  1. Well that is not surprising as St.Louis class superstructure is better optimised for AA defence and doesn't obscure aft guns like the aft superstructure of Brooklyn class. This is a BS. My guess is that this is balance for less range and worse maneuverability. If they are giving her T10 US radar they could give Helena, maybe even NO, an Atlanta radar. Now radar at T7 will stay only available on premium ships (read behind a pay-wall). Edit: Wording
  2. So according the sea-group Boise will be a Pan-American premium ship in the for of Argentinian cruiser Nueve de Julio but will be under US tree until introduction of PA branch. Don't know what would that mean captain wise. Also seems like she will have same radar as Indianapolis which is a BS. Like we need another long range radar at T7. Also that would mean that Nueve de Julio detention range, with CE, and her radar range will be very close, 10.1km concealment to 9.9km radar. Personally I would prefer he as a US ship, now not sure sure will I bough her, everything depend how good she will be balanced.

Tier VII Pan-American Cruiser Nueve de Julio ex-Boise, a Brooklyn-class light cruiser, she was sold to the Argentine Navy in 1951, and then was renamed as Nueve de Julio. However, she will indefinitely stay with her US cruiser sisters until WoWS officially introduces the Pan-America ship branch to the game. She carries the same Surveillance Radar as Indianapolis: detection range - 9.9 km, activation time - 25 seconds. https://sea-group.org/?p=4095&lang=en World of Warships 0.7.4 Supertest is now testing a new layout for the British Destroyer HMS Cossack with 4×2 120mm. US Cruisers

US dazzle camos are not bad. I don't have huge expectation for camo but as long as it not the same as for Cleveland and Baltimore I would be happy.

    US Cruisers

Well Measure 21 on Helena would be a nice but somehow I think that we will get dazzle pattern for premium camo. But Helena did look sexy as hell with that blue color. I really hope that she will be a good ship and WG won't screw it somehow.

When can we lay our Hands on the T-61 ????

I doubt WG will scrap T61 but it could pass some time before we see it again. Remember the Kidd? There were several months between her first appearance and final release, Massachusetts is still somewhere in void without any particular need for additional balancing just like Salem. WG have their plans and seems like they decided that this is not a right moment for T61. We recently got one T6 dd, Aigle and there is another T6, USS Monaghan, that we could expect to arrive. Maybe WG considered that too much T6 dds in short time period? Who knows? But we will see T61 sooner or later, I hope in more balanced state than now.

When can we lay our Hands on the T-61 ????

In the 2017 new year video, it is possible to see schematics of Kildin class dd. So where is it? I WANT MY NUKE ANTI-SHIP MISSILES !!! NOW !!! Question: if I put more !!! after sentence after I wrote it in caps is there are more chance that I'll get what I want?
  9. So recently WG announced on its dev blog a new premium cruiser, Brooklyn class cruiser Boise with a note that The cruiser might change her national allegiance and name before coming to production. Well Boise was a US Navy cruiser that after the war was sold to Argentine and become Nueve de Julio. Generally I would rather have it under US tree than as premium for possible future South America tree. So I came with the next proposal: when you are buying this ship you can choose between two options, either as a US premium or premium for some of the South America nations like Argentina, Brasil or Peru. But you can have only one. Generally there were seven ships of Brooklyn class and two of St.Louis class, which could be considered as subclass of Brooklyn class. Six of those Brooklyn class ship have same design, only Savannah get some notable differences and after repair it resembled more to St.Louis class. Five or those six, all but Honolulu, were sold to South American nations, 2 to Argentina, 2 to Peru and one to Brazil. In game class could be represented with possibly two ships - Savannah and any one of the rest of the Brooklyn class as they were all more or less very similar. Having one premium for US and one for Argentine or Brazil would be quite pointless as there is not enough physical or armament differences to justify this. So why not a single ship but with option to choose under which three it would be added. But you will have to choose only one of them as again having the same ship under different trees is quite pointless. Same could be done for possible T9 Fletcher premium for example. If WG decide to introduce USS Johnson why not give a option to buy it as a HNS Velos or as any of other nations Fletchers as they were basically a same ships. But again only one could be chose as at least 15 nations used Fletcher class and that would mean a quite lot of Fletchers in the game. If there is enough reasons to justify different premiums like Leander/Perth than go for it, print as many premiums as you can but for posible premium ships like the Royal Navy N class destroyer which served under Polish, Australian and Dutch flag represented why have three different but same ships if can have one with options to get as either of those three nations. WG than could sell same ship in three different bundles with captains of respective navies and some special flags depending on what nation you choose. Personally I would like this but honestly I doubt that it will be implemented. But still it could be at least considered. What are your thought on this?

