But you were a big threat (TRB Kagero) with no way to defend yourself (no smoke); this makes you not only a valuable target to try to take out, but also an easy/easier target to try and take out. If you won the game quite easily and the enemy CV wasted all that time trying to sink you, I would call that a win for you as well - but as Youshanai mentioned, that's probably a different mindset. e.g. if I notice a CV is going out of its way to try and get me sunk, I'll try to make it cost as much time as possible - until i get sunk or until the CV gives up. Yes it will be annoying, yes I probably won't be able to deal a lot of damage, yes it can get (really) frustrating; in the end it's the best influence on a battle I can have when being focused by a CV : survive as long as possible and waste as much of its time as possible, more time spent on me is less time spent on (less capable) allies.

Plethore of reasons why people would hide their stats - some more far-fetched than others. If you use MMM, it's easy though ; if a person has hidden stats : - in a battle, treat him like he is a super duper unicum - outside of a battle, assume they're idiots until proven otherwise

OP was about Brawls, not Randoms. No CVs, no HE spammers, no sneaky torpedo DDs - and yet they still camp / snipe at max range. reading is difficult

imo that's the weird part as well - if it's possible to reroll the account (so the "purchased" content is gone), i don't see why he should still pay for the content ?

BRAWLS That's why we had BBs reversing from the start of the battle - not a single enemy was spotted yet. I played one Brawl with some friends to get the Credits and that was it - as expected it was more camping than actual brawling. I do like the idea of a brawling mode but these just show that many players actually don't want to brawl. (see quoted screenshot above)

1. (Cruiser shooting after being sunk) I never experienced this nor heard of this before. Do you have the replay file ? 2. (Ship goes undetected at 3km in open water) If it was a surface ship it probably went unspotted due to a smoke a screen, if it was a Sub it probably just went under. Again, a replay file could provide clarity. 3. (Mino surviving more damage than expected + dealing more than expected) Again tough to assess since you procided no replay - were you full broadside to the Mino ? Did you get hit by other ships in the meantime ? Did you get pens / non-pens / bounces on the Mino ? ... 4. + 5. (WG changing the (live) game) + (cheats / aim bots) There's the tinfoil hat - took you long enough ! Shitty MM and shitty RNG happens - to everyone - no need for WG to fiddle with the (live) game. It also doesn't help that the majority of the playerbase is just plain bad and seems to care very little (or nothing at all) about winning. + Cheats and aim bots are hard to pull off in this game, if not simply impossible due to certain calculations being server-side. Maybe a "lead indicator" mod could work client-side, but I don't really see much use in it as often your shells take 5s - 10s to arrive.

12v12 BBs with random players; sounds like a snorefest. Maybe it could be some fun with 12x Ise ?

Definitely, playing with Premium account ánd a Premium ship drastically increases your chances of being top tier with 2 SU divs on your team
