    If you go to a bar and pay for 17 beers but you only get 9 beers in return, that is ok for you ? (because 9 = 17) :edit (on-topic example): If your CV DBs are supposed to drop 17 bombs, but they only drop 9, that is ok for you ? (because 9 = 17)

    Can work when paired with another DD, though I wouldn't recommend radar YY. * no smoke, no heal (RU and EU DDs), no armour (Khaba, Delny, Ragnar), mediocre speed, mediocre dpm I think that currently, with the many CVs and Subs around at TX, Smoke is the better choice. Maybe radar Chung Mu works better assuming T9 only - but then I (personally) would just pick Mogador or Groningen

    Difficult to tell if this player used DCP just to mitigate torpedo homing, or to also repair a fire / flooding ? (since at the start it only says "torpedo homing mitigated") If the former were the case, then this is a misplay by the Zao imo.
  4. I don't get reported often ... ... ... but when I do it's either due to playing CV or just having dropped someone with all three airstrikes of the D7P I specifically remember a Nagato player who "had fun" getting bombed for 26k HP

    Then your opinion is wrong since it is impossible to get to R1 with only 9 battles.
  6. Ryujo CAs can work - though it does depend on a bit on the team distribution. With CLs I usually go to take care of the CV, with CAs I usually go to the enemy transports. Last time Narai was on I grinded my New Orleans in it and it went quite well.

    As I mentioned before, 9 battles is too few to get to R1. As I also mentioned before, you need 17 stars to get to Rank 1 in Bronze - thus at least 17 battles. As I also mentioned before, this is highly unlikely to be achievable in 2 hours. Maybe you should write less and read more. Again; none are as blind as those unwilling to see.

    1. You spend 1 minute in a battle before going back to port, and you think that is something to brag about ? Are you implying this occurs multiple battles in a row ? 2. I think Coop gives more credits than Randoms if you yolo; why don't just play Coop if you are fine with getting 20k-50k credits per battle ? 3. Randoms gives more XP than Coop for the same actions / results. Though for you (1k damage loss) this difference may be negligible. 4. You're suggesting other players to yolo in Randoms, thus probably throwing the battle ? 5. So you yolo'd / suicided on purpose ? What a nice teammate you are ... You often refer to CA/CLs and BC/BBs as "gambler ships", as these rely on their DD or CV; but you just yolo with your DD to get your 50k credits in 1 minute ... don't you see any problem with this ? Tbh, I hope to never have you on my team. :edit: You do understand that 20k-50k credits is very little and basically nothing ? Assuming the best case (50k / yolo) you still need 20 battles to make 1M credits; something other players can earn in a couple of battles - if not in a single one ...

    imagine thinking 21k is "nice credits" ... how many of those battles would it take to "buy very quickly all Japanese ships" and if you're fine with ~20k credits per battle, why don't you just grind it in coop ? you'll get more credits and you won't be a burden to your teammates :edit: I just saw that battle was played today ... so did you do this on purpose ? because honestly, i would have to TRY HARD to get results that bad and even then I'm not sure I would succeed

    CV : I like playing the Ryujo in Operations. For some reason I also like the Indomitable but I rarely play it. I don't like the addition of super CVs - broken af. Subs : I like them when they're not in my battle (apart from Coop).

    It would be nice if the Defensive AA consumable could be reworked so it works like the old "Manual AA" captain skill (i.e. a big buff for the long range AA). Instead of the current +50% dps and +300% flak damage, it could give +300% long range dps (and no buff to flak damage); - most of the AA power is in the short and medium range anyway, so this won't stop CVs from getting a strike through if they go all-in - the (increased) boost to long range AA dps means it's more effective from the start - the (increased) boost to long range AA is more useful for allied ships, as it allows a bit more spacing between the surface ships (i.e. you don't need be next to each other for allied AA to have effect)

    If I'm not mistaken, some ships used to have a much longer AA range during the time of RTS CVs (e.g. Minotaur); iirc there were commander skills to increase your ship's AA range. I don't remember exact values though.

    both are probably easily smashed by BB guns or BC guns (I have little to no experience with the Annapolis, so I have to take your word for it) - but in my experience (especially with Buffalo) the Annapolis is a lot more difficult to citadel than the Des Moines, full broadside

    big difference (in my experience) for 203mm AP DesMo's citadel is easy to hit (broadside) - Annapolis not really some guys ( @GarrusBrutus, @DFens_666, @ForlornSailor) know about me raging a couple of times not being able to hit the Annapolis' citadel (with my Buffalo) while I would've dev-struck a DesMo in the same situation
