Personally I'm against T9 to be used in ranked simple because ships like Black & Missouri. If WG wanted two tiers in ranked I would prefer T6 & T8 instead.

It is typical example of WG logic. Originally it was on the 6th Slot and nerfed only smoke duration for torp and gun reload buff. So when players pointed that this will only make radar version even stronger they nerfed radar duration too and move it ti 5th Slot. When players started to complain that now it is useless WG halved nerfed values for smoke and radar and proclaimed it good to go. Flamu don't even bothered to test it as it was obvious that it is not good.

If you are talking about World of Warships Birthday it is a next month, in September. This month is 20th Anniversary of WG.

IJN Destroyers were generally more popular than other DDs. For the last week on EU server T5 1. Mutsuki - 410 players 2. T22 - 393 players 4. Minekaze - 238 players T6 1. Fubuki - 595 players 2. Gearing - 1128 Players Numbers are very similar for last couple of weeks with especially big differences at T7 (Akatsuki), T8 (Kagero) and T10 between first and second DD players count.

On the other hand I would take Domination over Standard every single time no matter which tier. Neither of the modes were free of stupid play and for everything bad you can say for one more you can say the same or similar for the other. For every example of stupid play in Domination I could get you similar for Standard more or Epicenter or whatever. You are blaming battle mode for stupidity of the some players.

And who would choose to play Standard Battle mode? Why simple not remove that mode completely and problem solved.

I don't think that WG excluded LWM from competition. All contributors in the contest applied for it and I guess that if LWM applied she would be here too. Also she is ST first and then CC so I don't know if this somehow influenced her status in this competition. And she don't have YT content of her-own and all her reviews were posted on shipcomrade which would break WG formula as they will have to divide by zero. What I don't like is the way WG eliminated some other CCs from competition like, Yuzral, Mejash or Lord_Zath, even before that could took part in the actual competition. Hope that WG will learn on their mistakes and improve in the next competitions of this kind.

Well i guess the problem is that not all CCs use YT as their primary platform for their content. For example Kelorn (the Warships Podcast) is posting his content on his webpage instead of YT. I think that it is similar with Uocat who is CC from China. And that make WG formula basically unusable in cases like this. I think that they should try to use some other method as this one clearly won't work as intended. Also Jingles already dropped from competition because of problems with connection.

Weak? They have issues, that is true, but looking at Jutland and Daring they are definitely not weak. I agree that wide spread is totally stupid and lack or speed boost is ridicules. I also don't like that IFHE is basically a mandatory skill, but beside that they are not looking bad. Hell some of them like Jutland and Daring looking quite frightening to meet in a DD and fight 1 on 1. I believe that with couple of buffs, but also maybe one or two nerfs they could be fine. Probably not what many here expected or hoped for but still fine.

I realise that, Duquesne class had really bad armour and these schemes usually show in black only the best armoured parts, in this case magazine boxes which still only had 30mm of armour. But WG could be creative a take only these areas to count as citadel as everything between is basically unprotected. Other option could be Suffren class but even their armoured belt was just 50mm (60mm for Dupleix). Still thinking that Duquesne or Suffren class were better candidates for French premium cruiser than CM with more AA.

Why not Duquesne or Suffren class cruiser at T6? Or if you want T8 why not Colbert? For example why not Duquesne with small split citadel and light armour everywhere else, something like this This could be interesting if properly balanced

Well it is true that WG balance those guns the way they think is convenient but on US ships, 127mm/38 Mk21 (Mahan, Farragut, B hull Nicholas), Mk24 (Enterprise), Mk29 (Helena and Dallas), Mk30 (Fletcher, Benson, Sims), Mk32 (Cleveland, Baltimore, Buffalo, DM, Lexington, Essex and all T8-T9 US BB) & Mk38 (Gearing) all have 5km base range, 127mm/25 Mk19 (Pepsi, Indy, NO, Colorado, Arizona, NM, Ranger), Mk24 (A hull Independence) & Mk27 (Boise) all have 4.2km base range. Only exception were Montana and Midway which have 127mm/54 Mk41 which has 5.2km base range.

Those are not the same guns. Boise use 127mm/25 Mk27, same as Indy or Pepsi or NO. Atlanta have 127mm/38 Mk32.

Bough Boise. Nueve de Julio is a good option only if you have enough Commander XP to get at least 10pt captain with IFHE as a first choice.

Not that hard. Played three times last night - defeat, 4 stars, 5 stars - and we have lost because of bad play by our side. You know usual staff, someone bring IJN DD and die in first two minutes because bots were good in dodging the torps, more than half of your team goes to chase enemy CV leaving Raptor unprotected or player from good clan insult everyone for not being good enough but ends last in the team. It is just that now there were some alternative exit points. Still, by difficulty, it is miles far from UF.

I would like that but I doubt it. LWM had said that her next review will be Boise so I guess Boise/9dJ come soon but not before LWM's review as usually her reviews came before release of the ship.

Sorry but crime is a crime and picking between them which is acceptable and which is not is wrong. Execution of 69 PoW on board of Tone by beheading doesn't sound any better or more acceptable than torturing and killing number of political prisoners on 9dJ. It doesn't matter what shade of black it is it is still a black. Could WG find better choice than 9dJ? Sure they could. But they choose 9dJ instead. If you don't like it you'll get another choice for the ship - USS Boise. If you want PanAm premium and you don't want 9dJ I'm afraid that you'll have to wait till the next one. As I said there is a number of people who wouldn't want to see Belgrano in the game for this or that reason so why would WG ignore their opinion and take yours.

And what about people who don't want Belgrano in the game, should their opinion will be considered too? What about other ships that have some black spots in their history like Tone? Would you consider Yudachi (Poi ship) shooting at crew of USS Little and USS Gregory while they were in the water bad enough to deter you from buying her too? Or why have you bought any German ship considering what kind of regime they "defended"? Or any Soviet ship for the same reasons? Also do you know that Belgrano and 9dJ didn't look the exactly the that would require some model changes? Do you care about those things? If you don't want to buy 9dJ because of her history you'll have a chance to buy a Boise. I think that is good compromise by WG.
