Die 13,5 KM Reichweite sind beeindruckend für T3, aber die 18 Knoten Maximalgeschwindigkeit und 8,5 Sekunden Ruderstellzeit sind äußerst besorgniserregend. The St. Louis is a very popular target if it is matched against T4/T5 ships since it got low range, high health and bad maneuverability.Also makes a great target for BBs since it got way more armor than other cruisers which means they are less likely to overpenetrate.

The mission description says "Achieve 1600/1800 XP in a single battle." It probably includes premium and flag modifiers. Unfortunately I don't remember which match earned me those.

Considering how common overpenetrations are and how dangerous flooding has become, their influence would be too large. Even BBs and CAs are overpenetrated very often regardless of caliber (mostly due to superstructure hits) and wouldn't stand the slightest chance against the amount of floodings they would receive.
