Slightly off-topic, but if she ever appears in the shop again, get the Harekaze. That ship is amazing imo : 3x2 Akizuki guns + Kagero stealth + Kagero torps

My main "problem" when I play alone is those Zaos .. usually I'm there all alone without support of the rest of the team (at least the Kidd and Fletcher provide some); generally due to too many players sailing all the way to where the regiments are and then need to cross the entire map; or because they all decide to sit and camp inside the "healing circle" ..

Lo Yang for cap contesting and general DD play. Kidd to take a crap on CVs (I recommend BFT + AFT + Man AA )

Going by the title I thought this thread was about the Kamikaze and Shinonome .. then I read the first post and got confused .. took me some time before I figured out it was about the Dallas .. then I took a look at OP's name and realised it's this guy again

2 towards the regiments, 2 in the middle, and 3 for the Zao's. Charles Martel is awesome for this Op. Good 203mm AP, great speed, and torpedoes (killed 2 DDs with 1 torp salvo - i.e. 3 torpedoes - so far the AI's torpedo dodging skills )

1.4M potential damage in Asashio - why does every BB hate this ship so much ? 1 of 2 T8 ships in a TX-heavy battle ? No problem comrade Tried the new Operation with a Scrub division .. which usually generates not that much XP due to everyone being Scrubs .. however now I got 600 base XP more than the second one .. silly Scrubs, git gud

It's doable, earlier today we managed to kill all 3 Zaos when we actually tried. I took a screenshot of this battle, it was glorious ! (first try for me, about 170k damage, all those Scrubs couldn't keep up with me ) Seems like this was @lameoll 's objective as well today .. but we managed to sink all Zao's a couple of times (glorious Baltimore AP )

@lameoll probably died anyway so no worries The focus fire is real though in this Op .. sometimes better than in CBs :edit: got a screenshot, and yes he died (in fact he was the only one to die, what a scrub ) it was a good game though on my part (not bragging at all) : ~170k damage and 2.2k base XP damned Scrubs, always need a carry It was a good game indeed; I ate a Shimakaze torp at the start of the battle but managed to do my part (defend C cap and occupy the enemies as long as possible until the fleet could come and provide some support) and survive. Nice meeting a fellow forumite, especially one who plays well Also, regarding the F3s, I still use them on my Yuugumo (even with TRB), and once upon a time I used them with TA .. because lol 81kts torpedoes :edit: found a screenshot of the battle

Not necessarily. My game crashed last weekend, and when I reconnected (3 minutes in the battle) I was already sunk. Didn't get pink though, just a warning.

Domination has been there from the start, and Standard Battle is basically Team Deathmatch.

Last night I met 2 of these "special" players. Both in BBs, typed at the start of the battle to "stay near the repair ships". Ofcourse the Cruisers and DD had to tank for them .. we weren't able to kill all ships before the main attack (obviously some big guns on the team could help), so the Hiryu spawned. Only 3 Cruisers left (each on less than half HP left) and those 2 useless BBs (full HP ofcourse - don't want to get their paint scratched!); luckily I was in a Perth so I could conceal myself with a smokescreen. In the end we (the 3 Cruisers) managed to secure a 4-star victory, sinking the Hiryu mere seconds before the battle was over .. Result ? Even the DD who died in the second wave had more XP than those useless (BB) campers. Idiots even typed "gg" at the end of the battle, as if they contributed anything to the victory
