Hopefully mildly entertaining WoWS video I made with my mates. At the end something crazy happens though :o

So in this thread I found the only Farragut skin I considered getting but when I tried to download it didn't work. I selected the free download option but nothing actually downloads and I do not know why? Is there any other way to get the files?
