why its only a copy and paste from the des moi + torps taged on. so all they did was alter it by taging tops on they as easily could just switch values of armor plates and the turrets with other main guns thats efficient and also how some ships were desinged instead of buiilding a new class from scratch.

i know what shes actually like in the game files but that will be changed acording to what i heard (like turrets and armament) its not gona be a premium ship !

last think i heard was that its probably coming with the line split as a light cruiser TX variant. but not really sure on this one

well like i said but i will repeat only at the start of a season if you have to start later those noobs will be still washed up to the last irrevoceable rank +~3-5 ranks. (so roughly12-7) which is quite disturbing. ofcouse if they remove irrevokeable ranks i could maybe agree to your argument.

if you got unlimited time then yes... i so far could only make rank 1 2x cause i most of the time seasons coincide with times where i have not much free time. so i usually start at rank 16 or less (because i couldnt play the season before to rank 1) and like this season i cant start playing with the season start or atleast not seriously enough to get high quick. also its kinda a selfish way to think, there are alot of average players that may or may not make it to rank 1, but who are still better than someone new, beeing annoyed by lots of people that do not know what to do.

its good this way imagine ranked getting flooded with new player, chat would get so toxic that you may not dare read it withlout risking your sanity ranked is for players who already know what to do its no place to learn the game or a new ship

depending on: - player skill - time of the season - a bit luck - ship its def possible i also made R10 with about ~75% and im not as good as some players out there

8,8 imho main battery mod wil give you in general abetter ship and if you gona get as close as 10 you end up 8,8 and closer anyway...

yeah i feelt a bit bad posting it but the 5,5k pushed me over the edge.... i dont walk into a gym asking the dudes there if they too think their favorite training excersise is ineffective and bad well i keept the roon (and intend to keep the neptune) exactly for the oposite. i think both ships are great fun and even stronger for the tier if you get matched to be top tier. (but then again i usually keep nearly all ships on tier 8+)

they wont every time its T8 people claim T7 is better and vice versa. T9 would be to prohibitive for large parts of the player base. T6 might be intresting but imho feels not as complete game mechanic wise as T7+ so i think they like to keep it atleast T7

your argument is a bit sketchy. its not a belfast vs no belfast (or shira vs no shira) ist how big the impact is a good belfast vs a verage belfast or a good shira vs a average shira. and from my own personal experiance excatly the passive utility is the thing why its hard to make a big impact in the belfast, since its not hard to use the utility correctly. the utility alone will not carry a game. if both teams have the utility it cancels out and only the rest you provide counts into improving the odds which is only the dpm. applying the dpm consitently is hard because you may never get spoted or youre dead or as good as dead, you also may not sit long in smoke because there are "guranteed" torps coming before its runs ourt. so in conclusion while having much utility and beeing OP making an impact in a Belfast is hard. (considering "fair" teams, because it makes no sense to analyse skewed matchups) other ships with a high skill celing have imho a way better "playerskill to WR reward".
