Dobrá otázka. Bezesporu díky návalu kvůli vločkám jsem poslední dobou potkal zajímavá individua. Za poslední dva dny dokonce padly už tři prohry v Coopu ... to, no... to tedy nebývalo. (Prostě příliš pozdě jsem si při svém yolo výpadu uvědomil, že beze mne to zbylí hráči nedají, jakkoliv třeba neutralizuji celý svůj flank botů.) Jeden rozdíl v ekonomice oproti silver desítkám je i bez kamufláže: poloviční cena za údržbu lodě. S kamufláží je potom snížená ještě o další polovinu. Ve výsledku to znamená, že i v Coopu s prémiovou/speciální T10 lodí v kamufláží člověk stejně téměř nemůže ztratit kredity. To oproti tomu třeba Yamato (na které mám taky perma kamufláž s -50% cenou údržby) bude v coopu výdělečné jen velmi vzácně, poněvadž i s tou perma kamufláží vyjde základní údržba na dvojnásobek proti např. Thundereru.

I know, I know, but I had to get the disgust off of my system. I basically just turned the stream on a couple times during the 24 hours to see some of the less visible CCs and relax (honestly, the NA presenters were doing a pretty good job, was pleasing to watch). And then out of nowhere came Boyarski, I was appalled by that.

You do realise it was that Boyarski dude that brought up PR on the stream, out of nowhere and started flaming NoZoup?! How can such a person work for your company?! Personally I get it, this definitely was planned far in advance, probably without any nefarious plans to cover up any messes from the game. That's why I was willing to play ball with you and not disrupt the topic and the stream (also see my first post in this topic on the first page). BUT when your own employee out of nowhere brings up the topic, starts flinging in our faces that we are happier than ever, that the PR event is awesome and implies that CCs (specifically NoZoup in that case) are stupid to condemn it, I just can no longer give any benefit of the doubt here. This is preposterous! I hope the charity will help many kids and that they get education helping them to become far better people than what we here have to deal with.

Arms race loses its point when every useless camper running to the map border gets the buff someone risked dying for. The 12km limit made sense and so did the double stack a player got if he activated the buff.

Did you guys not see the NA lead ... (something, don't remember the title) Boyarski describe with a wide grin that all metrics show that players are happier than they ever were and therefore there is no need to change anything about the current update (and the PR disaster). He specifically came to the 24 charity stream to provoke NoZoup that was a guest right then (NoZoup posted the video just up this thread, unsurprisingly also decrying the PR fiesta). Btw well done WG, they kept asking players not to bring up PR in the stream because it is unrelated and for a good cause. What does a WG representative do? Starts flaming a CC about the (very fair) video he created about PR. Obviously they don't change the grind when such idiots are in charge. Man, I was disgusted...

Well, those CV ones afaik aren't usable since CV rework, so... Thanks. Will at least try to get the Moskva one, Flamu recomended it iirc.

Well, whose words do you value more? Kirk's or Spock's? But yeah, you cannot just ignore others' needs (Otherwise you get sillines like: More Americans than Canadians? Pěkný příběh. A musím říct, že podobně nepochopitelně šťastné konce nejsou ve hře ojedinělé. Tuhle se jedna République v Ranked za peprných komentářů o blbých týmech vydala hrdinně vpřed tak, že ani DD nestačilo (o mne v Yamatu nemluvě). No, krátce řečeno, République rychle dostala pořádně nafrak a samozřejmě slabé články v týmu už stačily zhynout, když suverénně prorokoval další prohru. Jenomže... jak se se zbytky HP stále hrnul kupředu, zaskočil enemy shimu i smolenska a s pomocí našeho DD, co už ho stačilo dohnat, je oba v mžiku zlikvidoval. No a já zlikvidoval Salem, kterého ten nápor vyhnal zpoza ostrova. Suma sumárum jasná výhra díky nečekanému a pro enemáky nepochopitelnému rushi naší République. EDIT: A do háje teď mne hra vykopne ještě než se ukáže fronta a pak mi ukazuje, že mne nemůže přihlásit. Když se na několikátý pokus konečně přihlásím, tak dohořívám a můj tým prohrává Coop. Takže ty problémy po posledním updatu už dohnaly i mne. Fakt skvělá aktualizace 0.8.11. Výborně, WG!

Well, this went about as well as expected. Umm, did you give more decision making power to SubOctavian or something? Did you hire an even better "expert"? Like, how? How can you so consistently start such dumpster fires and s*it storms time and time again? That cannot be coincidence. And it bloody requires real dedication. V té naprosto jiné prezentaci máš zcela pravdu. Nicméně já bych s tím měl stejně problém. Poněvadž osobně mi připadají i první tři direktivy pěkně přepísknuté na Gorizii. (To je taky důvod, proč jsem naštvaný i po rozumném zlomení hole nad Porko Reekem.) Mám dojem, že jsi možná krapet minul smysl minulých sdělení...

