Did you see the "designated" item appear above the enemy ship? (if yes) Was the enemy ship in range of your secondary guns? (if yes) Were your secondary guns on that specific side of your ship still "alive" (i.e. not destroyed)? (if yes) Do you have a replay? Seems like a bug

Izumo is not that bad imo. Compared to Musashi, she has her advantages. But I had a love/hate relationship with her guns; they are really strong, but (imo) sometimes a bit too strong as I regularly got overpens when I expected pens or citadel hits. (just like the Bayern in my experience; I call them both my "overpen-machines" )

To OP: Giulio is very strong. Duca is good, but needs skill. Roma seems strong (don't have her). Btw, it could be just me, but I'm really not sure what to think when I saw he has played 11.5k Coop Battles... Do PvE Operations count as Coop Battles?

While it's true MM isn't completely random, I think "manipulation" implies something negative. There are some rules needed after all for "balancing purposes", e.g. max tier difference, same amount / tier of CVs, hard cap on amount of CVs per team, soft cap on amount of some other classes per team, same amount of top tier ships per class, etc. Imo "manipulation" would be something more personal, like putting you in a (much) stronger team if you are on a loss streak / are a poor player (low WR), or vice versa. And this I don't believe Btw, as I mentioned before, it might not be a bad idea to add some extra rules, e.g. "balance" the amount of radar ships on each team (i.e. +/-1 max).

Not sure about the numbering of your points. I think it's just luck; on a small amount of battles you can have some weird streaks. #3 is sort of true.. low tiers have protected MM

#2 MM is fine - just need to balance number of radars in each team

It has been some time since I posted here, so some screen shots are from a while ago. Played a lot of great PvP Ops (Operation Narai) tonight - got Tactical Expertise 3 times with 5 other randoms -, but this one was the best: 2.7k base XP in PvP Ops - Atlanta Sometimes you just get lucky 1 torp Witherer & Liquidator - Shimakaze DD doing it's job. 240/240 capture points - Fletcher My first (decent) game with the Shchors. Good game with Atlanta (I don't get High Caliber too often with it). Decent game with Fiji + nice amount of free XP. And finally some "seal clubber"-action with the Kamikaze, trying to get that task done for the Duke of York campaign. It ended up being a hard carry to secure victory. "Get 90k torpedo damage in a single battle" - Kamikaze

Atlanta in T9 battle as only T7 Cruiser - and the only Cruiser to bothered supporting DDs or going near capture zones... Shout-out to @WolfGewehr as well. He tried what he could, but got hunted by a very persistent Donskoi.
