tbh, i have no idea ... maybe coz of angle of impact? i'm not the numbers guy really, i try things out and feel it/estimate. i'm a flow guy so to say lol, always tweaking to get into the tunnel ^^ .... in that posted match like 40k i can recall been on a bow on missi (u dont bow on to ifhe secs in a bb...). would he've been broad he would've taken way less dmg, due to secs aiming for the cita. bow on it goes into superstrucrure, broad into the belt and harms less that way. -

i tried ifhe out on bismarck full sec build on quite some testruns. absolutely wasted indeed. only ship it worked on for me been the GK. -

just a short general note: play cruisers and ur bb play will improve, just as ur dd play. play dd and ur cruiser and bb play will improve. njoy hunting both down then on a bb ... + gitgud on lower tiers. coz high tier gameplay, like someone else mentinoed lately on these forums, is unforgiving. edit: as u seem to do good on t8's u might simply advance. a monq is just a man in a rag, so do not fear em ;D.... burn, let repair, heal and start the flamethrower.

oh, ok ^^.... not even for the hsf yammie camo? i can recall i just had bought the last 10 perma a few before and then got me the fletcher and some other camos below t10. but i mean to recall i did take a choice between like some lowtier ones versus one hightier ^^.... well then, simply could be mistaken, thx

i'm dead sure at least once (or even twice) since i joined, comparativly lately.... t10 perma camos for 2.5k dubs, yes sir!... just couldnt find it again after a short lookup :/.

sobald beide einen vorteil davon haben ressourcentechnisch (xp ausbeute; für den kreuzer ungesehen farmen zu können, für den dd die xp des kreuzers mitabzufarmen).... werden viele spieler diesen auch aktiv suchen. ob sich das dann als gut oder schlecht rausstellt in hinsicht auf die spieldynamik weiss ich nich und wag ich nich zu schätzen. nen gutes gefühl hätt ich aber nich dabei, ganz einfach weil erfahrungstechnisch alles darauf hindeutet (in diesem und in anderen spielen). ein zitat (keine beleidigung und nicht als solche gemeint!): "it's the economy stupid".... na ja gut, das "keep it simple stupid" passt wohl eher

grundsätzlich fällt mir auf anhieb kein fundamentales gegenargument ein, bzw kein weg das zu exploiten (was nich heissen muss es geht nich). ich würde das eher im bereich von 1-max.5% sehe, base-xp technisch. ein problem könnte aber grundsätzlich das fördern eines passiven gameplay sein. im sinne von, der fokus einiger spieler könnte sich auf backyard campen in combo mit einsmoken legen. nich der grosse unterschied zu jetz :D, aber wahrscheinlich doch eher verschärfend?

das problem dabei, angenommen ein dd bekommt extra xp fürs direkte teamsmoken: - ich fahr divi und lass mich von anfang an smoken, xp farm - ich fahr solo als dd und smoke einfach am anfang 3 schiffe ein, xp farm - angenommen ich bekomm xp fürs einsmoken von kollegen unter feuer oder einfach gespotted --> was is mit dem, den ich einsmoke damit beides erst gar nich passiert/er ungesehen feuern kann? ich seh nich wies funktinoieren könnte, auch wenn teamdienliches spiel natürlich belohnt werden sollte.... die bisher für mich unbeantwortete frage wäre allerdings, wie?

ich wüsste im ansatz nich wie das system zur erfassung und festlegung der xp sowas komplexes hinbekommen sollte. komplexe zusammenhänge und sowas wie dem teamerfolg dienliches spiel is halt einfach zu dynamisch. wer hat gewonnen, der lemmingtrain der abfamrt, oder die paar hunde, die allein gelassen und am kiten/tanken den sieg ermöglichen? wie soll das erfassbar oder differenzierbar sein? (wenn die weggeschossen werden wars das auch für den train in diesem zusammenhang) theoretisch bestimmt machbar, mit ewig arbeitsinput und am ende überbordener ressourcenbelegung.

.... we 2 in particular had this kinda weeks ago... i say it is possible, ofc it is, and brought up points and suggestions! u say no, so what now my love?! u'll never know if u don't even try. do u know if they really tried? i don't, but i can tell there was nothing at all which slightly pointed on that they even slightly really tried... so, while the rework might bring the balance (whatever that may be), still so to say the evidence is to be brought up in theory why rts not could work. and that only could go by testing and tweaking, actually working on it, up to the point where it is obvious to everyone why it not could work. the most skilled and knowledged players in the class, the experts of using carriers and goin f.e. against AA heavy bubbles, afaik mostly up to all say it is possible... and if those experts tell it would be possible to closen the skillgap by certain tweaks and make it more accessible, paired with my own impression, i'm with them. whatever, won't waste my breath anymore (again).............

...."counterplay" is a pure matter of balance, not of gameplay.... it gets in NO WAY solved by the change in gameplay, only shifted to get balanced there.... rts inbalance is a matter of balance, not of rts. actionstyle solves nothing, it all just gets shifted to get solved there.... *edited*

1st impression feedback: (2 matches, ranger/wooster) gonna compare to what we had wooster. AA focus change: - from my perspective in a capital ship this is a step back. before it was just click one and be sure where the focus is on. one could focus on the general battle (after dodging ofc). now it feels way more disturbing to me while fighting the ship to ship battle to have in mind which AA side is enhanced. ranger. AA changes and flying: - i always preferred cockpit view in games in which i played planes, action view absoluetly not fits the matter for me! this is none of different in this iteration of going on planes in wows. --> to me the AA and doding felt totally random. - though action view no action feeling here, simply because there's kinda no real interaction with other players. they could be bots and one not would really feel a difference. - db aiming def'o not is for me in the end run, when u practically see nothing and have no chance to alternate cam-view. short conclusion: repetetive, dull, lacking 1st person view.... feels like the skillgap is narrowed down by dumbing it down all in all. to me it would be nice integrated in rts, like in "hop into cockpit on manual drop". but this not would fit the oversight and speed sometimes in rts, so not even that. this rework to me is just lights and smoke! it is way too far from the feeling we had before, like commanding a whole carrier. logically following up the concept of a carrier i cannot see how one not would go with rts, as that's indeed the closest one can get to the image of being the carriers commanding helmsman (in charge of the ship and several squadrons all in once). i gonna play some more inbetween and give feedback (may it gets me lol), but for now that's what i encountered. -
