one of the toxics here from timetotime (not on u personally, not pm'ing folks in port either ^^), but from my pov i can tell: it's just too hard over time... and sometimes simply seems to get even worse. i mean, it's all there. minimap, ping-keys, clans to div up/voicecom. and still... i just witnessed one of the worst lemmingtrains ever (gladly on the other team lol).... 8 ships in a row down j10. the rant in that very moment not necessarily is personally meant in that second. it's more like totally on the matter, even though sometimes personally stated (sense?!). mainly it's for oneself, to vent the steam about seeing something REALLY idiotic and ease the own mind. on a note, i try to only rant on really evident by example or obvious eff ups.... so, any other match lol. i always enjoy get proven wrong though. fun fact: i barely get chat reports on my comments ^^, only from speshul snowflakes. ... but the simple and easy truth remains: in wows not the better team wins (there's non such alike in randoms ^^), it's the team with the more and greater noobs which loses...

i'd like to add, the thing most halfway sane germans like is sense (it's the thing we discuss about allday long ^^). we like when there's reason to things. one now can choose if reasons depicted here are to like or not, but 4 sure the sense behind it not is in the players interest in the 1st place. it's not even shared interest on that behalf. the only good thing 'bout new system is ability to give 4 skillsets per captn. while these skillsets are totally unfavourably on the matter in comparison to the more simple solution we have now in place. in this sense, we not only like when things make sense and got reason, we also like it when things are simple and are not made for bullying us! all they do is raising the complexity factor in a lot of mechanics, just to ensure more outcome for themselves. along the lines "it's getting so complex, majority won't notive and embrace hollow changes. just smile and wink"... *on a note: they not even give free time for trashing all those never ever needed captns in port. to get something out, i gotta spent. with having a ton of not needed captns after the update. with dumping unneeded 19ers i might even could get ngh cxp to max all needed ones out, but i won't even try into wrapping my head around possible costs of it. new year, new bs from my "fav" gaming company. no thanks!

tbh, i can see quite some people quitting on this one. for long term players it's quite a request to invest so much time, simply to still be able to play.

@Tanatoy @MrConway totally over the top again imho.... if i'm lucky i'd be able to get up like 12 19er captns to max. by holding 20 specials alone. +like 50 normal ones.... i just hope by using them on up to 4 ships i can cut it down to like 30 max needed in the end. approach: - complain on forums (check! ) - resetting every single captn i got on arrival of new bs - going through my nations/lines/captns one by one.... this gonna take AEONS. thx weegee for wasting my time ! (*u know my paypal, send me 12 bucks per hour ) - b4 setting a build, test the build ("they'd be like b4", sure ). for each nation, each line, each captn up to 4 times, including resets on failed tests (so rinse/repeat)...................... -....complain more on forums ......... u guys demand a lot of adjustment from ur playerbase, on a not really tested through new feature. again (cv's winkwink). how many times u wanna screw it up?! with all the uncertainties and ressource demands this comes along with, it's way too much! "butbut, u simply can leave it and just play".... lol, sure ... coz there's no way that given time for free resets and testing in live environment totally not will lead to a lot of players will need to reset here and there again, after that time is up. no talk bout the competetive scene (which u already kill with pressing cv's in there!), which kinda needs to have maxed out captns from a certain level on.... now, i won't even start on the quality and spread of new skills... back to school, git gud, try harder, aKa: u can keep that for ur testing plays on company servers, thx ! long story short: ..... ......

heya scrub , don't want to join and diminsh chances for others. just wanna say thank u, as i feel it to be kind of an institution by now . and, in this year i think even more, any sign of positive vibes deserves to get highlited. @Excavatus @CptMinia plz pin (even though gonna be top in forum anyways i guess ). ot note: props to all frontline workers on this occassion here (even though not tied to game directly, though situation led to many more gaming hours all in all i assume lol), u're still the ones rocking! i hope u folks win all the prices and gonna get salary raise all over the place, so u can spend it elsewhere

und genau das kann ich so nicht bestätigen. hightier deutsche bb's sind im übrigen wohl auch mein steckenpferd davon ab. ich gehe dabei nich von nem anfänger aus, da das nich meine perspektive is. und aus meiner heraus kann ich sage, dass sich im prinzip nichts geändert hat.ausser die menge möglicher einflussfaktoren, wobei dabei keiner dabei is der das prinzip aushebelt. sec bb's würd ich eh nie nem anfänger empfehlen (s. vorheriger post) und auf hb geskillte haben zumindest bei mir letztens prima funktioniert. wie auch secs, bis auf die gk. die widerum is mein meistgespieltes t10, mit nach wie vor guter wr. von daher scheint mir der thread in bezug wenigstens auf den ist-zustand nich viel anders als so viele vor ihm. wie das jetz mit den neuen skills ausfällt muss ich für mich erstmal schauen wenn sie da sind. ich traue mir auf jeden fall zu anhand meiner erfahrung eventuelle veränderungen wahrnehmen zu können, schaun wa ma ob ich dann grund für beschwerden meinerseits sehe.

in kurz: hat man alle schiffe, NICHT mehr contis kaufen! habs bissl ausprobiert, bzw. wenn man genau liest (lol) stehts auch so in der beschreibung: da steht, dass man wenn man alle schiffe aus x-mas contis hat, man irgendnen anderen drop bekommt. schiffe, bzw. entsprechende mengen an dubloonen können nich gedroppt werden, da die container potentiell andere inhalte haben können! wären da immer nur schiffe drin würde man zwangsläufig irgendwann dubloonen in schiffspreismengen ziehen. aber soweit ich weiss gabs bisher nur 1 oder 2 contis aus denen wirklich nur schiffe droppen konnten... https://worldofwarships.eu/de/content/compensation-rules/ Was passiert, wenn ich bereits alle Schiffe von der Liste besitze? kann dem te def'o nich zustimmen. meine persönliche erfahrung zumindest, auch in der letzten zeit, bestätigt eher, dass nach wie vor deutsche sec bb's extrem situational und match-/spielerabhängig sind. sind höchstens besser geworden in den letzten jahren... nich zwingend in relation zur umwelt lol, aber ne lücke seh ich da jetz nich...

^spot on! they always seem to keep the greatest eff ups fpr the holiday season. each year... not since pr, but since santagate like woat, 4 years ago?! or even 5?!.... i'd wish so much they'd just stop it at least for a year... but then, we all know, they like to "spoiling us" on x-mas, so yeah on the other hand, as a whale, i cant complain... i'm going each year for all new ships in the crates and usually end up with like 10-12 bucks each ship. not too bad if one started the 1st year i assume. but if i'd now had to start "allover" again i'd surely be a hell load of pi**ed on such stuff!

indeed it's my only hope to cut down the needed number of captns. still i only can push like 12 in one go

u better expect the rules for ship distribution to get changed. they already did on black friday crates.... so, one not would have guaranteed ship drop, no matter if 1st take is already in port or not (by drawing a ship one not already has), but to get like 2.5k dubs if one owns the ship that would've dropped already lol...... prepare torches and pitchforks plz
