penetration ribons were introduced last patch... how would you know there not a glitch since closed beta nobody could have seen cause the means to see it were missing? also i was sugesting it just displays sometimes a penetration ribon but the dmg code had it as a deflection or something like that

well its possible ... but given the experiance i still think a easier explanation would be that there is something wrong with the ribbon code

so are telling me there are modules which do not get disabled after a 410mm shell penetration? its hard to belive that .... also having hit 2x of those module not disabling one of them.

if its modules that cause it how you explain this: -2x pens on a full hp ship (0 dmg) -full hp still after hit -no module incapacitations

i had the same issue. Pen nagato agaisnt nagato 2x pens = 0 dmg (same salvo) [edit] just had it again 2x pens 0 dmg in the nagato. btw the targets did have full health so no depleted hitboxes.

i was getting at that its a stupid argument against the lowe cal guns to say "we dont want a unplayable ship in game" if you implement the sister ship with those guns. logicly either the argument is BS or the scharnhorst cat be made ins a way WG considers it "playable" by their standards... so what its gonna be? (i strongly belive it can be made playable)

maybe as "end boss" in some kind of wiered coop scenario -
how often did you cit a tirpitz with plunging? only noobs drive that ship so you get a chance to hit its deck so imho its not a great advantage...

well as i said tried it, didnt help me maybe its cause ive got 5k+ games and thus have a feeling for nearly every ships speed at full to 1/4th... i dont care it can stay if it helps new players but honestly i think it would stop them from becoming better at some point cause you can aim better without it since it produces verry misleading results at times....

first i didnt like it after rebuying it and having played it for 200+ ranked battles... well its a good ship but honestly i cant see it any more its allround better than a colo but the colo is better against bb's and planes.

brutally diffrent in high ranks (i took statiistics and will post about then as soon as ive the time) im a good bb player and i am lucky if i get top of the team 1/10 times with a loss. i had games like 100k dmg 3 kills and a cap assist! (this really happned) getting toped by a dd that did nothing but kill another dd and a cap late game. (maybe some decaps other than that i realy cant see where he got the points) to get top of the team in a bb your complete team must suck so hard they die without doing anything -
its on neighbors map no new port...

no it are 2 independant blinks just try it youll see go into training room and try it at a satationary bot

well i tested it and it def does not tell the correct lead of a ship going straight at stable speed. try it (training room bots tend to drive straight) the shoots you get feel akward. the better spread you get when targeted is not the only assist you recive like i said it was explained in lenght how the aim clips to a ship to determine (better) shell trajectories. the tighter spread is just the most visible result. QFT this: and yes the indicator blinks even if you dont give the correct lead it seems to blink if your salvo will roughly hit. as an argument for my theory try it youll see if you move your crosshair vertically over the ship it will blink TWICE! 1st outer 2nd blink inner clip.
