Das würde ich so nicht unterschreiben. Ich habe damals als Anfänger den 15-ten Skillpunkt für Tarnmeister erst in Stufe 8 - 9 erreicht und das ist wohl der stärkste und unfairste Skill gegen Anfänger. Alles was danach kommt hilft beim Überleben, ist aber kein vergleichbar unfairer Vorteil. Heute braucht es nur 10 Punkte, die hat man zwischen Stufe 5 und 7, dazu gibt es noch OP-Flaggen und -Tarnungen mit mehreren 100% Bonus von denen wir damals nicht mal geträumt haben. Selbst 14 Punkte erreicht man recht schnell und die reichen vollkommen aus. Auf NA habe ich mit ca. 2500 Gefechten 4 - 5 19er, selbst ein Durchschnittsspieler wird mindestens einen haben. -

Wenn die Firma mehr Knete haben will, muss sie etwas für die paar Waale machen von denen sie lebt und gleichzeitig möglichst wenige Normalos nerven. Letzteres hat eher so Mittel geklappt und damit müsste das NTC begraben werden. Schaun mer mal. -

T5 leidet doch nur wegen dem Welpenschutz (+-1 MM) im Lowtier. Würde man den abschaffen, wäre man im T5 ab und zu mal auch Toptier und Midtier und alles wäre nicht so schlimm. +-1 für alle Tiers ist nicht die Lösung. Selbst im Ranked wo es +-0 ist heulen Leute rum. Du könntest sie nur zufriedenstellen wenn jeder immer Toptier wäre, aber das ist ja nicht so ganz möglich. -

I like when that happens. I tend to tank and survive better than the average player (it's not hard to achieve like you said), the enemies waste a lot of time and my team gets more time to do stuff. It's even better when you know in advance (friend in enemy team), you can bait them to follow you into unfavourable positions while your team works the objectives. -

Probably the game counts XP in decimal numbers and it shows us the whole number only. I would assume the first guy had 0.1 to 0.4 more XP so he is first. This is fun in ranked when two people save a star. -

Sprint isn't ranked, I have more fun when I don't take it too seriously. Skill helps, a good boat helps as well but the luck factor is bigger in this mode than it is in ranked. Due to the low number of battles in sprint (looks at title ) you are more affected by MM and stuff. 6 players per team helps you to shine but it also means a big disadvantage when 1 or 2 experts suicide. I like the maps though I agree that epicenter is garbage. People do less stupid things (Let's lemming into one square with 4 BBs!) when there are capture points. Compare me on EU: ... and me on NA. Same Flint, same 19 point captain, same solo play: I was #1 in all 5 battles, at least I didn't lose a star. Yay! My advice: Take it easy, take it as the fun mode that it is. -

Flint isn't P2W, you get it for steel. It is pretty darn strong, yes. Belfast is OP on paper but a lot of them are overconfident wallet warriors. Having 0 vs 3 radars isn't an auto-loss all of the time. -

0. Permanente Camo auf T10 sorgt dafür, dass man auch ohne Premiumkonto verlustfrei nur T10 fahren kann. Wenn man alle Zehner fertig hat, gibt es keinen Grund mehr Geld auszugeben. Premiumkonto ist praktisch um durch die Neuner durchzukommen und ein paar 19er Kapitäne zu erfarmen, danach ist es nur noch nice to have. Bis dahin hat man so viele Premiumschiffe (die man eh fast nie fährt), dass man auch keine neuen mehr kaufen möchte. Mit den Permatarnungen hat WG sich selbst betrogen. Haben sie für WoWS damals nur 3 Jahre Lebenserwartung vorhergesehen oder waren sie gierig auf schöne Zahlen in einem bestimmten Quartal? Man weiß es nicht. Dazu kommen dann so Dinge wie das CV Rework (also nicht an sich, aber wie es über die Bühne geht) oder die Ankündigung von Pay2Win. Da überlegt man sich viermal bevor man Geld reinsteckt. Wenn sie mittlere Stufen mit erfahrenen Spielern bevölkern möchten, geht das z.B. über Missionen im Stile der legendären Module mit rein kosmetischen Belohnungen (müssen keine Tarnungen sein, ein Nagato-Abzeichen ist bestimmt auch schön). Man könnte auch Ranked wieder von T10 entkoppeln. Aktuell ist das Missionsdesign so ausgelegt, dass es zwar mit T5+ geht aber 300k Schaden farmt man auf T10 in 2 - 3 Gefechten während das mit einer Emerald ein kleines bisschen länger dauert. Das gleiche gilt für XP, die farmt man auch viel schneller im T10. Wenn sie mehr Knete wollen (Dauerpremium), müssten sie die Ökonomie im Hightier schärfer machen. Das wäre aber den vielen T10-Permatarnung-Besitzern schwer zu vermitteln. Das haben die Entscheider in der Vergangenheit verbockt, jetzt müssen sie mit den Folgen klar kommen. -
The concealment debuff of a fire is much worse than what a flooding does to you. Floodings have been nerfed into nothing, you only repair it when you need the speed to get away / behind an island fast. In BBs I ignore fires, floodings and CV attacks, they are the weakest forms of doing damage to a BB. All that assuming you don't position like a complete potato. It sounds like you don't know how not to overextend. Look at the minmap between reloads, you have 20 seconds with nothing else to do. Always have an exit, never push assuming someone will support you.

