Yea, sure.. You're still not getting it So, what kind of player are you? I'd be better if I read up more on mechanics of the game, but it's just a game. Some things I check up, others I won't be bothered to, and I believe I'm on the more knowledgeable side of the playerbase despite my ignorance. You can't force people to learn the game and if the ignorant 80% of the playerbase affects 70% of the battles, even those who know how to play the game suffers. But maybe it's non-issue. I just thought the apparent inconsistency of damage done might be one reason why bb players stay back. -
Kind of feel the same. Cleveland or Budyonny might be worth trying. edit: Right.. Leander might be a solid option too.

Introduce 2 pools for matchmaking in tier 8-10. Have some threshold for playing in the higher skilled group - could be for individual ships as well. If you perform better or isn't reported for poor play every other game - you leave potato pool. Otherwise, you remain there and might enjoy not getting killed or raged on for camping, etc.

I think it's about finding the ships you enjoy playing. High tier dd games are fun. I doubt high tier RN cruiser games are as fun. I enjoy playing Pensacola more than Fiji, so grinding RN line seems wasted to me. Just want upgrade Bismarck atm, otherwise it's just playing for fun, no grind.

Suggestion: New Consumable - for dds maybe? Decoy Ship - when deployed it moves slowly forward and is able to take 1000-2000hp amount of damage, or for max 2 min. Decoy looks like a dd, bb or cruiser of same tier and nation as the deploying dd. Could be fun to mess around with

More people failing to understand the argument being made. I'm not asking for a change to simpler mechanics. There's a question to be made how advanced mechanics affect gameplay. Some players will have deep knowledge and can utilize these mechanics, some will have the knowledge but lack the skills, but most - 90% of the playerbase? - won't ever know when overpens or autobounce happens. No big loss maybe, unless they stay back at spawn to survive longer. It's not possible to educate most players. -
I'm not sure anything needs to be forgiven or so. Mistakes were made and I think WG did what they could afterwards. I hope individuals aren't sacrificed for it. Most of these individuals take enough crap from the community as it is. Overall, I think WG representatives are doing a good job and have no hard feelings toward any of them. The more interaction, the better. Also hope no one quits or get burnt out.

You're correct. All shells bounced off Prinz Eugen. I overpenned the Takao. Still, it's less of "classical "skip-all preceding-ships-and-then-wonder-why-something-isnt-working-issue"" and more you who don't understand the potential issue I've brought up. I've stated I didn't play it correctly, I haven't complained about not doing damage or getting sunk. Still thanks for the correction. -

I could be mistaken. I'll check if there's a replay. Still the discussion above shows how difficult it is to understand the game even for people who play it a lot and tries to understand it. -

It can be a pain to see 4-0 radars, otoh mirroring teams more isn't fun either. Much more diverse games on the same single map when teams are different. -

I want cross chat to stay. Not many issues, and it's more pleasant chat than troll. edit: ..and saying 'gg' or 'wp' to the other team is generally not an insult. -
Smoke takes away your vision while you're in the smoke. It's a feature of the smoke. If you do it right, you make a big smokescreen for your teammates and you yourself spot in front of the smoke, showing the enemy ships for your teammates. Try not shooting bbs, stay invisible and find the enemy dds.

You need to perform better if you want a profit in tier 10 games. It's a part of the economy and it won't change. Either play at unicum levels or pay for premium camo on your shima if you want to play shima with a profit. I think WG has balanced the economy quite well, don't know about cvs, but for most there are options available. Maybe they could be better at informing of the options available. I'm not sure when they introduced premium camo. -

I don't think multiple 'misbehaviour in chat' counts toward chat bans. Only one report per player and battle in that regard, I think. -
I just joined the bb meta. A bit long queue times, otherwise it's okay.

Practically after every session. Not if I've done too poorly. No reason to look then. Pretty fun, but I don't think I'm helped by it. I don't analyse the data. I'd like to see more advanced data though. It's interesting...

You karma sinks according to how many times you're reported, regardless of who does it or how often they do it. 7 reports -> karma minus 7.
