Neither the French had anything bigger then 380mm guns yet Republique has 431mm guns. Soviets had build a 406mm gun for Sovetsky Soyuz class and tested it. It was later use for defence of Leningrad. Also this is game and it doesn't matter much if something is built or not. Maybe you don't like it but that is the way it is.

Well for T6 WG could use Borodino/Izmail Class. All four ship were laid down and parts of first ship in the line, Izmail, were almost 65% completed before history interfere. While never finished it could not be consider just as paper ship either. It should carry 4x3 356mm guns. T7 could be a paper ship, 1917 Black Sea battleship design with 3x3 406mm guns Not sure what could be T8, but at T9 we could get Sovetsky Soyuz class with 3x3 406mm guns. This class should be really large, even larger then Iowa class. Again four ships were laid down but again history interfered and none was actually completed. Seems like there were some version of the ship with even larger guns, 430mm or 457mm, and this proposal could be use for TX.

HMS Edinburgh and HMS Belfast were the largest CLs ever built for the RN. Even tho they were part of Town Class, they looked different enough from other sisters and adding another Town class would require a new model for it.

I agree, Dido is definitely a T6 material, she is too strong for T5 (maybe with 4x2 configuration) but also too weak for T7, especially when compared with ships like Fiji, Belfast or Atlanta. 5.25inch guns would have worse reload time than Atlanta with similar arcs. She would also has less health being slightly lighter then Atlanta.

It would be nice but considering how Emerald is squishy, not sure would it be cool addition. Different front guns layout but one torpedo launcher per side less ... maybe with HE and 8km torps she could work at T5. It is a T3 cruiser, what special you can expect from T3 cruisers. At least it can't be worse than Varyag.

Looking the stats from maplesyrup site for last two weeks difference is quite significant. From second best by WR and third by average damage ... ... to last place by WR and fifth by average damage ...

With just two guns, historic rate of fire one RPM, muzzle velocity of just 690 m/s (basically a mortar), size of the battleships, 239m long, 76mm armoured belt, and non existing AA? Also all her torpedo tubes were underwatter, which for the game purpose means that she don't have torps. I don't see how this could be fun and how this could be called a "little ship". Only way HMS Frusius could be added to the game is as Aircraft Carrier and gues what that is exactly the way the she will be added to the game

Both town class cruisers, Belfast and Edinburgh are quite different then the rest of the class and this model could not be used for another Town class premium. Fiji model is much closer but still there were differences which would require new model. There is a cruiser Askold. Would be nice to see her five stacks in the game

15mil, only three ships more than one mil - Kami, Atlanta and Pepsi (mostly inherited from the old Cleveland).

First two ships in line a definite no. T1 is too week and also it has torpedoes. T2 is armoured crusiser with not uniform main battery which means, for now, it can't be implemented in the game. Garibaldi is too high, T6 or T7 would be appropriate, Capitani Romini is more a large DD then cruiser.
