I had an Ocean game yesterday in GK. The game resulted in a loss, despite getting a Kraken, and one report + threats about getting reported to WG for cheating - for not taking enough damage from a Kremlin and for having permanent hydro (the shima div mate). Pretty fun despite the loss

Remember when 90% of the players only wanted to play bbs and cruisers nearly went extinct? I agree to your point to some degree, but the potential of accurate bbs is just too much. Not sure when they'll nerf Russian bbs, but a nerf will come.

To gain Karma girth and wave it in front of the inadequate plebs? edit: Not that I mind. Karma is pretty useless. Still nice to get compliments, and I try to be fairly generous about handing them out, not that they cost me anything. ...I'm pretty generous about the reports too tbh.

plenty of national bias that could earn players compliments just because. Otoh, it's a pretty useless earning atm, so the abuse potential is limited regardless.

Doesn't hurt to ask. It would be a benefit to all players in that we'd spend a fraction of the money we do now on premium time, if the cost wouldn't change. It's about being realistic - if WG would consider an 'active premium time', it would be at a higher rate than this current cost of premium time. I wouldn't mind having the option to choose and I wonder what the rate would be at. Right, and those premium camos kind of functions that way too, especially at tier 10.

I'm not overly fond of subscriptions to be honest. This isn't a major cost, I agree, but there are a huge amount of services around nowadays. Each one will drain a bit and soon there be nothing left for beers

How much of the average premium time do you believe is used actively playing the game and thereby gaining rewards from it? If I spend 10 hours a week, my premium time would last 17 times longer than it does now. I don't remember exactly how much time I have left, but I wouldn't have to buy more premium time for several years. Same goes for many others. 16 more subscribers don't really cover the losses WG would take for going with your suggestion.

This kind of premium time would be much more valuable for the players than the current. How much more would you be willing to spend for that 'active premium time'? What would the € to hour exchange rate be?

Yea, bad players on teams, we all face that. Plenty of bad players on enemy team too. Some games are impossible to win, most are not. No global stats for Season 13 -

Due to what? Given only 6 members in each team, the potential and often need to carry the team is greater than before, and by having low numbers from the start, dds seem to have the best potential. So far Kita appears to be the best choice. No stats for Ranked Season 13 yet.

Utterly and completely false. On Shimakaze, camouflage grants you an additional 200m of concealment. When meeting a Shimakaze without camo, you will see them first, giving you the advantage right away. And keeping them spotted without being spotted in return? Very annoying for the enemy Shima who has to smoke up. I love meeting Shimas without camos, always an easy kill.

OP is actively sabotaging his teams. Is he the ordinary 'casual player'? No, he's probably on the low end. You have these competitive players who are frustrated with some of these 'casual players'. These causals, evidently, are frustrated by the competitive players. Both groups have a right to play Random games, even high tiers. Both groups end up reporting each other and come to the forums, frustrated, by chat- or gamebans. Both groups are experiencing reduced enjoyment in game. Skill based MM has several issues. Introducing 2 Random game modes - Casual and Veteran/Competitive and letting the players opt in for competitive wouldn't force or exclude anyone, but would be a positive way to let players enjoy the game the way they want. If OP wants to play his ship the way he wants to - fine, he can do it in the casual group. In the competitive group he will get reported and banned again. Given that he's frustrated enough to come here and complain about it rather than changing his ways several thousands of games in, I think he'd stick with the casual group. Even if it wouldn't solve all issues, many would be solved with this. I think that WG needs to do something about the community and the reporting/banning issues soon.

There really needs to be some division between these casual players and those who play to win. I also report players like you when I see you sabotaging high tier games, or worse - Ranked games.

Well they did I think I managed 3 or 4 planes in my russian tier 4 dd. Very impressed by those mutsukis when I saw the score. I think it was that number at least. double cvs in teams. Don't think I screenshat it.

Just checking.. Is Mutsuki supposed to have monster AA? I was in a game where 2 Mutsukis combined for like 80 planes.

I found myself naked in Kitakaze in Ranked the other day, almost lost me the game. I usually try to save at least one camo.

Yea, dds I know. I'm already doing Jutland, Kita combo, but for bbs and cruisers I'd assume non-silver ships would be preferred in R5 and lower...

Really? Meta always changes around Rank 5. Which are the go-to ships this year?

Because there was an uproar among the players. I think it was too easy to rank up and people were demanding the last safe rank should be somewhere north of 10. People are still complaining about ranking out is too easy and that even the potatoest of potatoes can. These people usually don't rank out themselves. Usually, they're bystanders informing the rest how anyone can rank out.
