If spreadsheet is saying that ships is performing well statistically WG can't just buff it without reason. 380mm guns?

I would not expect any significant buffs to Siegfried quite soon. If you look into stats for the last two month, so after the captain rework, Siegfried is performing quite well, it is actually a second best performing T9 (premium) cruiser at T9 after Krony So it doesn't look like it is in the bad spot or need any buffs currently. Even if WG decide to give something to players and buff secondaries don't expect them to reach pre-rework levels but it would probably be more "decorative" change than the effective one. But I don't see them buffing Siegfried in any way any time soon. Also saying that Siegfried is uniq case is little stretched. Lot of ships were uniq in some way at the time of their release. Blyska was uniq at the time of her release, just like Bayard was or Flint or ... well you get a picture. All this ships were more all less hit by previous general changes, and WG never compensated owners of those ships, so I would not expect much either on that too. Especially if your main argument is that you don't like ships anymore. Imagine if WG decide compensate Siegfried owners but not for example Flint owners. No matter how specific case you can claim it too be WG will only lose it is go that way. Did you ever consider playing Siegfried on some other way? I mean it still has uniq main guns among the cruisers and now you actually have some skills to buff them additionally via captain.

Front turret is different, now it has same turret at front as Z-46 and Z-52. Not sure what you mean, every ships from T6 and up has option to buy perma camo. Every new line event usually give perma camo for mid and lower tier ships too, if such ships exists. I know that I got perma camos for RN CAs (T5-T6), Italian CAs (T5-T8), PE DDs (T5 -T7 and T10) and Italian BBs (T6-T8). From that New Year campaign I got 5 camos for T5 ships. So it is not like WG is not giving camos for lower tier ships if there is proper occasion for that.

It was always like this and not just for a crawling smoke. Even regular smoke work the same way.

Thing is if you want to stay in the smoke you need to move at 1/4 speed. But when you are moving in reverse, you are moving faster than 1/4 and that is why you are ending outside smoke. Found this thread on NA forum about calculating how fast ships is going in reverse and seems like mathematical formula for this is [ Max Speed / 4 ] + 4.9 = Reverse Speed So when you are going in reverse with Hunghe there is no way to stay in the smoke, but I don't know if this is a bug or intentional.

Don't try to get how WG thinks as there is no rule. This is probably more coincidence then some rule. Hayate for example was voted by playerbase to be sold for FXP, it was not WG decision, and when Smaland was announced to be for FXP, resource requirement for three other ships were also announced, one of them another T10 DD, Marceau, was announced for coal. Also for example WG replaced Somers with Austin, probably just because Austin was ready to be released. So there is no rule with this. Don't forget there are couple more ships in development, like Druid and Napoli. One one them could potentially be for FXP as we got steel and two coal ships recently, and Vampre will be for RP. So there is a chance.

Nope. Lot of people assumed that, completely baseless I must add. Just because a ship that was sold for one resource was removed there is no reason for WG to automatically replace it with a ship from the same class for a same resource. And there is still a FXP T10 DD, like it or not.

No, both for DM/Salem and Hindy. 27mm bow/stern, 30mm upper belt and deck is enough. DM doesn't need buffs, sure it would be nice if WG buff its AA but I guess that is not very likely to happen. Wonder how much is this because being the most popular T10 cruiser. Its average damage is not that bad.

Fletcher model represent original design for the class, with rounded bridge while Chung Mu is representing both later version of the Fletcher with square bridge but also the post war modernization (closed bridge and new radar). So they would not share same A hull.

That is not what he said. If you have enough FXP, you can “convert” it to RP without need to spend anything. If you don’t ... than is up to you. You can always get it just by playing game but it require more time. That is not how it works. You get steel and coal only if you complete whole construction with doubloons. So you need much more doubloons than just 8.950 for that.

That is an issue that lot of players, me including, don't like with WG. With some of those paper ships, WG took quite a lot of liberties how to present them with their in game models. So lot of them looks quite different from what would they probably look if they were built. Some of the worst case of this are the Royal Navy CAs, all those from T7 to T10. So don't be surprised about this.

Not really. Musashi is still looking broken to me, Missouri has second best WR but it could be argued that it is not nearly as strong as Musashi is. But on the other hand Missouri credit earning is probably what will prevent it coming back Kutuzov is still very strong, not nearly as strong as Belfast is which is still dumpster all T7 cruisers but its average damage is way better than any other T8 cruiser (24k more than Balti for example, its average damage is comparable with that of T10 cruisers). Benham (56.2% WR in last two months) has second best WR, behind Black (56.62%), but still deal 5k more damage than the Kita or 10k more than Mogadore. It deals more damage than Marceau, Kleber, Haru or basically any other T10 DD but Somers. Krony has over 67% WR and out-damage Alaska by 4k. To me they all still look too strong compared to the rest. If they were powercrept they are usually still above the rest. Maybe margin is somewhat smaller but it is still significant.

Just compare it to Emerald at T5. Emerals has 7 x 6 inch guns, 2x4 torpedos per side, smoke and heal. And more HP on top of that. Not really. HP is set based on displacement of the ship. Sure WG sometimes tweak this for balance purposes but generally more displacement means more HP. De Ruyter with he 6.650 tons was quite "light" for a T6, even for a T5. Compare this with above mentioned Emerald which displacement was 9,435 t. So same number of guns as Emerald, almost the same caliber, but no torps, no heal, no smoke, no armour, less HP .... There is no chance for De Ruyter to be T6 cruiser, not even T5, at least not on the tech tree. As premium that could be more options but as she is a regular ship there is no chance.

So basically a Dutch Mogami. IMO Evertsen would be more appropriate name. Or Piet Hein. Tromp will probably be a DD, my guess would be T10 as it could easily fit there. It is to small for a cruiser even for low tiers, like T5. For comparation Huanghe, which we have at T6 and which is already pretty small for its tier had almost twice displacement of the Tromp class. It is much more suited for a DD than for cruiser.

Yes I believe that at the start we will get stuff like that but with time ... This is my 6th year in WoWs and after all this time I don't have much confidence in WG (left). I would not be surprised if eventually we get things like those removed ships on auction. After all WG could give just a small number of them but they would probably reach much higher price that they would be in the Premium Shop. They would not be available in the big numbers to make a big impact on the game, technically that would not be gambling so it could bypass any new law that could impact loot boxes and it could end quite profitable for WG. So win win. I would like to trust WG but unfortunately I can't.

It is a bigger ship than Tashkent so what do you expect. You are getting one more turret so 25% more DPM than Tashkent. Also unlike Tashkent it actually has some armour which would shatter all 6 and 8 inch HE. I personally would like if WG give it Tashkent 8km torps and either a somewhat better rudder or better range. But more than that will be too much. Even in this state Khaba is still statistically one of the top performing DDs.
