I had the honour of having @Crysantos and another WG-EU member on my team. All of us were T7 in a T9 battle - but we pulled our weights! Well played sirs! -
I use them to retrain captains without spending elite captain XP ...

Well that's the issue if I'm not mistaken? That nambr9 is retraining a captain with Kamikaze and the skill doesn't work?

That gave me nightmares -
I wouldn't call those overpens negligible damage. For many DDs 1 BB AP overpen is about 5 to 10% of their total health. And, if I'm not mistaken, overpens ignore damage saturation. Nah, that would be the Orion. If I play T4 BB, I don't even use my Nikolai anymore since the Orion was released ..

Takao would just seduce everyone everything -
Leningrad or Blyskawica for the gun boats. Shiratsuyu for torpedoes and concealment. Sims for team support. Mahan / GM for universality.
