well if they don´t do anything in the entire match the system could count that Player as AFK and the player gets a warning for unsporting behavior (Pink) If you play normally afterwards nothing will happen and the warning will be removed. But if you continue like that you could get orange status and then you can´t play certain game modes like random or ranked until you play enough games normally. And of course a Teammate could record the Game and report your action to WG with replay and screenshot. WG will review the Game and who knows what comes afterwards. But it could be a more severe Punishment. Also keep in mind that your Teammates would like to have your support so that they could do anything at their Flank. Otherwise they might let the enemy take the cap. The result is a bad Win rate and unhappy teammates

the best way to counter an enemy cv is to be better at killing the other ships. If you can kill more of his teammates you often win. Attacking the enemy CV directly is possible but his AA, defensive fighters and quick DCP will make it hard to kill him. This Tactic worked much better with RTS Carriers Placing Fighters over the Heads of your Allies also does not really work as the enemy cv is often able to strike your teammates before the fighters engage. RTS Carriers had much better fighters that could be send to engage and strafe enemy bombers or fighters

You try to spot the Sub so that your Teammates can send their ASW-Planes. Also if your spotting reveals that the Sub has no support your Teammate in the DD is free to chase down the sub and drop Depth Charges on it And if the Sub does not want to dive your Teammates can shoot it and you can attack it.
