I don't suffer about subs, I think they are not ready (yetTM) to go live into the game. I do not like the current implementation of subs, that is a difference than suffering from them.

It is a valid argument to the claim that your forum is "highly suitable for argumentation" - there's simply nobody (except yourself) to argue with. Many topics on your forum are visible to the public eye - and they just show one person discussing with him-/herself. Again, that is not a a forum "highly suitable for argumentation" in my opinion. In my opinion, a forum is a place to share opinions (well-argumented or not) with other people; if there are no other people, or just one whose strict rules you have to follow, you can't call it a forum in my opinion.

How is a forum of one "highly suitable for the argumentation" ? If anything, the lack of members provides proof the forum is not that. I have read through some topics on that forum but it seems like it's just one user replying to him-/herself. Try to convince me this is not the case, because i think this is sad. Yes my thoughts exactly.

Then why does the forum have only one active member (who seems to be engaging in discussions with him-/herself) ? I could deduct from this that nobody has proven their opinions to have value in your point of view, hence the forum is populated by only you ? :edit: In my opinion, a forum of one isn't really a forum, but then again, I haven't proved my opinion to have value so it doesn't matter what i think about it.