    Z39 New German Premium

Well you can dream but if it ever be released as silver ships in Dutch dd line it would be a same ship and definitely it won't be anywhere close to current T-61. It wouldn't have German 128mm but rather 120mm instead just like different type of torps not the German once.
  11. Well if it's based on reports than what would happen if somebody report you as AFK while you are not? There will be a high chance for system abuse if it's not automated.

    US Cruisers

WG probably trying to justify Boise's radar with worse maneuverability and range. And she only has better mid and short range AA than Helena which has better long range AA. Boise also has somewhat better concealment. But yea, it looks like bad trade. Maybe better trade would be to give Helena 8.5 to 9sec reload while keep Boise with 10sec but give it same maneuverability and range. Also another T7 premium with radar while still not a single T7 silver ship has it.

    Z39 New German Premium

Z39 is still in the test phase. It's a T61 not Z61 and its fate is currently unknown So currently there is no info about when those ships will be available but you can probably expect Z39 to be added to the game before T61.
  15. Well maybe you can find a mode that will put "Iowa" on the Musashi or Izumo stern
  16. My choice among Brooklyn class for a premium would be Savannah but at T8 in 1945 configuration. Her 8 single 5inch guns were replaced with four double 5inch mounts, same as St.Louis class, and with 6x2 + 4x4 40mm Bofors mounts she would have nice AA, but still worse than Cleveland or Baltimore. With 8sec reload she could have been a nice alternative to Cleveland, with more guns but with slower reload, less HP, good but still worse AA than Cleveland and worse concealment. But she would have better torpedo protection as Savannah got torpedo bulges. Savannah at T8 could bring what a lot of players wanted in first place, Brooklyn class at T8 with her full power. If any Brooklyn class at T7 would have a radar than her AA should be in early war configuration with worse AA than Helena. Edit: Sorry I only noticed after post that Boise would be a premium T7.

TVI American Light Cruiser - Dallas

I think that both Dallas and Helena should get at least 9s reload. Even 8.5s maybe. 9sec reload will give one more salvo over 2min, 8.5sec would mean 7 salvos in a minute. Dallas DPM seems quite insufficient and considering that neither Dallas and Helena have torps and all their DPM comes entirely from guns they should have a decent RoF especially with those arcs. And ffs bring back Helena her quad Bofors mounts.
  18. Not sure what is your source for this. Osprey publication gives 4 quad 40mm Bofors guns as her final configuration. I made mistake with 6x4 it was actually a 4x4.

TVI American Light Cruiser - Dallas

Only thing I don't like is DPM. It seems way to low, she will share the last place together with Gasoline which has better arcs and range and also, at least some, torps and still it's quite mediocre cruiser. I think she will need buff to her reload. Also after the split Budy should become undisputed king of T6 CLs.
  20. How? Atlanta still have far superior HE DPM than Helena, 345 600 (374 400 with BFT) to 198 000. She also gets radar while Helena instead gets a spotter plane. I know what I would rather have. Helena looks beautiful tho but 4x2 40mm? WTH? She had 4x4 40mm, what is a reason to half her mid range AA?
  21. Yes give us a Kildin class with nuclear anti-ship(fleet?) missiles. Battles are already too long /s Seriously please don't. Missiles won't bring anything good to this game. There is already so many unbalanced things let's not make it worse by adding things that maybe look interesting but generally are not needed in the game.
  22. So T6 Dallas has 2x2 + 2x3 152mm configuration with 10sec reload and good concealment. Well she looks interesting so far.

ST. National naval flags. An option to switch to national naval flags for Pan-Asian and Commonwealth ships is added. For example, Gadjah Mada can use the Indonesian naval flag and Perth - the Australian.

    County class cruiser

Smoke shooting detection range was calculated by surface detection range and gun caliber. Considering that Neptune has 6.6km detection range, 203mm CAs with possibly worse consealment would probably have over that value which would made smoke shooting quite problematic. So smoke wouldn't be an option anyway. Superheal will depend on the amount of HP and their squishiness. Low HP or worse armour than standard T8-T10 cruisers would require superheal. If they don't use smoke than DAA is almost mandatory as all other cruisers, expect RN CLs, have it. Single torp launching ability should be unquestionable. For radar I'm not so sure. It should depend how MM will work. If MM only look nation so one side could get RN CL and other RN CA that would probably mean that the side with CA will get radar for sure while the other one probably smoke. And if one side get two RN CAs and other two RN CLs it would be even worse. RN CAs should get radar but I think that first MM should be adjusted either to consider type of RN cruisers or number of radar ships.
