How to report hackers outside of game or post-limit reach?

It is true that we do not encounter so many hackers in WOW. But that does not mean there are no hackers. I do not want to name and shame, but i ve seen some entries in turkish forum telling that they ve tried aim assist and found it useless for this game. Because shells reach the target 10 seconds later and hostile ship can dodge etc. But i am sure there are still some players using that kind of crap and it is very usefull against stationary ships hiding in smoke. Some players can hit a DD in smoke over 10 km range without seeing it. Then you move a little bit, since that guy might saw ur last position before disappering in smoke. But no, he can hit you everytime no matter where you move without radar or hydro. It is really fishy. -
Murmansk or Molotov - Which is the best credit farmer?

It is hard to get good games with a Murmansk which means less credit income. T4-T5 American cruiser are just terrible, including Murmansk, which is basically an Omaha. Get Molotov. I would say wait for discount. Surely we will see a Molotov Discount again. -
No i am not that kind of player. I really like to play all classes, but still i do not enjoy ocean map. I would maybe like this map, if it was smaller. Because in current state it favors BBs and ruins the balance (screw realism ) and forces everybody to play the most boring way. BBs tend to camp and cruisers does not have the range to support them. What happens next is Cruisers try to push and get taken out one by one, even before firing a single shell or they stay near your battleships and wait for the enemy to approach, which probably not going to happen. For example i remember a lot of matches, when both sides were playing "ring a ring o' roses". Game ends by caping even without sinking 10 ships of both sides in total, faster side wins.

Blyscawica, Fubuki, Zuiho, Izhizuchi, Mahan, Myoko, Atago... I can not decide, which one i enjoy more than the other. Phoenix, Omaha and Murmansk were also in the List but they have lost too much potential. Guns are not that great and no armor at all. Really annoying -
I have never encountered a flint so flint never killed a super stronk ship of mine. But it is clear as day that she is OP. Royal Navy Cruisers with smoke might be ok, i do not know. We should first wait for the release and test them. But the reload time of smoke on Flint is just insane. No cruiser should be able to spam smoke like that.

I ve watched several games of flint and it really is broken. Many youtubers also thinks that she is OP. Ofc. some ships are better than the others and there are a few crappy ships. But i was always saying that all ships are kind of balanced at least not game-breaking, even the Imperator Nikolai. But flint is a whole different story. Btw radar is no match for smoke. Smoke has clearly much much much more advantage over radar.

Oyunda kopya gemiler var ve üst sınıflardan olmaları bence oynanış açısından daha hoş olur. Kopya gemilerin gelme olasılığı bana daha yüksek gibi geliyor. Belki yanılıyorumdur ama geliştiriciler için daha kolay sonuçta. Bu demek değil ki, Tier 4 e Yavuz gelmesin. Gelsin onu da düşünmeden alırım.

Olsa tabi çok güzel olur. ancak en fazla T4 gemi olarak gelirler. Bence cumhuriyet dönemi muhriplerimiz gelse çok çok daha güzel olur. T6 ile T8 arasında gelebilecek muhriblerimiz var. TCG Alp Arslan (M-Sınıfı İngiliz muhribi) T6 yada T7 TCG Gelibolu (Gleaves Sınıfı Amerikan muhribi) T7 yada T8 TCG İzmir (Fletcher Sınıfı Amerikan Muhribi) T8 - oyunda bulunan fletcher sınıfının bazı özellikleri düşürülerek T8 e yerleştirilebilir. Bunlardan biri gelse saniye düşünmem.

Hello everybody, i know, it has been a very long time since they have changed captain skills. BFT used to give "-10% reload time of primary guns with a caliber of up to 155 mm". But now it is up to 139 mm. I think that change had a huge impact especially on low tier cruisers. Phoenix was one my favorite ships but now she simply can not perform like before. That change was actually against HE-Spam of low tiers. But in the current state of the game, low caliber HE shells can not really do so much damage. They can even give lower fire chance to omaha, murmansk, phoenix, marblehead etc like before. Fire chance of ships were buffed to murmansk level, so they actually can nerf them all (murmansk too) back to old omaha level. They really need that rate of fire because they have nothing else really to rely on. So what do you think? Have a nice day.

lol i was just looking at my WL ratio, just saw it my most damage done in a battle is also much more in fuso Ok just forget what i ve said about fuso, i was maybe overreacting to defeats. But still i love my nagato more than fuso.