No já nevím, jestli je vhodné někoho nabádat k (pokusům o) vyjíždění Pay-to-Rica, @Sigimundus. Pak se nedivte, až budou všechny nové mise stavěny podle stejného mustru.

Tak už jsem našel. Jsou to odměny za nádodní baseXP mise ve 4. direktivě. Všech 9. No, tam bych se snad ještě do půlky ledna dostat mohl. Pro aspoň pár těch míst v přístavu.

The discrepancy with the numbers comes from rounding (as usual). This time apparently rounding down. It seems (as another player pointed out in another thread) that they selected nice round numbers for daily generation of points. As in the free booster giving specifically 10 000 points per day (AKA closer to 7 per minute than 6), the 1/8 booster giving 150 000 points per day etc.

Díky @Sigimundus za přesná čísla. Zdá se, že hrubým odhadem bych měl z doku získat trochu uhlí a možná i ten "megadárek" (čili dalších 12 kamufláží). Vlastně, jelikož už chvilku bezvýsledně hledám, neví někdo, za co se dají získat inzerovaná místa v přístavu? Tuším, že snad někde bylo zmíněno dokonce 9 míst v přístavu, které se v tomto updatu dají získat. V doku jsem je nenašel, za kolekci iirc taky nejsou a v direktivách jsem si jich taky nevšiml.

Hele já bych skoro prototypálně mohl odpovídat někomu, o kom mluví, že je pro něj ten grind byl myšlený. Jenomže za takovou osobu ti můžu rovnou říct, že pro mne tenhle event absolutně není. Proč? Poněvadž zcela bez dublonů to prostě nelze a tečka. Ty jejich výmysly, že je to dárek pro tryhardy, jsou jenom další a další lži. Jediná skupina hráčů, pro kterou Pay-to-Rico je, jsou movití hráči, kteří prostě musí mít tu nejnovější a rádoby všechno "nej" loď no a potom obsedantně kompulzivní skupina, která kvůli úplnosti je schopná pustit alespoň těch 6-14k dublonů a pak to tryhardit. Prostě ten typický sklepní uhrovatý tryhard nemá šanci... pokud nenajde dobrou kreditku.

Z toho kontíku za problémy se serverem: - 12 New Year Streamer kamufláží. Čili jenom druhý nejhorší drop, Yay!

Hmm, guys, is it just me or is the dockyard now showing that construction on Pay-to-Rico actually starts in over a day and 5 hours still? AKA not Monday on 6:00 but rather Tuesday at 6:00. Did they screw even the starting day keeping us one day short for the construction? That's hilarious!

Wait, people are surprised they get no ships in loot boxes? Where were they living? Mars? Everybody should know by now any type of loot box is a scam if you are only interested in a specific prize. Only if the value of every possible item in the box is woth the money of the box for you do you actually buy a loot box. Otherwise it's a very silly waste of money. Oh well, I guess people somehow still don't get it and that's why we're flooded with this lootbox mechanic...

Thing is that not even the unicums among CCs could possibly complete the silly grind without paying dubloons. WG's objective however is to have CCs playing the newly released ships and (hopefully) create hype for them in order to get more people spending money. That's nothing out of the ordinary. Some CCs even use press accounts where all newly released ships are immediately added for free (and anything is available/added to those accounts). In view of the previous, WG sent the dubloons for all the premium boosters to CCs own accounts so that they may be able to even get the ship on their own accounts (either by spending directly the remaining 35k dubloons, which a number of CCs can spare without much issue or by facing a grind that is at least humanly possible). Mind you I'd expect WG to give a CC the Pay-to-Rico for presenting it even if they just asked - free of charge (for a limited time or not). Fun fact though, being that PR is not exactly the next Stalingrad, this usual tactic of having CCs show the new ship kinda backfired in that at least some CCs simply reinforce the idea of letting PR go and instead get other better AND way cheaper ships.

I would still not say "probably" no, even in case you spend dubloons on all the boosters. Even directive 2 sorta requires you to play a good 85 battles just for baseXP for the "average" player or have various lines unlocked and grinding those. I can easily picture plenty people spending money on the dubloon directives, then playing throughout the update and not nearly getting the 3rd directive unlocked in time (if at all). But indeed, in case you can spend money on the game and do want to progress through directives, it does seem best to buy Gorizia outright and move on from there. I'd still like to add there though, Gorizia is not a great T7 ship by itself. Do not expect miracles there.
