on a note, looking through the to be removed ships: they're all borderline! so, essentially, if one thinks about getting b4 removal: do it! most outstandings are asashio, z39, lenin and t61. haida i not got that much xperience on, but the borderbell gets rung lol. EL he bombers are a good way to cv addiction, while graf spee... probably the weakest of the pack, still a bb lol.

1st off, u not really can compare anything to benham! it's somewhat of different i'd say. (*...may xcept for kamikaze lol) skill floor? dunno... 4sure it's not too easy, while a lot of factors are to be taken into account. u gotta know where to go to and when, where to drop to for area control and when to use ur guns. same goes for caps, which early match are rather to avoid imo. the perfect asashio not gets spotted once in a match , while still have fired guns to success so to say. as always with non gunboat dd's, it's a highly dynamic play. on the other u can have like no thrill all match, or dancing on the razors edge right from the start. survive like half the match and the probability to have good influence raises in general i'd say. ending up on the side with the most possible targets (>=3 bb's) btw is the best recipe for a gg. there's matches with 3k dmg on a win lol, just as those 250k losses. dd life. afterall, in regard to the question, i'd say: rather high. on the other, it's a very good ship. so, if one is comfortable with it's playstyle, rather low lol. ... it's simply not a benham, on which u kinda mindlessly can spam torps and cut through the lines so to say. way more tactical play needed after all.

skilltree rework..... since years bb's get pampered more and more. when i started playing there was no fire prevention f.e..... and even back then bb's been topnotch afterall. indeed the best balance was around reomval of stealth firing. xcept for cv's, which got ef..... well, we all know how it went...

1st off, i not said u dumbing it down, i said "if one likes dumbed down things".... next. that's fine for u. i did gun down full hp dd's and cruisers, up to 2 tiers higher. it's fine u do not see or can use the potential of these guns, i do. and i use them as such. with quite some success afterall.ofc that does not mean i m thje blazing gun throughout a full match...... now tell me: who i ought to believe more? my experience on asashio sisters over the course of like 600 matches, or ur written statement here? well....... .......................................

well, given ur statement b4, i think u might do. as i got quite some experience on the ship at hand, i did post my opinion on the matter in the 1st place. btw: i thought it's an odd drop from a crate.... damn, that thing proved me wrong lol. i not say it not is easy or hard to play, i just say: this thing can be so much fun. u like dumbing down? nice, get it lol. coz essentially ur targetspan gets cut down to 6 at the max. everything on they way is lateral fun . it did indeed contest the fuso as my most beloved ship

well, essentially with what u find in randoms, gearings and almost full hp alaskas are on my gunned down asashio list.... i do not say it's a gunboat, or not a torpboat lol. i do say, that more than one yet did undersetimate these guns. not for their better.

funny ngh, there's matches in which there seems to be more squads, including fighter, out than ever possible in rts... just with the difference, that up to 14 of these squads are flown by individua players!... oh, and ofc there's no more real no fly zones ships since rts got scrapped.... such success *slow clap*

well, i guess that just adds to what i said in the end. basically, the higher probability to meet non aa spec hallands in cometetives. as weegee in its wisdom decided to scrap free respecs on cb seasons with cv's in. and not necessarily everyone playing has em, or is willing to, to dish ressources out each time.

now, how this all fits into competetive? that's what we're talking here in doubt, right? or simply, in other words, battles with no tier gap. as it is with this brawl... i mean, halland is as good of an aa boat as it can get atm, indeed. problem here being, it's just an extreme example. with jerzky the most extreme i guess lol... there's others which kinda come close, but in general are rather poor picks in other terms for competetive. and even this example is not like the "no-fly-zone" from rts times. these indeed shredded several squads within secs, while there were no replenishments. rather poor design as well, just better imho as what we have now. i think u might know, in doubt it more is important to have the dd down. who cares the planes as long the pts for the ship itself are conservated so to say

i do know bout halland capabilities, that's not it. besides the few on my stats, played it in cb's as well b4. what i mean to say is, that in doubt a halfway skilled cv player will be able to drop even an full AA halland. in this very example we're talking a t10 cv also, at least by gif. i mean, ofc with a kaga (and t6 planes, right?), this might look different?

just wondering how many are there in both regards 1st off ^^.... 2ndly enabling AA late was in doubt what made the drop in the gif possible? it's not like there's no planes coming down in those few secs, think i counted 5. within est. 8 secs of engagement. one now may calculate how much of actual dmg that might be to see if thats an aa spec... + that's a lot of fdr matches there lol, way better than me 4 sure yet anyway

u mean the difference between using an full AA halland build against a unicum or a potato cv?! ... the difference is here: to the unicum in doubt it doesnt matter! he will drop u, simple. any of ur enhancements can be played around by "common" cv players anyway... just drop something else inbetween or simply time on deff AA down, sector down, bait it, yay on he spammed aa mounts, etc... and that's from my bob cv perspective...
