at least till WG think of something else.

As WG already said, Elbing, and other new German DDs, will get smoke instead of hydro. But devblog doesn't say what kind of smoke. According to GM3D, it is a standard German smoke, so 20sec dispersion time, lasting for 77sec, 160sec reload.

What are you talking about? Those are just examples, there is no limitation on Black or Ibuki currently. BTW, we all know that Ibuki is OP and should be banned. /s

There are lot of fun T9 ships, you should try some of them, who knows maybe you like them Not sure what teams you are meeting in the CBs, but at higher leagues, Musashi and Georgia are the most used BBs and Mogador packs are quite common, so much that they are becoming quite annoying. So this is not surprising at all. Also this is a first season that WG is doing this, and reason why they are doing this are previous seasons and probably good reaction of community on similar practice in some Tournament organized by playerbase itself. Why now? Well they need to start from somewhere I guess, if WG consider it successful then we can expect the same for future seasons no matter which tier they will be.

Lappland es actually a Halland with the same stats. It was a test ship for PE legendary captain not for some different configuration. It is marked as “soon” just because it is not removed from the game and it is still visible with a mod. Maybe some day WG will release Lappland, but not in this form, as it is the same as Halland, or any time soon. Even if WG release a new T7 premium for FXP, it would be more expensive than 375k. But I doubt we will ever see another T7, or lower tier, for FXP again.

She's bit short of everything for T9. HMS Cavalier should be T7, T8 tops.

Who is banned for showing test ships on YT? If you talking about flamu he is not banned because of that. Showing test ships in the port on stream or YT is not prohibited, playing them is.

Not really. Unlike Mino, Atlanta can't stealth radar and her radar is only 8.5km, which means you need to be quite close to catch someone. On smaller maps with cover, Atlanta shines. Bring her to bigger map with more open space, she will struggle. Flint was always the more effective ship, just because of that smoke and longer range torps. Smoke is giving Flint a huge advantage to choose position, while Atlanta is really dependent on island cover. Radar is good for 25sec, after that .... good luck if you are caught in the open No, you would not. Mino with 13km range would be a shi(t), especially considering that it is a T10 ship. Stats-wise Flint doesn't look bad, but 11.12km is just pathetic. If WG wanted to bring Flint closer to Atlanta by performance, they could at least give it 10% better range, to 12.32km. But considering current stats, I wouldn't be surprised if WG decide to leave Flint as it is, at least for now.

Why not wait till next patch and then decide. Unless you want Somers, of course. In the next patch Somers will be replaced with Austin for steel. We don't know how good will Austin be in the end but wait for first reviews and see. You might like it. If not you can always pick one between the rest of steel ships, depending on your playstyle and class preferences. there is no need to rush, again unless you want Somers, with a new steel ship incoming and possibly some changes to Captain skills there could be more options or reasons why to pick something or not.

Just wait. If you don't like/want next coal ship you can always buy Pommern instead

I agree. If they want, WG could help preservation of USS Sullivens on other, more simple ways. Like creating a news article about it and post a link for donations. I don't know why would WG need to create a new premium just for this or any other similar case in the future.
