Nice idea. I'd like to enter the raffle and try my luck too. 1st: Prinz Eugen (or Roma if released). 2nd: T-61. 3rd: 2500 doubloons. 4th: De Grasse (or maybe a second chance for T-61). 5th: 2500 doubloons. Had it once long ago, more than a year, maybe a year and a half ago. Don't even remember what caused it and how I solved it (but probably restarting the game). Glad I haven't had it again, because it happened to me too in the middle of a battle and its a bug that completely screws you over.

Last week I saw a Yamato shooting at me when I was full broadside in the middle of a turn, imagine my face when I was like "ooooooh ffffffff*ck me..." and half a second later "wait, is that HE?". 3k damage and a "The ship is on fire!" later I was more dissapointed of players than I would have been if I were send to port for my mistake at that moment.

Wow. So you mean that there are "skillfull detonations"? Because as far as I understand detonations are RNG in it's purest form, direct hit or not, but yeah, I agree with you that detonations must be removed, with or without direct hits. No matter how real detonations are in RL if a mechanic is downright stupid there's no excuse and must be removed and that's what detonations are. -

Well, since we had a nice discusion in the forum about detonations with a strong defense that sinces there's a -70% detonation chance that "counters" detonations so there's no need to remove them, yeah, deal with that or use that mod too. There are modules for every problem after all.- 33 replies

Ok, looked at the damage but somehow didn't notice the shell ribbon. Expected however something like that for some reason. Detonations without hitting aren't unheard of. They are the most fun of the engaging mechanics of this game after all. I remember from more than a year ago a video someone made of a Warspite shooting HE that missed a Cleveland but the HE burst of the shell touched the Cleveland and the Cleveland detonated too. Depends on how you like the shells. I know as maybe some here in the forums do too by now that I can't stand anti-satellite shell arcs and slow speed shells. The first managed to make me dislike the Cleveland everyone likes. The latter the North Carolina everyone likes. Atlanta manages to have both, you know what's waiting 8 seconds for your shells to arrive at 10 km watching the shells threaten any planes in the way? -

Well, it wasn't OMNI, I even remember if it was a clan to start with, that doesn't matter anyways, but I saw it too, you find it strange? T8 is so f***ed up that's normal that divisions take profit of divisioning with a tier lower CV to prevent matchmaking screwing you over every time at tier 8, I can't even blame divisions doing so. It's completely normal. -

Mine works too unless I try to see how far can you extend the writing zone, at some point it continues to extend but the zone were you can actually write stops. But considering the space it leave to actullay writing it's not a real page problem, more like me or whoever tries not having anything better to do with his time.

Hey, like what I say matters to WGs plans or something, I just said what could be expected is we follow the actions WG takes regarding CVs. After all everyone is happy with a class removed in an important mode as clan battles, right? What could be the problem in removing a class from more casual and "random" modes? Should be great, right??

This. Is kinda obvious that the next best step is removing them from random battles. More efficient idea with a lot less effort than with OPs suggestions.

Well, to be honest I was so dumb to fall to the basic WG strategy and fell to the temptation of free XP from Fuso to Yamato when I was a useless drag to the team. Nowadays I'd say I pull my weight decently and returned to play Yamato a few battles and find out that I quite dislike TX playstyle, close quaerter fighting is a dream and my choice of Yamato which was based on her being the secondary queen back in the day is now totally outclasses and a completely useless idea since now any other BB brawls better. So for me premium ships are fun ships to play, I'm a solo player after all so I just log in for a few battles the day I feel like it. T6 and T7 are also the tiers I'm most confortable in which happens to be the tier bracked with more premiums condensed in so I ended up with many premiums that are just straight up better and more enjoyable to play than the silver ships and considering TX is not the objective of the game for me anymore I rarely grind any line so I'm a sort of premium ship warrior so to say.

Indianapolis, Kii, Alabama (I really hate NCs shell speed so there's no way I'll pay for an Alabama or similar ever but would be fun if it was free), De Grasse, Prinz Eugen. What happened to "Makarov" or something like that? I'd include that on the list since even if it's a joke to pay for a squishy Nürnberg it's fun to pay for free. -
Well, my suggestion would be to reduce the events sidebar next to the announcements on top of the page and leave the topics as they were before, that way the evens would still be visible without eaving all that weird emty space next to the topics we have now.

My first impressions of New Operation

I kinda liked it, the long island you mention well, a bit weird but it wasn't the end of the world (or maybe because the only cruiser I tried in the operation is the Atlanta to care about the island or prevent me to do anything. I just tried twice (once with Scharnhorst, once with Atlanta), 4 stars on each try so I'd say the operation is pretty easy and simple and just having played the operation twice may be too fast to judge but the only reason I didn't get the fifth star was bacause of the secondary mission of sinking the Raptor carrier. On the second try I used Atlanta trying to reach there but there's a fleet in the way and the carrier spawn so f***ing away. At the time it spawns you also have the problem of not enough time to really deal with the ships in the way to think about sinking those first to reach to where the CV is. Anyways, other that that it's a pretty simple operation, very easy to be honest, that repair point near the BBs spawns that appears a few minutes in let's you park your Scharnhorst and there's no divine reason even that can force you out of there, no one gets close enough ever, even if your shot at you're just there, healing forever you don't even need to really move from there to even be able to attack someone, you can just hit everywhere you need from there, it's actually sad to be honest. The operation is easy enough already to give that "easy mode" on top of that.