Wrong, he can't smoke in radar range or torpedo paths. You play like you would play a single player game. How about you look at your teammates and sail with them to support them? Join a radar cruiser, he can help you while you help him. Always support DDs, always shoot at enemy DDs, help your team and they will live longer. If this sounds to hard for you go a couple of tiers down and learn the basics of BBing there. When you manage to get decent results on a regular basis you can go up the tiers and get better step by step. Having a high tier ship is nice and all but if you don't know how to play it you won't have much success (or fun).

Or torpedoes, or just plain shooting them. Smoke isn't bulletproof. Or just not f up your positioning so you don't get farmed like a potato. Look at my GK stats, I play that thing with full IFHE secondary build, no fire prevention or concealment. Somehow I manage to survive while I laugh at fires because they do nothing to me and I can heal 100% back. BB AP is the only thing you have to worry about in a BB.

No, if you do that you will come back and whine about bad accuracy for BBs. If a ship can farm you from smoke you made a mistake 3 minutes ago. Learn how to avoid this mistake and you will be fine.

You can test tier 10 ships on the public test server (PTS) if you would like to see for yourself. The first round is up until monday. You can elite 1 ship and convert the XP with doubloons into free XP so you can research new ships very quickly. This would require you to download a whole new game client, you have to know yourself if your internet connection allows that. I have all tier 10 ships and I have no regrets, they are all strong and fun in their way. Depends what you like though. In general, play a line to tier 6 or 7 and you will see if you like it. That's not that much of a time investment and it tells you if it is worth to keep going. Pretty much all lines have stinkers (Emerald, Izumo, New York, ...), don't let them distract you. -

If the buffs are too small it won't be worth it to grind for them six times through a full ship line. If the buffs are too big we have pay2win. There is no way for these buffs to work. And what if someone buffs his Yueyang to tier 3 and you decide to pull a Yueyang with it and nerf it to the ground like you did? Seems like a lot of fun to grind 1000s of battles to get nothing out of it. If you introduce buffs in any way it will be impossible to balance ships ever again. -
My biggest problem with surface ship vs. CV interaction after the rework was lack of counter play. This counter play doesn't necessarily mean that I have to annihilate his squad in 2 seconds, I'm fine with having the option to seek a teammate's AA bubble to not get killed. This was possible before the rework due to def AA panic and after 8.5 due to AA being strong, quite possibly too strong for most cruisers and BBs. The balancing isn't done yet, these numbers will change. Maybe they will scrap the single plane damage again if need be. Surface ships have been suffering for the last 6 months, I'm sure you can survive a couple of weeks with strong AA. The changes to the AA mechanics in 8.6 look like an interactive option to fight the CV rather than to just hope he collects your clouds. Yay! Game play instead of a walking simulator. If the AA is too strong they will nerf it until balance is achieved. Ideally, informed and skilled CV players will be able to strike, informed and skilled surface ship players will be able to defend themselves against strikes. If either makes a mistake he will lose planes or HP respectively. The average player will struggle just as much as he struggles with the other ship classes and game mechanics and he won't care as long as stuff goes BOOM.

Guys, it's not only the players. A big part of the answer is WG never made obvious that there is an option to choose premium consumables. (Or any consumables. How many Lo Yangs with speed boost have you seen? Or Clevelands with fighter plane?) They also never made obvious that you could pay with credits rather than the default doubloons for whatever reason. In general, they like to hide useful tips and settings from new players for some reason. Alt battle interface, ship names on minimap (fixed recently), smoke screen boundaries and timer, etc. are all OFF by default.

Muss ein persönliches Problem sein. Du kannst weder das MM noch die Teamkameraden ändern, nur Dich selbst. Mach das beste aus dem was Du vorgesetzt bekommst und es wird gehen. Ausreden sind die faulste Lösung für dieses Problem. -

Ich hätte auch nichts dagegen wenn es nicht 6 Monate + wer weiß wie lange noch dauern würde auf dem Live-Server. Ich habe nichts gegen das Balancing mit dem Holzhammer wenn es den Prozess beschleunigt, die Änderungen müssten dann aber häufiger passieren als nur ein mal monatlich.

PC-Plebs leiden monatelang unter einem total unbalancierten Spiel damit Konsolen-Kiddies nachher ein perfektes Spielerlebnis haben vielleicht? Natürlich hat Legends keine Träger, die sind ja noch lange nicht fertig.
