Moving it at 5th slot will make it totally unattractive. With 6th slot upgrade you can either quite increase your gun or torpedo reload but on the other hand Shima and Gearing (especially with her own special upgrade) can outspot you quite significantly, Shima almost for 1km. And you radar would Iast only 12 to 13sec. I don't see how this can be a good trade. If it stayed on 6th slot even with that radar duration decrease it could be considered viable, maybe as 30% of radar duration is big nerf, but there is no way that I would use it instead of concealment.

Gamemodels3d is listing NO anniversary camo as one of two premium camos for Astoria (T7 NO). I don't have premium account so I don't know will T8 Balti get it also. Maybe some forum member who have premium account on gamemodels3d could give us more info.

0.1km is not much. By the time you spotted you can activate radar and spotting ship will probably be in range as it is very hard to keep that 0.1km distance or to move before get into radar range.

Probably not researchable for new players while those who have her will be able to research her upgrades but not be able to unlock Seattle until she arrives. Omaha players will be able to research new T6 Pepsi tho.

Yes WG could release one line, CAs, now and the rest in the next update but I think that is highly unlikely. That will mean four more weeks for the next line which is too much. I doubt they will change anything on Helena, Dallas and Worcester. The only ship that possibly could get some changes is Seattle but I don't think there will be some drastic changes. And there is still more than a week till the next update so there is a time for tuning. Interestingly there was still no announces for PTS.

For T8 Cleveland it is 14.2km range without upgrade. With 10% increase range that should be 15.6km.

I would probably end buying her anyway as I personally love Brooklyn class. Sure I want her to be US ships as all Brooklyns had very distinguished records during the ww2 especially in the Guadalcanal. There is also a practical reason as I have a lot of US captains and I'm not particularly interested in training a captain for a single premium ship of the three that will maybe be introduced in 2019 or maybe even latter. I wouldn't agree completely. While all CAs were more or less nerfed comparing to their previous state I think that we are still getting better ships then before. You can't compere T6 Pepsi with old Cleveland but even with slow turret rotation and worse concealment she is sill a good ship at T6. Even Flamu think that she is a really good ships for T6. With 10 US 203mm guns at T6 she can nuke any cruiser and she still have a very strong AA for T6. T7 New Orleans is ok-ish. Most CCs I watched think that she is ok for T7 and somewhat better than old Pepsi. She lose radar and 5th slot tho so she is quite nerfed from her previous state. Not sure about this one. T8 Baltimore is definitely looks as improvement to old NO. Just like all previous cruisers she will lose a lot compared with T9 Balti but for T8 she is way better than NO in almost all aspects. US 203mm SSH at T8 with 27mm armour with 10sec reload? Well just that makes her way better than NO which was really squishy. T9 Buffalo all CC consider as good ship. Is she better than old Balti, well we will see. T8 Cleveland is probably in much worse spot than when she was on T6 and she could end to be quite situational. She got a lot of tools but T8 MM wont be kind to her. With 25mm armour she will suffer in T8-T10 bracket.

Boise will almost certainly be a Argentinian ships. Current ship model represent ship in post war configuration with removed catapults for planes and model even has an Argentinean crest on the stern. NdJ Collection Flag is already added or will be added in 0.7.5 to client. Only question is will there be an US version too or maybe some other option to choose a side.

Flamu mentioned on the Twitch that all new CAs and Columbia(T8 Baltimore) are in final state and ready to be released. In interview on the Warships Podcast, MrConway couldn't give any answer about future of Boise. I mean she will obviously be added to the game as an Argentinian Nueve de Julio only question is will she be also available as an US ship too. I don't understand why is so hard to give a clear answer. But at least there is still a hope that we could see it in the US three, small but nevertheless a hope.

Well that is an overstatement. In the last week on EU Conq is second BB by win rate, first by damage, on NA is third by win rate, first by damage, on SEA is first by both win rate and damage. Khaba is first, second and third by win rate on NA, EU and SEA respectively and first by damage on all three servers. True they are nerfed but not 'to the ground'. Khaba only lose to YY but I guess we can expect it nerfed sooner or later.

Worcester will use MS-33/18D as permanent camo. This pattern was used by Baltimore class cruisers USS Canberra, USS Pittsburgh and USS Quincy.

You can increase fire chance a little with a flags. But then again Worcester, with reload module, can shoot some 180 shells in a minute and even with 4.5%-5% chance you can start quite a number of fires. Well theoretically at least.

No. People who bought Asashio know what they are buying. People who play against Asashio know what they are playing against. You want normal torps - pay Kagero. You want premium Kagero - play Harekaze. Sorry but I don't want to have to guess which kind of torps is it using. While there are some DDs which can choose between different torps only difference is in speed, range and damage. But they are the same type of torps. Not a single one of them could choose between different kind of torps and that is how it should be. If you don't like what WG is selling you that don't buy it, buy something else or wait for something different. But this is definitely no. Tell why didn't you for example ask for late war Kagero class DD which would have only two turrets but more AA? That could be more appropriate choice, sacrifice gun power for more AA.

I think she is a strong ship. Yes she has some weaknesses, she is quite vulnerable in the open due 25mm armour but that is something you can say for every cruiser. She is very dependent on map, on Ocean or Okinawa she will suffer but on any map with decant amount of cover she could turn to monster. She has insane DPM and she is very (maybe even much to) strong against DDs and CVs. She also could be very powerful in division. Maybe her playstyle looks boring but she definitely couldn't be called a weak ship. I don't think that she needs any buff.

Well I collected over 1k of all sorts of camos and have nice stash of flags so I don't care much for them. But those special upgrades modules, especially the radar one for Rank 3, could get handy. If I get there that would be fine, if not ... well I won't be disappointed.

Then why not go further maybe this is you season. You can only go in one direction from Rank 10 anyway Seems like Leo took yours (and probably anyone else) share of victories. I took me seven battles just to go from Rank 16 to Rank 15, for just one star as I started this season with one star at Rank 16. At this rate if I reach Rank 10 by the end of season it would be great.

I'm not sure if I like her with DM radar. She is too good in killing DDs and DDs have little counter-play to her except run and hope that Worcester captain is not a best shooter. Maybe WG should give US CLs a different type of radar then US CAs and little less AA DPM on those 152mm guns. Other than that she seems good/fun. She has some strengths and some weaknesses. With some tweaks she should be fine.

So far had one game in which Ruan stuck on island but thanks two team members it is moved enough so it can continue it's journey over horizon. Time almost run out but we made it. Another game Ruan "decided" to chase enemy fleet instead off moving to exit point. But it, intentionally or accidentally, collided with BB in from of him and changed the course enough to continue in right direction and save the game. From what I've seen on reddit and there are some cases when Ruan seems bugged and these was reported to developers. Hope till next rotation this will be fixed.
