well thats a subjective thing imo the RN cruisers is the best thing that happned to cruisers since sliced bread when it comes down to fun (gamebalance and metagame are other things) i have so much fun in the Fiji and Leander i would maybe even say they are currently my favorite cruisers even though i own atago kutuzov moskva and zao -

@shards map. i would like to add that the mountains around the A and C cap are what i would name "false cover" or "inverted cover" its is way easier to shoot in than out of the cap (in direction of the mointains, because of turet traveres restricted manuver space and sight angles through the gaps) thats why lot of people like it way better to fight into the opening than in direction of the cover.

Please not the the issue of the comunity is not with the concept of the new missions which is good! it is with the super re**** f**** up mission targets that promote bad play and are frustrating - Dont make targets that rely on too much luck - dont make mission targets that make peeople s*** on teamplay -

2nd option. i guess the design progress was as follows: A: missions suck what do we do to make them more meaningfull? B: we need to increase the rewards for players to care! C: but giving out more free stuff will hurt oure revenues? A: ok then we make the missions harder! you guys make me missions that are fullfuilled by x% of overall serverpopulation so that accumulated worth of mission reward does not exceed x after some database "research" voila we got oure new missions -

sry i got your post wrong then XD well AA build is only 1 skill diffrent and as you said its a matter of tase. if you division a lot with a cv player i def. would go full AA build

well i dont play the 2ndarie mod on none of the german bb's i could understand people doing it on the bismarck but not on the gneisenau. [edit] please dont get confused by the 2x negation used # [2. edit] yes torps are good but you cant use them in every situation, and you cant just create a situation where they are usefull by will. torps and secs are good tools in this ship and should be used. but people who blindly rush forward just to torp and sec. everything foll themselves if they think they play the ship to its potential.

yes and no imho its best to take the aiming mod! why? because you need to make your MBH's count the 6 guns with medicor precision need all the help they can get! i wouldnt trade this increased acc for only 15% more sec range and acc. if you run all the other upgrades they are good enough. Guns are after all your main dmg source

thank you your post just proven what i wrote see first 3 pictures => only horizontal mirror symetry <=> all the same see second 3 pictures => mirror symetry + point symety + difrent spawn layouts <=> not all the same did you even bother reading my post? guess not

you guys dont seem to realize that we understood it. you seem to not understand that this is a consequence of strict mirror symetry every map beeing horizontaly mirror symetric leads to every map beeing the same if they limit themselves to only horizontal layouts with mirror symetry every map will look the same as long it has more than 1 cap because there is nearly no room to make them diffrent. if you want to have the posibility of more diverse maps which are not unfair you need to bring other elements to the table like point symetry and other spawn layouts. thats why people talk about symetry we did understand the OP's point perfectly fine. -

well i see your point but i think it is possible to get more diversity alone by 2x things. - more diagonal spawns and variations - make maps not only mirror symetric but point symetric (one of the new maps is forgot its name, but make em even less) it is hard though but there are certain elements that provide diversity. i still wish for a highlevel version of fun maps like fault line and new dawn imho 2 of the best maps in this game.

yeah the rework of the ice map was bad i really liked the diagonal spawn all they would have needed to do is placing 1-2 small/med size islands in the verry open middle.. maybe reduce the size of the ones on the upper cap.. but no the made it booring as all the other maps.

yes that landslide is a problem i had often a decent shoot at the mission ( often about 3kills and close to 100k dmg or something, once even 4 kills 120k dmg and could do the last 5 k cause game ended early) i comleted step 4 in a loss match hate me for ot but it was 3 minutes on the clock and i decided to go for the ram to get the 4th kill instead of the slim posibility (1vs3, 3min while behind on points) to win it....
