    well i spend a lot on the RN ..... if you put on your tinfoilhat you could assume it is a giant plan to have people buy/spend dubloons to convert xp....
  2. well i guess it will be the same ammount of free xp you needto rech the iowa with regular xp.... only question is .... will you still have to pay the silver!??? if yes it would be ridicolus.
  3. well on the GNB grindfest all the missions allowed for coop i thought the arp missions did too ... well it will eb doable killing 20 youve got 60 days thats like 1 russian kill every 3 days.... (still its anoying)

    no they do not need a heal. hipper and orleans maybe need a slight buff but not a heal.

    well its not that it has the best ship on every tier but is solid on nearly every tier - T4 kuma is really strong if played right - T5 was horrible after tons of buffs is now OP asf if played right - T6 aoba was strong solid ship when i played it now with op budyonny and Nürn suffers a bit but still good - T7 myoko the best t7 cruiser nothing is bad about it .. well maybe its aa - T8 was OP got nerfed (155s) but is still strong nowdays with 203's some still like it with the 155's (as far as prem go the atago is just awesome) - T9 imho the weak spot of the line didnt enjoy it but you can make it work - T10 the zao ... well if you havnt heard about its commonly seen as the best T10 cruiser (other opinons exsist) so to summ up i have lots of other cruisers i enjoy but every other line has more weak/situational or un fun ships thats why i would recomend it as the first line to grind for someone that takes intrest in cruisers. (they also teach you the game quite well cause they have lots of mechanics that work for them and are fundamental for the game like angling stealth using the proper amo hevs ap and not rely to only one, long range torps, aspects that aren tought by all the other cruisers equaly.) there are tons of other fun cruisers in other threes ofc. like budyonny, königsberg, donskoi, pensacola(yes i enjoyed that one), roon to name a few.

    - well i didnt play WOT so ic cant compare a lot but i guess its diffrent in WOWS than WOT. most ships only need a 11 PT captain to be at 95% potential (some need a 16pt for that butare lets say 70% functional with a 11pt) 11pt captain is reached fast and 16pt reached in reasonable time esp if you get camos and flags from the new missions and maybe even run premiumtime/ship so imho you do not need to change captain every boat you can keep the t6 ship which i often do start a new at T7 and still have that 16pt by T10 or close enough to it -GUNNERY IS NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN WOWS!!!!!111 revisit that thought right here right now or bet forget it. if you think that way you will be a huge liability to the team and certainly wont make it above 50% wr ofc it helps to land your shots no doubt but mapawareness positioning and strategy (esp with respect to see how the game is gona look like 5 minutes into the future) are WAY more important than if you hit 50% rather than 40% youre comparing this game way to much with WOT, i see why you assume those things. but keep your mind open. as for the usn guns, yes they have good he and good pen but medicore arcs at best which hurts A LOT. imho i rate the guns among the worst on all cruisers the only thing that saves those guns from beeing crap is the verry good normalization and good HE i see it might be something personal but im at t10 with jap, ger and rus line and only at t8 with the usn even though it was my first line when i started the game. pleas understand i do not want to lecture you but to beware you of a mistake that may cost you a lot of fun. (and dont even consider the RN line as a new player t1-T5 is real pain and T6+ needs serious skill)

    well i think the problem is its range and lack of heal, imho the leander is just the better ship unlike they change something about her. i like the idea of that smoke though it is nearly what i proposed as a fix for the rn smoke dilema although i proposed a shorter duration + higher spawn frequency well i wouldnt maybe not in the early future but there are certainly more prem ships incoming for the comonwealth. HMS vampire is a strong bet for example

    think 5 is one tier to low for example he will see the furutaka which he wont like at the start and think no thanks jap ca's which would be a grave mistake but after playing through the (now verry good) furu, he wil know that those are actually quite good. PS.: if a noob asks me which line of all he should play imho i'd say jap cas are the most all round solid ships to grind PPS.: im under the impression the OP thinks this game is happening at tier 10, i would want to correct that, imho (and most other players would agree i guess) the most fun is from T6 to T8, T10 is just the salt in the soup!

    the trouble is you can have really awesome games in those rn ships then again you have those really aweful games where you get anihilated by 1 salvo even you did nothing wrong (you cant outspot dds and you need to take some risk in those boats since you dont have the range to sit back) inconsitency is the worst thing you can have when looking for something "good" thats why i ranked them last place. (i would make an exception for the "OP" belfast but since its a premium with other characteristics it doesnt count) (in adition to [edited] hard below tier 6)

    well offtopic but on those i actually have the ruder shift time decrease on those two cause i often spend time in the torpedo zone. (as on the amagi cause you have to change angle often to not give that much broadside after firing the guns) but both are valid choices for those ships. intresting ! thx

    well i can tell you on bbs its also underated. thing is ships will still turn slowly withn the ruder shift module since it only influences time to max rudder not the circle(diameter) the ship will do. the newly buffed acceleration module though lets you do torpedo doging quite well and helps you get a way much fater when you decided to do a nearly full stop or even reverse. a thing that normaly will leave you punishable quite a long time with standard acceleration. well i will have to test both i guess. since im used to bbs 13s+ ruder might be the 11s of the moskva is suficciently responsive for me

    well i would say 19.4 is enough and 21 is more than enough. i never max range to more than 21 on my bbs but 19.x may sometime be just a tad short (ofc only occasional but still) ill try the reload and see how it works out thx. also if youre kind of a bow on tanking ship is steering geers verry needed? cause i generally prefere prop mod over it on nearly all BB's and DD's
