I didn't find Mutsuki that bad, except with the 6km torpedoes. Not the greatest but with the upgraded 10km torps she's at least playable. Possibly this is why Shima became such a problem, she wasn't great but there aren't any really bad ships in the line, which meant that lots of players could get her without too much pain.

I guess that the current epidemic of KM BB is drawing a lot more CV into the game.

I don't think it's that, the game appears to calculate to the nearest point so a rounding error of 100 would seem odd. It's a mystery.

That looks sensible, the numbers almost tie up but not quite. The AP damage for an Amagi is 12,600 so 30% of that for the non-citadel pen is 3,780 + 10% for the over-pen is 1,260, which added together gives us 5,040. Where does the extra 100 come from?

Not so sure about this, the Fiji was several thousand tonnes heavier than the Atlanta and the armour looks comparable to the Myoko/Pensacola, Belfast looks on a par armour wise with Mogami/New Orleans. Maybe the closest match would be the pre-nerf 155 Mogami.

Maybe not, 8 RPM looks pretty slow for a T8 if Cleveland is allegedly going to get 12 RPM at T8 and Minotaur 15 at T10, maybe they've decided to nerf the ROF a bit then bring it in a tier earlier.

Don't mind it generally but it feels like it appears too often, I have been playing a lot of lower tier ships recently though.

Alternatively the potatoes are all down at T3 whilst the smarter players are at T9/10 waiting for the madness to pass.

Indeed it wouldn't be surprising if at least some of the records used in the development of the KM lines came from UK sources.

It's not the RN, it's the National Maritime Museum, who are AFAIK nothing to do with the RN. Someone suggested earlier in this thread that there are important things missing from the collection, which may be true, I don't know, but I can't see the NMM being obstructive, it would rather go against the point of their whole existence.

Although why you'd want to do that with the state IJN DD are in is beyond me.

I'll bump this thread rather than start a new one as the topic is related. Twice today I've seen pink players AFK for the entire match, which to me looks suspiciously like load, exit to port and repeat. Is this possible? Is the length of the TK penalty affected by your performance in the games? Has anyone else noticed this? If this is happening does WG have any plans to counter it, because with the amount of pink players around this could become a real problem in the game.

They put the models into the 5.10 on the PT server but they were all marked as "soon", could be the same on live.

Cleveland is always described as a T8 squashed into T6 and the rumours are that if/when WG launch a second US cruiser line she'll move back there. I am curious how they will balance the 8 gun T6 against the 12 gun T7/8 and then the 9 gun T10 and does anyone know what the T9 Neptune is supposed to be?