Hmmm player opinions can differ a lot but if server stats really say something different, i guess i was doing something wrong with my fuso. I was having really bad time in fuso, could not hit a target and if could, shells could not pen. How is penetration values of fuso compared to kongo? Because really when i angle in my nagato or kongo, enemy fuso can also not really do anything and pen my armor. By the way i am not a camper, so missing shots does not have something to do with range But still i think i will never ever buy fuso again. Maybe it was only RNG but i had pretty hard times with fuso.

Upgraded hull or not FUSO is not a good ship, she has paper armor and no matter how you angle, you take insane amount of damage. 6 double turrets seems great untill you see that your shells land all over the place but the enemy ship. I was sooo happy after unlocking nagato (like unlocking kongo after myogi), right after that i ve sold my fuso immediately and i do not want to see her ever again in my port. I have my second worst W/L ratio in BB category with fuso after kawachi. So i do not suggest that ship, just get Nagato and forget your tier 6 japanese BB.

Next time if we see a tier 9-10 ranked season, players will surely complain about low tier players can not join ranked, kagero and shima being underpowered vs gearing and khabarovsk, zao OP, radar OP, hakuryu OP, yamato OP. Nothing will really change. -
It screwed my aim and focus up, i can aim better by focusing only on enemy ship and her movement. It is usefull mostly for long range sniping BBs. First it supports that long range passive BB gameplay, which most players hate, second the BBs are already the strongest class in the game. So this feature should definetely be removed.

You dont have to overextend to be an easy target for a CV, as i said being only 5 km away from friendlies is enough. For instance a caping DD is a pretty easy bait for me right after the beginning of the match. You can see the evil smile on my zuiho captain's face, if a Flag is being captured. BTW that way or another you will be alone during the match.

Not leaving your friendlies is not a solution, my experiences show that ships bunched up together is never a good strategy and a ship which extends only 5 km, is an easy kill for a CV. High tiers have good AA so CV gameplay becomes harder, but a DD or a Cruiser (except Cleveland) can hardly escape my low tier Zuiho TBs and i have only 2 squadrons. Good luck vs 2 organised CV players attacking together. And one more thing, DDs need AA Buff, they have to leave their friendlies, they have to cap, they have to spot and a CV player can spot them all game long. This is soo annoying. Hakuryu is INSANE no way to dodge her planes.

First of all, congrats kamikaze, it was fun to play with u We might see eachother soon in Tier-10 matches. And tilt is really a problem, my W/L ratio was around 30% for about 4 day, i just did not give up and played more, in the process i ve lost more and burned out. If you lose 3 games in row, just quit, go play another game, go outside, cook, watch a movie, play chess, just do something you like untill you feel better, then try again. And do not forget to check your stats, find out with which ship u are doing better. I am surprised but i am doing really well with myoko.

CVs are just fine, US CVs can get a slight DB-Buff. The problem is the OP AA of some ships. Cruisers should have good AA defense and should be able to wreck a squad in seconds (maybe even IJN CAs can get a little buff?), but not a lonely Battleship like Iowa or a north carolina. All planes simply die even before they have a chance to drop on a lone wolf BB?? This is redicilous. BTW destroyers definetely need AA Buff, they have nothing to do vs spoting airplanes and can not kill even a fly. CVs can spot a DD the entire match without losing a plane.

Zirhlilari simdi %13 oraninda kücültsek, ayni oranda muhripleri de kücültsek, bu durumdan en cok faydanalacak sinif muhriplerdir. Biraz abartarak söyle bir örnek vermek isterim: elimizde 1130 metre uzunlugunda bir ada var. 1000 metrelik adanin %13 büyütülmüs hali. Bu durumda 1000 veya 1130 fark etmez, o ada rahatlikla vurulur. Toplarin 200 metre (oyunda yaklasik olarak bu civarda) civari sapma yaptigini düsünürsek ve113 metrelik bir muhribi ise 100 metreye indirirsek, vurulma oraninda zirhlilara göre bariz azalma olacaktir. Zirhlinin vurulma orani %5 azalacaksa, muhribin ki kesinlikle %5 ten daha fazla olacaktir. Üstüne bir de toplara gercekci sapma degerleri verilirse, asil o zaman muhriplerin daha da isine yarayacaktir bu durum. Kisacasi gercekcilik aramak sacmaliktir.
