Hi I noticed the last few days several times now that dive bombers disabled the engine in my Fubuki. Even though my Captain has the "last stand" skill, which worked fine so far. I was always able to carry on. Well, not this week. I get wrecked by planes a lot, since I swim dead in the water like a vacuum for torps and shells. Anybody else seen this?

Hi tsachev No, it was not in retraining. When I played older versions I did not have the feeling of losing all power with a commander having this skill. I was able to turn and accelerate. Using this skill: What happens if the ship (DD) is at a halt, then the engine gets destroyed, then I command full speed. Should it accelerate noticeably? Maybe I accidentally got into aft speed, and only then switched to accelerate forward. That will take a while, even in a DD. Thanks for the replies. I switched on replay recording just in case.

Sorry, no. I never did that and would have to look into it. I got these screenshots of the stats, though. My engine was clearly dead, indicated visually by small black sparks. There was no acceleration for several seconds. I saw this two times now.
