It is a bit underwhelming. AA speccing a NO costs a lot and doesn't do the job really.

I do this too often. Even more stupid when I want team to leave the close cap because no dds near to cap it, only to realise I'm sitting in one

It's a good event with a good price. I don't get people complaining about it. The cost of Hood is extortion? Get over yourself. -
Managed it in Des Moines after a number of fairly good games. Only took a Kraken and Confederate to get it done, plus the win of course... I've found a good spot in Loop near B cap to camp all game

No, not really. I'm assuming Foch wasn't under NDA when he released his video and that it should be regarded as publicly released content. Otherwise, if the Foch video shouldn't be viewed as publicly released content, they're just iterating their right to take copyright actions against videos like his. There must be a zone between the NDA and when the content is released to the public. -

I like them. They change things up a bit, so why not? Although, last time I think there were 4 radars in the enemy team and none in ours. We lost that one.

Meta seems to be shifting. Much more cvs around now makes it much harder for dds. Not uncommon 1 dd per side atm. Anyone else noticing this?

I didn't say I didn't adapt. Dd gameplay gets just so more passive and impotent with cvs in. You haven't noticed? Will you play dds as much if cvs become more prevalent?

Solo or in an omni div? I'm having trouble reaching 2500xp. Trying in Fletcher an Des Moines mostly. It's a good, fair mission though.

Point is - dds seem balanced in random without tier 9-10 cvs. With them in the game you're a limp dd. No stealth, super fragile and torps permaspotted.

It doesn't seem too grindy, but I think high tier is preferable to get it done. -
Well, they have stated they changing cvs to some extent in order to get more cvs in the game. I haven't complained about bbs being too strong or so. Playing dds have been fine so far even with the bb buffs, but it's a huge difference seeing more high tier cvs in the game. Strong bbs, radar cruisers are difficult enough to handle, but with tier 9-10 cvs in each and other game, I'll be more reluctant to play dds. Playing cruisers in the current meta can be challenging at times. Playing dds lately might be even worse.

Too many seem to reverse from spawn as it is, so no, I don't think this will solve anything. Perhaps they could make everything within 5km from the border autodetected. -

I'd say he's fairly toxic and not all that objective at times. Him soloing has a tendency of degenerate into a crapfest where all players are mongoloids. I like it more when he's commentating events. Only faced him once that I know of, him in a three man div, me in a Baltimore. I potatoed early and they won, so I guess he kept his calm that game. On topic: I don't know about the legal stuff. They probably just should've stripped him from CC program and let the video stay. ..but I don't really care. Who the hell plays a game where you can buy premium ammo anyway? -

Met Corvi in a Midway. Me in Des Moines. Only noticed him after the battle was lost. I guess he kept his planes away from me. What's the point of me bringing AA cruisers if I don't get to use it? Anyway, he didn't rage in chat at all so a compliment for chat assist -

How do I know when someone is on Kraken? Sounds like something that's good to know edit: I've never gotten clear sky or unsinkable. Only 2 Solo Warriors. -
Are you sure she didn't get an armour buff? I had terrible luck getting citadels last I met Atlanta.
