    @DFens_666@nambr9 my conclusive line 'bout deadeye: - bb's gimmicks are hp and calibre --> both work best for the team the closer one is (though ofc danger rises so to say) - the more far away, the more likely one does waste dmg potential. this gets cumulated by slow reload. in other words: the more far away, the more important every single shell is --> deadeye here makes 4 pts wasted in skills, as soon a ship is within midrange/spots one - the closer one is the more important any other skills than deadeye become, as one simply runs in danger to lose the buff --> here anything that makes u stay longer in match becomes important i did a lulz-test with @HMS_Kilinowski, a full reload yammie gainst a UU+deadeye one on like 15km. in the end we both had the exact same ammounts of hits (think been 69), while one had a heal more/the edge in terms of survivability. imho, deadeye is such an utter noobskill.... it's too situational if one not camps back allmatch, while other skills are way more usable in a dynamic environment. on every single build i yet thought about slotting deadeye i ended up without it lol.... thus i simply take both, fp and heal, in doubt (xcept for one in-ur-face-sec-bb build ) 2cts

    .... or in sense of like 1k more base xp than next on losing team, while scoring 1st and survive... grants one of the "ocpurn....", whatever it's called camos (the ones withe worst multipliers ingame) ... on the other such an achievement also could be called like: "invert supernova, u just saved a star" ^^

    fun fact: i come to conclusion that, xcept silent swift on torpboats (goes on all), the new t3 (* or t4?! :D... idcr :)) cruiser skill is the only perceive as "mandatory" on all kiting cruisers. and that only coz other more usable skills got shifted or removed (hrgnnn), so i have the pts to spent with no more use. indeed, on other classes, i rather have like always 1 pt short to achieve the relative same build as b4 (torp protection, looking at u....). on 21pts captns ofc lol *sigh*... in the end, on all of these in regard to most classes, that's a big no. they are partly way too situational and far from being a true alternative to the old skilltree! also, many of these simply cater to the extreme when get stacked in effect (like 22sec yama anyone rofl?!)... after adding extremes ships more and more (xtrem dw's, xtrem he spam, xtrem calibre, xtreme consumables, xtreme speed, xtreme armor and so on). i think it's a bit like the game being on steroids in comparison to like 2 yrs ago. powercreep is real

    oh, the observation totally fits imo. one thing really got increased in importance is map design in regard to sec builds. that's always been the case, in combo with match dynamic and own spawnpoint, but the effect of the maps itselves feels kind of raised in importance. as f.e. heights and spread of islands and such. also with sec builds u r finding urself rather often in a defensive position, giving a tactical block to certain areas. with the sniper meta the environment to hide ur own ships flanks have to be a bit more considered as b4, on the other hand is pushing into a caps area and secure it actually what partly secured the win yesterday (new north map, in the channel between B and C ). due to the changes in the sec skills i'd say it's more of alternation (which i do not like!) than real change. it's somewhat down a different lane on the same road, while all cars (playstyles, ship additions) got a nitro injection lol. game plays like on steroids on every corner.

    yesterday, full sec build with UU (19km mb maxrange): Großer Kurfürst X 1 100% Super Unicum 3 394 Super Unicum 198 026 0 0 apr. 230 sec hits.... while the whole rework thing makes me sick and suX imho (too much, too extreme... they just started to put everything into extreme.... torps, cv's, he spam, bb camping, sec ranges at least and so on...), they kinda did raise it all. sec builds are still situational, nothing really changed there. 2cts

    ok, ur nice. thx 4 info. though, i now gotta go into /s mode to not totally rage out..... i tried to, i checked to rebuild some builds... it's gone, ok? the synergies, the builds, the true options...... imo: gone. to alone set up some captns takes aeons! to push some up to 21 (as i need those pts to kinda come close to former builds....), did yet cost me 9mil cxp!!! without even touching the tops of my captns and builds........................ i open the client, i look at the mess, i want to close it right away... is that what u guys wanted to achieve?! congratulations, u did it! as never before, total success in that regard. without sarcasm: from a since release player: this is the most utter mess this comapny ever got to roll out, with things like the messed up cv rework that's quite an achievement in the most possible negative way!

    how about the option to earn dubloons in relation to the time wasted to wrap ones head around this utter interface mess?! btw, the supposed build given by ur new system was not appropiate, nor close to what i had b4.... yet again this company achieves to disappoint in terms of design as well as handling.

    really, yet again an unfinished feature triggering my time and nerves.... only setting up ijn so far did cost me a)5mil cxp+, b) way too much time, c) quite some uncertainty in regard to number of captns needed and how to spread them and ofc d) i yet have 4 captns left on ijn silvers i yet did not push to 21 pts. ..... so, concluding, just as ur infamous cv rework..... ("§$%& §"$%& "$"& 2$"$ 213%/& /( /(%&%$& $§.......!

    lazy and rotten develpoment i call this! way of least engagement, no passion at all! just as rb, this just feels like opening the coverage of a toilet and let all the good intentions and aspects of it get flushed away... only to horn the playerbase... i mean, there's exactly woat explanation for the increase in costs for the last 2 skillpts?! .... no words of trying to sell esentially the same frame with "adjusted" (--> skillwise rather worsened....) content, which bascially stays the same, for such increased costs?! one could've said, "yeah, too much currency around". but nope, it's indeed nther time going down the lane of "alternative facts" rofl..... THUMBDOWN!

    no one likes cv's, the class is still not balanced and never will be. simply, as weegee calls it done in terms of rework and AA interaction (and so on....) no one likes russian paper ships, amplified by asking for ru cv's! like the most ridiculous ship branch to ever be in game (xcept for cz subs maybe ^^).... thread over a year old, as is the discussion and might the points?!.... open a new thread plz b4 digging that deep in the mud.... helicopters?! rofl.... 1st, they're 2 late! if them being in, so are missiles and jets! --> totally new rework of "called done" surface/air interaction. i only can guess of the nightmare to "balance" (lol) AA in terms of 2 different attack classes.... no talk about the helos itselves! armarment, speed, maneuvrability/heights, hp/dpm, and sooooooooooooooo on..... thus, kill it with fire, now! thx.

    *sigh*.... here we go again: NONE! plz first off stay on tier like 3-5 and learn the game. in any higher tier game atm u're sadly more like a burden to ur team. on the other hand lol, no one cares/there's plenty of such folks around. nevertheless, in ur own interest i only can endorse to stay on lowers 1st off. higher tier play might not be that njoyable while being farmed all the time. take ur time to progress and in the end my bet is u'll have more fun/less frustration and an overall quicker progression. so might get one ship which is shortly to be removed and keep it in ur port until u kinda master a similar techtree ship u grinded out the "grindy" way. 2 cts

    Why next update isn't v1.0.0.0?

    afaik 1st number only changes with major tech changes, like f.e. using a new engine/translating/rebuilding the game into a new technical environment. everything directly gameplay related, as cv rework, would be to find in the 2nd figure, and so on (as described). 2cts
